stayed in the dressing room the whole time with me, which I don’t mind, but I thought it was a little weird. It’s obvious they don’t want you to find out who makes the dress/what style it is because they want you to buy from them. I don’t blame them, they just want to get your business. They also bribe you with 15% off your first visit with them. So if you want to shop around, definitely save this place for one of your last shop stops! I told them my budget was 2000-2500 for my dress and I ended up with a beautiful Essence of Australia dress for $2435. So they kept it in my range, but I do feel like I could’ve got it for a lower price somewhere else. Also, do NOT get your dress altered by them. They charge a minimum of $850 for alterations and when I asked how much it would’ve been for my alterations, they told me that it could go up much higher than that... so there is no set budget when you go in there for that. When I went in to pick up my dress/make the final payment, I told them I wanted to look into other options and told me I didn’t have enough time, got an attitude and rushed me out after I had paid. After looking at the reviews for their alterations, I’m VERY glad I didn’t go through them. The reviews are very poor and I found a wonderful place that did an amazing job called Bella Alterations in Livonia and only paid $350 for everything! Angela and her team are very talented and she even added a bustle in for me at the last minute. DO YOUR RESEARCH LADIES & NEVER SETTLE!

In the (2) images I showed that ladies they responded with, "we know just the thing"...well, that "thing" was the 2nd dress I tried on and the dress I ended up saying yes to. These ladies made me feel like a celebrity! I felt so beautiful in anything I came out in and it was a fun fashion show with my mom and sister. There was zero pressure on picking a dress! The ball was all in my court and they wanted to support however possible. I honestly feel like I made new friends that day and will forever carry this memory <3

ses that she thought I would like, and she always gave me really practical advice about what kind of dress matches my personality, the vibe of our venue, and even the time of year we're getting married! She was super willing to let me try on my favorite dresses at the end back-to-back in order to really compare them, and the other employees in the store were super honest and helpful in providing input when I asked. She even helped to attach off-the-shoulder sleeves every time to help me visualize my final look, and she picked a veil that matched the dress extremely well! The best part was that I'm in a bit of a time crunch for my wedding in a few months, and she said she'd be able to guarantee that it comes in on time for me to get alterations in, so I was soooo grateful for that!

soon as I walked into Bella Bridal, it was love at first sight and I ended up with the first dress I tried on there! They were all really helpful in creating the perfect look for my day. From the dress, to the hair piece, to the veil. Everything was perfect and I absolutely loved my Martina Liana dress! Pros to a covid wedding is that I get to wear this beautiful gown twice!

I am typically such an indecisive person, but they found a dress that had all of the elements I was looking for and ordered it that day! I honestly thought I was going to have to try on 50+ dresses at different salons to find my dress, but it was the third I tried on. If my first appointment is any indication, I'm confident each following appointment/fitting will be just as easy!

Their seamstress on staff did an incredible job (even when I lost 2 inches at my waist due to wedding stress!) This team has high ratings for a reason. Go see them!!

I thought I wanted. They kindly encouraged me to try it on anyways & oh boy they were so right! The dress was absolutely perfect & so special. It takes serious skill & care to listen to a clients wants & needs, but also encourage something else that you think might be the right fit for them. My dress was everything I wanted & more! Not to mention the owner & the staff are absolute gems! They cared about my dress & my wedding, but more importantly they cared about me as a person. There are so many more amazing things I could say about Bella Bridal, but the last thing is do yourself a favor & book an appointment at this bridal salon! You will not regret it!

I saw a dress I loved, and I asked if it was in my price range to which she said "Let's try it!". It ended up being out of my budget, but she offered to let me buy the sample, and worked with me even further to get the dress into my budget even after tax. I can't say enough good things about Bella Bridal. Their selection is great, their employees are wonderful, and they will truly do as much as they can to make you feel special and sure about your decision. I wish I would've started here!

ng my family just so I could see what I liked and didn't like. I went into my appointment with no expectations of loving anything or finding a dress. My consultant Marlena knew what I wanted even though I gave her very little direction, I was willing to try anything on. We both picked out dresses and we had about 8 different ones in the room. Marlena was so excited to put me in the first dress she picked because she thought it would be the one, and she was right. I instantly fell in love with my rosa Clara by Martha blanc dress and since I had no family with me the bella bridal team stepped in as my family. I did try on all 8 to make sure it was the one. Once my dress came in bella bridal was so accommodating to do special viewings so my family could see it. Vera did an amazing job altering my dress to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable in it. I'm so thankful to bella bridal gallery and their team for making my experience so amazing an easy!

tried on seemed almost perfect it was just missing a few touches. The girls were so sweet in trying to help me and show me what the dress would look like with a belt or with sleeves, and they ultimately allowed me to envision my dream dress. What I liked about Bella was that it wasn’t just putting on dresses. I felt like I was able to create and construct my dream from an already beautiful dress. I absolutely loved this place, and I would recommend it to any future bride.

. Bella’s was my second appointment. This store is small but has a lot of charm and nice dresses. Heather was my sales consultant and she was lovely. She made me feel completely comfortable and brought me the perfect dresses to try on after listening to my vision. We were the only appointment at the time which was great because we also had the owner I believe, and another sales consultant that helped select and give feedback. There was a dress I absolutely loved but knew I still had one more appointment later in the day that I wanted to go to as I was not 100% on the dress. I asked if they could take my measurements since I was flying back home to Florida the next day when they were closed. It was a flat no. Absolutely not, to take your measurements we have to have a contract signed. It did not even matter that I lived so far away. I did not realize a couple quick measurements could cause so much concern. I am an analyst by nature and occupation and I think everything through, at least twice. I never make quick decisions especially when the dress of my lifetime is involved. I felt like this is where everything fell short for me. I started feeling pressure from the probable owner to buy the dress, why look elsewhere if this is the one, is it because of the $50 no-show for the other appointment, and on and on. Her tone quickly changed with me. The other consultants stayed nice and I felt could sense I wasn’t appreciating the pressure, so they did their best at trying to take a step back. However, I started to become offended after I politely explained although I was definitely deciding by the end of the day on a dress, I was not going to say “Yes” on a whim. It is just not my personality to do that. This was also the only place we were not allowed to take pictures of any of the dresses. So later on at the next shop when I tried to compare, I only had an online picture of a model wearing the dress. This among the intense pressure and offensiveness given to me to buy a dress confirmed my decision to order the next dress I loved. Overall, although everyone was pleasant for most of the visit, I would like to recommend to not make someone feel pressure to buy. This is a very important decision and such a special moment not only for the bride, but also for the parents and this situation definitely took away from that once in a lifetime experience.

Unfortunatly I live quite a ways away, so I cannot comment on how they are with fittings, since I couldn't keep traveling back there for them to do it. (It was well worth the trip down there to find my perfect dress, though!) But if it's anything like the rest of their service, I can only imagine how great of a job they do! 10/10! Go to Bella's, you won't regret it!

nded a Martina Liana trunk show at Bella Bridal and told Marlene exactly what I had in mind. She pulled a few dresses for me to try on- the first one I put on was it! I was so in love with my dress and got so many compliments on it. Clara, the seamstress was a pleasure to work with and is very talented. Because my dress shopping experience was so great I sent my bridesmaids there for their dresses- Marlene kept me informed throughout the whole process-calling me when the girls placed their orders and updating me when the gowns had arrived. The entire experience with Bella Bridal was stress free. I would recommended them to anyone!

s okay. Then when I came in for my first fitting they said my alterations were going to cost an additional $900 which made me over budget and was about half the cost of my dress already. It ended up being worth it though because my dress was perfect and beautiful and the Italian lady who did my alterations was the absolute best.

dress appointment scheduled that day, but I ended up calling back later that day to buy my dress. Alterations I understand are on the pricier side, but they do acknowledge this and at the end of the day Clara did a wonderful job, gave me peace of mind, and made me feel amazing in my dress!

I knew right when I walked into the store that Bella would be where I would find my dress. I love sparkle, lace, detail, and unique dresses. Bella had so many dresses for every style that could could be looking for, but what really struck me was the fact that they had so many detailed dresses that would truly make a statement on the wedding day! As predicted, I purchased my dress at Bella and found a veil and headpiece there as well! The entire experience was incredible! From the initial ordering of the dress to the fittings and other details, Bella goes above and beyond to make sure your dress and accessories are perfect! I would highly recommend Bella and am so thankful to them for such a memorable "say yes to the dress" experience!

what will look good on a bride. Within 40 minutes with Sonia we found the perfect dress and I couldn't be happier!

ne being they are dishonest in the dress prices. The designer dress I found and loved they had marked up over $900 above list price. Considering they do not put tags on the dresses, allow you to take pictures, and were pressuring me to buy it on the spot, it all makes sense as to why they think this is appropriate. I ended up buying the same dress straight from the designer for $1010 cheaper than what Bella Bridal tried to charge me. Horrible experience. If you do decide to get your dress from here, make sure you have done your research on prices. They do not let you take pictures (first place that didn't allow me to out of all the shops I've visited in New York and Chicago).

Today was my first bridal gown shopping experience and I didn’t really know what to expect... I was prepared to make more appointments at other places, but after today, I was sold! It took me one appointment and trying on maybe 8 dresses to find THE ONE. I’m so glad I went to Bella!!!!! They truly are experts.
