In fact, I booked two appointments with Era and she was just as excited for the second appointment as she was the first! When I went back for my veil and to try on my dress once it was delivered, the experience was just as excellent. While the price point is a bit higher than other bridal shops in the area, I am a strong believer that you get what you pay for! I have received more compliments than I can count on my dress. I would go back to Bella Bianca 100X over. Thank you Bella Bianca!

I chose to do my alterations elsewhere since their minimum increased in 2023 and they were definitely more expensive than other places that quoted me. . The only thing I was not very pleased with were the alterations. The seamstress was very quick in and out and was not addressing any of the main concerns (like huge gapping chest area) until I escalated my concerns but the dress ended up looking very pretty in the end.

The salon has a beautiful selection of gowns. Bella Bianca was transparent with timing and pricing each step of the way, especially when I customized a part of my dress. I loved being able to book all my alterations appointments up front and I had a clear schedule of what would happen at each one. Anita was my seamstress and alterations fairy godmother. She was incredibly detail oriented and it was clear she was focused on making my dress fit perfectly – which it did! Amazing experience overall and couldn’t have been happier with the result!

because the veil I wanted was never ordered and then I was blamed by the staff member who took my call (despite the fact that I was never called regarding the issue they said they had, nor was a follow up call made), my only other issue was that the bra inserts added to my dress were far too close to the seams. I brought this up at my final fitting and was told it would be a non-issue...I had to have my photographer edit the bra out of numerous photos. I still believe this shop is great and worth going to, I would caution brides to make sure that they are proactively following up with additional orders or perhaps more clear than I was about concerns during fittings.

s. I was truly lucky to work with Taylor, whose contagious positivity and charisma immediately made my guests and I feel comfortable. I walked into the experience pretty open-minded about styles and fits. The best choice I could have made was to let Taylor take some creative reign in exploring dresses with me. It felt like a true partnership and Taylor's knowledge and expertise was very impressive. I felt as though she truly listened to my feedback and was honest and transparent with me throughout the experience. I walked into my first appointment with the intention of eventually finding a great dress... but what Taylor helped me find was a wedding dress that I could never imagine experiencing the big day without. I cannot rave enough about my experience with Taylor and the Bella Bianca team. I highly recommend Bella Bianca Oakbrook for anyone getting ready for their big day. I probably went there about 6 times from finding the dress to taking it home and every time was a great experience. I found my dress at my first appointment and I also got my shoes and veil here. The alterations were also better than I ever could have expected. At times, the gown was altered while I was there to make sure I approved of the steps they were making. I never felt pressured to choose or do things I didn't feel comfortable with, and it was a better experience than I ever could have imagined from start to finish.

They are always having trunk shows at the salon and 10/10 recommend attending one if possible! The salon had a wide variety of options and I loved every single dress I tried on there. All great designers, high quality, and a truly wonderful shopping experience. I can't recommend them enough! I also did my alterations with their seamstresses and my dress fit perfectly.

feel in love with was Ivory but had Organza undertones. Against my skin tone, this looked strange, as my skin color is brown, the dress was ivory, the undertones were Organza, and the breast cups nude. I asked if the entire dress could be changed to Ivory. Bella Bianca spoke to the designer who said it wasn’t possible. I refused to purchase without the customizations. The designer then said they’d do it for an additional fee which was ridiculous as the change was simple and the dresses are supposedly “made to order,” but I agreed. I was charged a fee to change the breast cups to ivory; I was charged a fee to change the under fabric in the dress to ivory; and I was charged a fee to increase the cup size. I also signed a paper that stated hemming and bustling alterations from Bella Bianca were a set price. When I got the dress back, some of the under fabric that I had already paid to be changed was still not ivory and the cup sizes that I paid to be increased were not the size I gave and signed on the paper. When I brought this to their attention, I was told they’d fix the fabric color at alternations, and the breast cups only go up to a certain size. I was not told the breast cups only went up to a certain size at the time of purchase nor when I paid additional money for the breast cup to be in my specific size that was in writing. Fast forward to alternations, I’m told changing the under fabric that was already supposed to be changed would cost me additional. I expressed how this was ridiculous as we already paid them to do it when we bought the dress and it wasn’t done, so they need to work it out. I was then told, the set fee for hemming and bustling on applied to specific dresses, and to bustle my dress it would be an additional fee. This was also outrageous as this was not stated at the time of purchase, and on the paper I was given, in writing, nothing specified qualifiers for types of dresses. The set price stated hemming and bustling for a set fee for the dress purchased. I expressed the concerns and we ended up coming to an agreement. My dress was great in the end, so I’ll give them 4 stars, however I should not have had to go through all this with a professional business. I’m a professional and I believe in having things in writing. When things are in writing and I have to go back and forth for them to be honored, it makes me question the integrity of the company.

sn't "in love" with it as I wanted to be. My consultant overheard me tell my sister-in-law that I thought another dress was beautiful and she snuck it back to my changing room while I wasn't looking. It was only the third dress I had tried on and I was SOLD!!! She helped me pair it with the perfect veil, crystal belt and added straps to it since it was strapless. I have to say that from day one, the ladies at Bella Bianca went above and beyond to make me feel like the most special bride in the world. I was lucky enough to have Taylor as my bridal consultant, who ultimately helped me pick THE dress. Not only did she listen intently to what I dreamed of as a bride, but provided helpful feedback and insight thanks to her extensive experience in the wedding industry. She did not pressure me at all into buying the dress that day, but instead gave me the advice to think about this decision and do some more try-ons before committing. Honestly, it did not take long for me to realize that no other store compared to my experience at Bella Bianca, and no other dress took my breath away like the one Taylor found for me. When I returned to Bella Bianca to buy the dress, Taylor helped me accessorize my dress with the most stunning veil, hairpiece, and earrings. They were even able to custom-make the accessories gold to match the rest of my jewelry on my wedding day! Taylor made sure that my "yes" to the dress/accessories was so special, and even had champagne there for me and my family on that day. Additionally, I did all of my alterations at Bella Bianca, which I highly recommend. The staff there was so knowledgeable, talented, and insightful. They even provided advice on undergarments to help everything sit seamlessly on the wedding day. Throughout my fitting process, I had the incredible consultant Raychel by my side. She stopped by each one of my appointments and was not only my hype girl but also provided helpful feedback during each fitting. It always made my day to see her! On my last dress fitting, both Taylor and Raychel came to see me in my dress. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me to have both of these ladies be so dedicated in each step of this process and truly being cheerleaders for me along the way. My dress was truly a dream on our wedding day, and I continue to get compliments about it to this day! I will never forget how incredible I felt on our wedding day, and I will always have a special place in my heart for Bella Bianca and the incredible women who work here!

The showroom itself is beautiful and carries a wide variety of gorgeous dresses at different price points. The appointment never felt rushed, and I didn't feel like anyone was trying to "upsell" me. Bella Bianca's team did such a great job of making me and my bridal party feel special; and to top it all off, we all celebrated the occasion with a glass of champagne! I HIGHLY recommend them for Chicagoland brides!

I went in with an original wedding date of 9/12/2020 and when COVID hit, Bella Bianca was accommodating and made arrangements for my alterations to begin with a better timeline for the new November 2020 date. The whole staff was friendly and always kept up with phone calls to remind me of the dates I was scheduled to come in. I can certainly say that in a time of even HIGHER stress wedding planning- Bella Bianca did not add any stress or concern to my plate. Very pleasant and easy to work with!

I was a covid bride who did a small intimate wedding and is postponing the large reception, which meant constantly checking in to ensure my dress would get to the store on time, needing to have a plan for how I would wear the dress twice, figuring out future cleaning and alterations. Bella Bianca helped with all of that and I feel extremely confident that because of their help my dress will be perfect for both events! The difference was clear when I went to David's bridal (because it was a closer location for my bridesmaids) for bridesmaids dresses. They did not have the personalized and high level customer care like Bella Bianca did.

That dress ended up being MY wedding dress and I couldn't be more pleased. She was so lovely to work with, she really cares about her customers and remembers you each time you go in for fittings/accessories. It is really a breath of fresh air knowing that this company is very invested in making their customers happy throughout the entire process.

I also had the pleasure of dealing with Emily before my appointment. I really wanted to try on a particular gown but it wasn’t one that they had at the location. So Emily contacted the designers and got the dress in for me to try on, and it ended up being my dream dress. She was very accommodating and knew what she was doing. Very sweet team. Can’t give them enough stars!

ons would be a bit easier to finish. I was thrilled when I found Bella Bianca! Although it was a bit of a haul to get to Oak Brook from downtown Chicago, the drive was totally worth it. Taylor was lovely and helped us find a beautiful veil to go with the dress I had already found. I must say that the alterations experience was really incredible. I had to go to my first alterations alone, but my seamstress and the other women who work at the store we incredibly helpful in identifying the parts of the dresses that needed to be tweaked. At the second fitting, the bustle and length looked great, but there was quite a bit of bunching due to the lining. Being someone who is reluctant to complain, I was hesitant to say anything, but once again, the women who work at the salon were there to advocate for me and help articulate the specific things that needed to be fixed. I am still blown away by how beautifully the dress fit on the day of - it's more than I ever could have imagined. Thank you to the incredible team at Bella Bianca!
