I would recommend this bridal shop based on how my experience went, it was all around amazing and I have nothing negative to say. d a few dresses they thought would suit me and we just took them all and tried them on. Barbara and Sonia were wonderful at making me feel beautiful and comfortable, especially since I am not always the most comfortable with myself. Trying on dresses has never been easier and faster. I came in with a style in mind and we were able to narrow down styles and features to get me as close to what I wanted as possible (the style I was in love with was not in store). Saying yes to the dress was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this store to anyone!

s was the fourth dress I tried on and I said YES to it without hesitation. I only went to one other bridal salon (out of appointment courtesy) and they only showed me Bella Bridal was the BEST at making my experience positive, memorable, and truly enjoyable. They did my alterations as well and I had ZERO issues. She did an amazing job helping me feel stunning on my wedding day!

what my daughter was looking for. Marlene helped us when my daughter came the first time and found the dress she loved. She didn't try to bring out dresses that my daughter wasn't interested in. We then worked with her earlier this week for my daughters visit to try on her dress. Hannah was also there and was so friendly and helpful. I read some of the other reviews and have a hard time believing that people had such a negative experience. This was the friendliest salon we went to by far. Thank you Hannah for making it such a great experience.

patient while I tried on dresses (big decisions are hard for me), and the one I picked was beautiful, but I had some requests for alterations to change the look of it slightly. All of my requests for alterations were accommodated without any trouble, and the dress was almost perfect in the end. I say "almost" because when it was bustled, it still dragged on the floor a little, and I ended up stepping on it quite a bit while I was dancing. I felt rushed to accept the alterations when I went for my fittings, so maybe if I had taken more time, I would have noticed the trouble with the length. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, though, so I would definitely recommend this shop.

verall the staff was friendly and welcoming, however, there were a few encounters where they felt pushy to get sales. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cost of alterations. I would recommend doing your research & getting alterations done elsewhere! They start at $850 minimum, and I barely had my dress taken in. It was extremely expensive for the work I had done, and I'm sure there are plenty of places that could offer more reasonable prices. Take the time & do the research!

have time to look at the tags or check what designer it was. She stayed in the dressing room the whole time with me, which I don’t mind, but I thought it was a little weird. It’s obvious they don’t want you to find out who makes the dress/what style it is because they want you to buy from them. I don’t blame them, they just want to get your business. They also bribe you with 15% off your first visit with them. So if you want to shop around, definitely save this place for one of your last shop stops! I told them my budget was 2000-2500 for my dress and I ended up with a beautiful Essence of Australia dress for $2435. So they kept it in my range, but I do feel like I could’ve got it for a lower price somewhere else. Also, do NOT get your dress altered by them. They charge a minimum of $850 for alterations and when I asked how much it would’ve been for my alterations, they told me that it could go up much higher than that... so there is no set budget when you go in there for that. When I went in to pick up my dress/make the final payment, I told them I wanted to look into other options and told me I didn’t have enough time, got an attitude and rushed me out after I had paid. After looking at the reviews for their alterations, I’m VERY glad I didn’t go through them. The reviews are very poor and I found a wonderful place that did an amazing job called Bella Alterations in Livonia and only paid $350 for everything! Angela and her team are very talented and she even added a bustle in for me at the last minute. DO YOUR RESEARCH LADIES & NEVER SETTLE!

know what I wanted, but had a few inspo photos that I did like. In the (2) images I showed that ladies they responded with, "we know just the thing"...well, that "thing" was the 2nd dress I tried on and the dress I ended up saying yes to. These ladies made me feel like a celebrity! I felt so beautiful in anything I came out in and it was a fun fashion show with my mom and sister. There was zero pressure on picking a dress! The ball was all in my court and they wanted to support however possible. I honestly feel like I made new friends that day and will forever carry this memory <3

She went out of her way to help me find dresses that she thought I would like, and she always gave me really practical advice about what kind of dress matches my personality, the vibe of our venue, and even the time of year we're getting married! She was super willing to let me try on my favorite dresses at the end back-to-back in order to really compare them, and the other employees in the store were super honest and helpful in providing input when I asked. She even helped to attach off-the-shoulder sleeves every time to help me visualize my final look, and she picked a veil that matched the dress extremely well! The best part was that I'm in a bit of a time crunch for my wedding in a few months, and she said she'd be able to guarantee that it comes in on time for me to get alterations in, so I was soooo grateful for that!

erfect dress that I wasn't trying to reconstruct in someway. As soon as I walked into Bella Bridal, it was love at first sight and I ended up with the first dress I tried on there! They were all really helpful in creating the perfect look for my day. From the dress, to the hair piece, to the veil. Everything was perfect and I absolutely loved my Martina Liana dress! Pros to a covid wedding is that I get to wear this beautiful gown twice!

However, if your dress is a budget item you're planning to invest in, I highly recommend visiting Bella Bridal! The entire staff were a joy to work with from the first visit to every alteration. Their seamstress on staff did an incredible job (even when I lost 2 inches at my waist due to wedding stress!) This team has high ratings for a reason. Go see them!!

at I ended up choosing and it was the complete opposite of what I thought I wanted. They kindly encouraged me to try it on anyways & oh boy they were so right! The dress was absolutely perfect & so special. It takes serious skill & care to listen to a clients wants & needs, but also encourage something else that you think might be the right fit for them. My dress was everything I wanted & more! Not to mention the owner & the staff are absolute gems! They cared about my dress & my wedding, but more importantly they cared about me as a person. There are so many more amazing things I could say about Bella Bridal, but the last thing is do yourself a favor & book an appointment at this bridal salon! You will not regret it!
