to in the two weeks leading up to the wedding, and made me feel so at ease during our meetings leading up to the big day. Another quality about Nina that I must mention is that she had this calming presence about her the day-of. There were a few things that went wrong that were out of our control (which happens at every wedding!), and Nina was so calm and reassured me that it was all going to be okay, and she addressed the problems immediately. One of the hiccups was that it started raining, and what we thought would be an outdoor ceremony had to quickly shift to an indoor ceremony in our reception space. Nina took control and worked with our venue staff to set up the ceremony space inside in less than 30 minutes. She even took some extra décor we had on hand to really make the space beautiful and intimate, despite that not being in our plan at all! Additionally, as the night went on, Nina packed up all of our décor for us so it was ready to go as soon as the wedding ended. Knowing that she was handling this made me really stay present and enjoy everyone around me as I danced the night away (seriously, I didn't leave the dance floor between 7:30 and 11pm). She handled so many little details that completely would have slipped my mind. This review does not do justice to all that she did on our wedding day!!

efore our wedding was a good idea. Nina was our saving grace during a very stressful year, and I don't think our wedding would've have happened (or gone as smoothly as it did) without her. She kept us on track when we let things slip through the cracks, but also was always upbeat and put a smile on our faces while doing so. She is also very organized and detail oriented, and keeps track of everything so that we didn't have to. We cannot recommend her highly enough as both a wedding planner and a day-of coordinator.

From the start it was clear to us that she was passionate about planning weddings and had been doing it for a long time. She went above and beyond for us during the entire wedding planning process and was always very flexible when it came to literally everything.
On the day of our wedding, an hour prior to the reception, it came to our attention that the cake cutter, custom-made champagne flutes and cake forks had been left at our house by accident (our fault not hers). Unlike most
wedding coordinators, Nina, without hesitation, took it upon herself and her assistant to drive to our house (which was 30
minutes away one direction) so that we would have our customized décor for the ceremony. We told her it was not necessary but she was insistent and wanted to do it for us. This meant so much to us..she really took care of us and made our wedding special.
You simply cannot go wrong with hiring Nina for your wedding. Looking back, there was literally nothing that went wrong on our wedding day-it was simply flawless and executed perfectly because of Nina’s hard work and impressive work ethic.

Nina always answered every question I had in a very timely manor, and took care of any concerns I had while planning my wedding. With all of the stresses and worries that are involved with planning a wedding, it eased my minding knowing that Nina would be present the day of the wedding.
