Bella bride was so amazing. They were so fun to be around and did an absolute amazing job! Everyone was beyond happy with their hair and make up and everyone looked stunning for the entire night!! Several compliments throughout the evening! Would recommend to everyone!!

Bridget and Jen did such a phenomenal job from the very beginning, including over 60 emails back and forth, to the very end. They were on time, professional, and even more important, very talented! As an out of town bride, I was terrified to pick a hair/makeup team without a trial until the day before the wedding. Bonus: Looking fabulous for the rehearsal dinner. However, I got their name from my maid of honor who used them for her own wedding so I had some faith it would be ok. I’ll admit I was quite a diva and still very worried because hair/makeup were tied for most important to me that day along with the band/second line. Seriously. So if that doesn’t stress the importance and weight of this review, I don’t know what else will. The ladies worked as a team on myself, 8 bridesmaids, and 3 family members within the timeframe they said it would take. Even with everyone doing hair, makeup, and lashes. We even had a little extra breathing room which was really appreciated. I have heard nightmare stories about hair/makeup going way over time and they were rushed and stressed. I even had one friend in NOLA who had a no show! You do not have to worry about any of that with Bella Bride. I can’t say enough great things about these ladies. They were a big part of my special weekend!

Bridget was great, my makeup stayed on all night and look beautiful. Everyone in my wedding was so happy with their makeup and we all got compliments all night!!

I am an out of town bride from Chicago, so when it came time to find hair and makeup in New Orleans I had no idea where to start... From the minute I talked with Bridget about what I was interested in, I knew that Bella Bride was the right choice for me. She was very kind, professional, and took the time to answer every question I have (and I had a lot). I scheduled my trial with Bridget and Jen the day before my wedding and it only took one run through to find the perfect look for my big day. They really listened to what I liked and didn't like. I ended up looking like the best version of myself. I can honestly say that I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day and I owe that to these two fabulous ladies. I would recommend them without hesitation for anyone local or from out of state who wants to feel gorgeous for a special event!

Bridgette and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. I am from NY and got married in New Orleans - Bridgette made it so easy to meet with her before my wedding for a trial and then on my wedding day they did 3 makeups and 4 hairs (including mine). My bridal party was gorgeous and I could not have been happier.

Amazing experience! I had about 11 girls so hair and makeup and Bridgette and Stephanie did such a perfect job all my girls. They traveled to our hotel room which made it so easy to schedule everyone the morning of. The girls were young, outgoing and sweet! Thank you for making me look flawless on my big day!!

Bridget did such an amazing makeup job on all of my ladies for my wedding (she also did my engagement pics too!). She was such a pleasure to work with, and was so patient with me while I tried on 20 different pairs of eyelashes to make sure that I had the perfect pair for the big day. I had never had my make-up done before and was a little nervous about having someone else do my make-up. In that I was the Mother of the Bride and usually do not wear a lot of makeup. I have to say, I was absolutely blown away by how good these ladies made me look, and it was not overdone - it was perfect! They made me look ten years younger! I wish I could have them do my make-up all the time.

My sister and I had our hair and make up done as a trail run for my up coming wedding in April and loved it. The ladies , Bridgette and Jen, were a lot of fun to work with. I was blown away by the make up that was done on me, it was perfect. The hair was exactly how I wanted it. I look forward to work with them again in a few months!

Bridget did my make-up for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding/reception. She did an amazing job. The make-up didn't looked too heavy, but it still showed up really well in photos :) . I showed her pictures of how I wanted my eyes and she was able to follow the photos. She is also super sweet and even assisted in getting me ready for my reveal photo since there was so much wedding day chaos! A+!

I cannot say enough about how professional/personal/fun/talented Bella Bride is! They not only made myself, my 9 bridesmaids, my junior bridesmaid, and my mother look like movie stars but they tailored each styling to our personal style so we didn't all look the same. The makeup stayed perfect even though I bawled like a baby the whole time. The hair styles were all different but they all looked like they were meant to go together. They kept us calm in all the crazy and even let us squeeze in extra people who decided they wanted it at the last minute. They came to the hotel so we didn't have to go anywhere. We felt so pampered and that was so important to me. I can't wait for another excuse to use them again! Thanks ladies for making such a magic day even more special!

Let me just say, the make up and hair was flawless for all of my bridal party! Planning a wedding from out of town with very few references made me nervous in choosing vendors, however, the team at Bella Bride made the whole process seamless and easy. Bridget was very responsive to emails and questions- typically responding in a few hours! Also, SHE reached out to ME on the week of the wedding! This totally put my mind at easy as we were not having to chase down vendors. Both ladies were lovely; arrived on time and got us finished quickly... there was not last minute stressing about this. Also, the hair and make up withstood 4 hours of dancing without any issues (me and my bridesmaids are all professional dancers so we put it to the test.). Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a large bridal party.

I booked with Bridget from Bella Bride to do my make up for my bridal and boudoir shoots, and my wedding day. I could not have lucked out more! Not only was my make up flawless for each occasion, but she is such a pleasure to work with! Her calming personality really calmed my nerves! On my wedding day, she did my make up as well as 7 other girls, and she did a fabulous job on everyone in a timely manner. Everybody loved the airbrush makeup, her perfect lash application, and absolutely loved her! She does an amazing job at giving you exactly what you're looking for!

Bridget did an amazing job on our make-up! The communication leading up to the big day was quick and easy going. I found that when I was shopping around for all kinds of vendors, some would make you feel like just a number or not important...but Bridget made me feel important from day one! We had a morning wedding, and she was there bright and early, exactly when she said. Our make-up was flawless and lasted all morning, afternoon, and into the late night for the after party. I would definitely recommend Bella Bride!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am so thrilled to have had Bella Bride be a part of my big day. When I first spoke to them I had no idea what I wanted and they helped me out the entire way. I don't think I could have made up my mind without Bridget and Stephanie's help. They did both my Bridals and Wedding day. I could not have been more pleased or impressed the my hair and make-up stayed in place all day and night! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bridget and Stephanie did a great job! They are a mobile business, traveling to where ever the bride is. For my trial run/bridals, I told them what I wanted and they were able to do exactly that. I needed hair extensions, so they both went to Sally's after the trial run and bought them for me. On the wedding day, I was a little ambivalent about my hair, not because Stephanie didn't do a good job on the trials/bridals, but because I thought I didn't have enough hair to pull off the look (even with the extensions). So I told her what I wanted and it turned out great!! And my makeup was beautiful! It lasted until 5am, after partying all night long. Bridget also applied lashes and tattoo coverage, which were great. I also had about 10 others that needed hair and/or makeup. Bridget and Stephanie showed up early and were able to get everyone looking pretty in time for the festivities. I would definitely recommend Bridget and Stephanie. They are young and fun, but professional and know their art. Their pricing is not inflated, as some places are. They were always available by email, text, or phone and they showed up on time for everything. If you go with these two, you will look amazing:)

On the day of my wedding, Bridget had to rush her little girl to the ER. I was absolutely amazed that after being the ER, she still came to my hotel to do me and my maids make-up! Talk about utmost professional! My bridals were my "test" run, and the blush was a little intense, but that's what a trial is for! My day of make-up was flawless and absolutely perfect. Personally, I cannot do eye shadow like professionals can. Bridget did a great job. Jennifer the hair dresser also did beautiful work so quick! Give these girls a call - they won't let you down!

From the get go, Jennifer and Bridget were wonderful to work with. They were both very prompt in returning all my communication and were very easy to set up my hair trial and wedding day hair. Jennifer did my hair trial and honestly did my hair EXACTLY like a picture I had showed her and in only 35 minutes! She was so fast and did such an AMAZING job. I loved my hair for my hair trial. My wedding day was no exception. I had both Bridget and Jennifer come to do my hair and my bridal party's hair and all of the girl's, including myself, were SO happy with their services. Everyone loved their hair! And my hair turned out just as good as it did when I had a hair trial. I received many compliments that day and absolutely loved the job that the both of them did! They are also very reasonably priced! I would 100% recommend them to any bride. They do great work! You will not be disappointed!

A friend of mine from high school posted pictures of her wedding on facebook and tagged Bella Bride as hair & makeup. I had been looking for a few months at different vendors, but everyone I tried just didn't appeal to me. After I contacted Bella Bride - Bridget called me that day to talk about what I wanted. She really took the time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for. Over the next 12 months I sent her pictures of hair and makeup. The week of my wedding, Bridget and Jen came to my hotel room and did a trial - I was so happy with my makeup and my hair. It felt like I still looked natural but gorgeous all at once. They did a great job at capturing my style and personality in my hair and makeup. I would recommend Bridget & Jen to anyone!!!

Bridget (owner) was wonderful to work with. She, unfortunately, could not be there on my wedding day b/c she was out of town, but she sent in her partner, Stephanie. Stephanie was AWESOME! My trial went great and so did the wedding day! She brought in several girls to help her get the job done. All of my bridesmaids were so happy with their hair and makeup. And I, well, had never felt so pretty. Stephanie gave me exactly what I wanted (and I changed it up a little from the trial). I seriously felt so beautiful and got emotional when I saw the final product in the mirror. Thank you, Stephanie and team for being professional, friendly and oh so talented! Bella Bride did a SUPERB job on my makeup. I used Bridget for my engagement and bridal session, as well as, my wedding. She takes her time and wants to make sure you love your look. Our engagement shoot was mid July and outside, but you would never know that by the look of my makeup. It looked perfect throughout the entire shoot. Bridget was a pleasure to work with and I will continue to use her for any other events.

Bridget is the BEST wedding makeup artist. She was very professional and was able to do my makeup, my bridesmaids, and a few family members that showed up for the fun quickly and efficiently. I grew up in New Orleans but I moved away. I read reviews on TheKnot.com to try to decided on what company to go with. I read the reviews on Bella Brides and I was crossing my fingers they would be good! I wasn't able to do a trial run because of work and living out of town. OMG, I was soooo impressed with the girls! Bridget was so professional and so great to work with! She got to my parents house on top, set her stuff up right away, and stared to get to work right away! I felt and looked like a princess! I had been in weddings prior where Bridget did our makeup so I already knew I wanted to use her for my own. She is truly talented! She provides airbrush makeup to give you a flawless finish for your special day and she makes you look absolutely gorgeous! All of my girls looked so beautiful as well! She is highly recommended.

Jen and Bridget did my hair and makeup, as well as hair for my 6 bridesmaids, at my wedding this past weekend. They were absolutely fantastic! I've been in several weddings where the hair and makeup process was time consuming and stressful, but the ladies from Bella Bride were very efficient. Everyone was ready to go in plenty of time and looked great. They worked with all of my bridesmaids (after seeing just a few pictures or hearing a description) to give them exactly what they wanted. My hair and makeup not only looked beautiful, but it lasted ALL DAY! I looked just as amazing when I got back to my hotel nearly 15 hours later as I did when they left that morning. I didn't touch my hair or makeup once... trust me ladies, this is not something you want to think about on your big day! I would highly recommend Jen and Bridget to anyone looking for on site hair and makeup for their wedding or special event.

My wedding was April 5, 2014. Bella Bride was amazing to work with!! I had a large bridal party and Bella Bride had no problem giving special attention to each girl. Bridget and Jen of Bella Bride, were punctual and worked together seamlessly! We had a few girls decide to have hair and makeup services by Bella Bride the day of...(Yikes!) Bridget and Jen did not blink an eye or skip a beat. They were fabulous!!! These ladies even styled the flower girl and junior bridesmaid. Again, they were fabulous! They calmed my nerves and took care of everything! They have extremely pleasing and charming personalities and work very hard! I would choose Bella Bride over anyone else any day!!!

My bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, and I all had our hair and make-up done by Bella Bride. My bridesmaids raved about their make-up. They looked gorgeous but because the make-up was airbrushed, it looked light and natural. The team at Bella Bride was extremely professional and punctual. They were willing to work with the ideas I had for my bridesmaid's updos and executed them quite well. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Bridget and Jen did my hair and makeup (and all the moms and sisters hair and makeup)for my wedding and did such a beautiful job! I only had a few pictures and a vague idea of what I wanted, but they were willing to do a few trials before the wedding to make sure that we knew exactly what we wanted to do on the big day. Their prices were great too. They did show up a little late and took a little longer to get me ready than they had originally estimated (took 45 minutes when they said it would take 30 minutes), but we were all still ready in time and looked great! I would definitely recommend them for your big day- just give them a little extra time.

Dear brides to be, I planned my 20's theme wedding for a year and one month before I started to have all those last minuet issues come up, like my hair&makeup people...I will spare you the details! I was very lucky to have found Bella Bride and though they were nearly completely booked they had my day open...thank goodness! These ladies came in so completely prepared and with such calm energy. They gave us the best day ever...our makeup and hair, for all of us, stayed on all night long and there were no issues with the theme so everyone got what they wanted! Bridget did a great job! I had so many compliments on how beautiful my make up looked. She was also very quick, because I was running way behind schedule. She even helped put my birdcage veil in correctly. I thought about doing my own make up to save money, but I am so happy she did it for me. Bridget was amazing. None of us wanted to spend the day sitting in a salon, so Bridget was perfect for us. This was my first experience with airbrush make-up, and I was amazed at how flawless it looked yet still looked natural up close. was amazed at how natural it looked up close. It didn't feel any different than regular make-up. Our make-up stayed on all night! The hairstyles were fresh and stayed in place, even though we were a rowdy bunch :) I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional service received, at our convenience, for what she charges. Bridget did a great job on my trial run (hair/makeup). I gave her a deposit to hold my date. Then, I couldn't get in touch with her until 2 days before the wedding and found out she had written down the wrong date somehow (Sunday instead of Saturday) and wasn't going to be in town for my wedding. Jen (co-owner) did try very hard to make things right, but in the end I had to find someone else.
