Her pricing was fair. On wedding day, she and her team delivered our flowers on time, worked hard during setup, and made our venue look gorgeous. Her designs are so elegant and beautiful, and she helped me make decisions when I was indecisive about the small details of our wedding floral arrangements. Vicky is the sweetest and knows her stuff; she maintained such professionalism and kindness throughout the process. I felt so comfortable communicating with her, especially because our wedding planning was long-distance/over the phone. Our venue was already beautiful, but Bella Bloom's floral arrangements made it just fantastic! Highly recommend!

Due to some personal events there were some changes that needed to be made a few weeks before the wedding in regards to names on corsages and boutonnières and cake decoration changes. Even though she was busy, Vicky was so responsive to my emails and ensured the changes would be made on the day of what we had wanted was there! She was in constant contact with my venue coordinator ensuring they were on the same page with times and set up which made it stress free on our end. Everything turned out amazingly and everyone was so complementary of how beautiful the flowers looked.

uce our initial estimate, we were told we had locked into our original number and couldn't reduce the price. So we had to pay for centerpieces we never received. 2. A boutonniere was not delivered with the rest and the florist staff had to go back to pick it up. The result was one of our people didn't have a boutonniere for the pre-ceremony photos. 3. We were never told what flowers were actually used at our wedding. During planning, she only told us what color ratios she'd use, not the flower names.

I started my floral journey working at the San Francisco Flower Mart (my college job as I finished my B.S. in Business at SFSU). I completed the floristry program at CCSF further expanding my design skills. Opened my first retail shop soon after in downtown SF. After moving to Sacramento I then opened a shop in downtown Sac & after a few years, decided to focus on what I love - floral design for EVENTS & WEDDINGS. After all these years, I still get excited talking about flowers with clients and what we can create for their wedding day!
