I would NEVER recommend this store to any bride/bridal party. I will preface this by saying that I've never left a bad review on any business, but the service at this store was AP...
PALLING! When I visited the store I didn't have an appointment (my mistake) but we had drove an hour into town so we stopped anyway. The sale associate let us in the store to look at dresses since they are one of the few stores in Houston that carry Jenny Yoo. We found a dress we liked and since the store was COMPLETELY empty I asked if I could try it on. The associate said that since I didn't have an appointment I would have to come back another day (drive another hour to try on ONE dress). I then asked to speak to a manager to see if there was any way they would accomodate us and give us 10 minutes to try on ONE dress in a completely EMPTY store. The manager (Bria) came down from upstairs and I once again asked if we could please try on the dress to avoid driving another hour. Her response was a very RUDE no because we "didn't have an appointment" and all the associates had "tasks to complete upstairs." I even tried to explain to her that we live very far away, but she didn't seem to care to meet the needs of her customers. I've visited many bridal stores in Houston and other cities and have never had such a HORRIBLE experience as I had at Bella Bridesmaids. They have a complete disregard for customer service and I'm happy to take my money elsewhere!!I would NEVER recommend this store to any bride/bridal party. I took my bridesmaids to Bellabrides in Houston, TX and the employees there were very helpful (one of the Bridesmaids had to go to the Denver one and it seemed like she had a great...
experience there as well). The original dresses we wanted would not come in on time but the staff helped us find something else that matched my wedding theme. They were also very responsive to emails which was extremely helpful.
I went to several bridal dress shops and was unimpressed by the selection, however coming to Bella Bridesmaid, they have so many beautiful options. The dresses they carry are ones...
that I thought were beautiful quality, in many different styles and colors for all body types. I was able to pick five dresses in the same color for my bridesmaids to choose between. They were helpful and made things very easy.
Bella Bridesmaids deserves MORE than 5 stars. From the moment I stepped in the boutique, the sales associates were SO welcoming and helpful. They helped me bring my vision of light...
, airy, and romantic feel into my bridesmaids dresses. I went with Hayley Paige dresses and they were absolutely stunning!!! My bridesmaids loved them and it was so easy for them to go try on. I had bridesmaids in Houston, Dallas, San Francisco, Austin, and Denver and they were all able to go and get measured so easily!!!!
Brides, the selection at bella bridesmaids is absolutely incredible and they make the whole process so stress free!!!! Literally endless styles and colors to choose from. I can't urge you enough to get your bridesmaid dresses from here!!
Such a cute and unique place to try on bridesmaid dresses! They have so many options and are very accommodating! My bridesmaids just loved the dress that we ended up picking and it...
looked great on them the big day!
I've had rough experiences at this store when I have been a bridesmaid previously, but this time as the bride, I had a pretty good experience. I had found the dress that I wanted, ...
so I made an appointment to have me and my maids come to the store to try it on and get sized. The sales associate was so patient and helpful, much different than past experiences. Overall, easy to work with to get your bridesmaid dresses and they came just as expected.
Very cute shop with a large selection. I went in looking for modest bridesmaid dresses for my church wedding. The consultants had great ideas on ways to make dresses work to be chu...
rch appropriate. Very helpful and nice. They even did price matching! Only one of my four bridesmaids lives in Houston so it was nice that there are Bella Bridesmaid stores in the other three cities where my bridesmaids live. Highly recommend Bella Bridesmaid!
I really wanted bridesmaid dresses that didn't look like bridesmaid dresses and searched online for weeks to find dresses I liked. I found 2 that I loved and the only place that ha...
d them in stock was Bella Bridesmaid. The dresses looked beautiful on all my girls no matter what their body shape. The price was a bit high, but we were ordering a brand new design. However, the consultant pushed my girls to order larger sizes (because it's bridal) and upcharged them for plus sizes. When the dresses arrived, the top of the dress was too big on all the girls. This is obviously not the store's fault, and rather design flaws. My girls didn't try on the dresses when they first arrived so we weren't able to work with the store to get more appropriate sizes. However, the store was very accomodating and refunded the upcharges for plus sizes. Overall, the dresses were stunning and unique. Just make sure your girls try on their dresses and report any issues within 2 weeks of the dresses arriving.
My girls looked gorgeous! & that's an understatement! Haley was so great to work with and very patient with my crazy bunch! I'm so happy with the way the dresses looked and how ama...
zing the staff and Haley were! Thank you ladies so much! I will send photos soon!! XOXO KC
Had a very pleasant experience here selecting the dresses for my Bridesmaids. The selection and quality of designers that they carry is top-notch. The consultant was very helpful a...
nd mindful of our stated budget. We actually found the dress kind of by accident since she only put one of my girls in it so that we could see the color...it was not at all like any style we thought we wanted. It was so beautiful once it was on though and we all knew it was the one! All the girls were measured in the salon and we were given sizing sheets for the designer so that each girl could decide what size she wanted. The ordering process was easy and each girl was able to submit their form on their own. The dresses came in within the stated time that we were given when the order was placed and each dress was perfect and in the exact size ordered. This was one of the most stress-free parts of wedding planning!
I am so glad I went to Bella Bridesmaid. They had a nice selection and variety. I had a sister who was living in California at the time and they made it so easy for her to get fi...
tted and order the dress even from another state. It was so easy. They sent you a sample piece of your selected fabric in the mail which helps with any future planning. The staff was professional and friendly. My dresses arrived a month ahead of schedule and they were perfect. I got told by a wedding guest that my dresses were the best bridesmaid dresses they had ever seen! Bella helped make my wedding beautiful.
Bella Bridesmaids is a charming boutique with great ambiance! They operate by appointment only, which you would think is to provide one on one service, but I felt rushed during my...
appointment. I met with Jessica and found Bella Bridesmaids' dress selections to be average and overpriced. I was looking for unique dresses, and figured I could find this at a boutique, but I was very wrong. The dresses did seem to be of good quality, but I'm sure you could get more for your money at Alfred Angelo or David's Bridal. Don't waste your time, I wasn't impressed to say the least.
Gorgeous selection, helpful, and so nice!
I absolutely loved my experience at Bella Bridesmaid, where I got my dress and the dresses for my bridesmaids, but brides should be forewarned that the operation is small so someti...
mes they got a little overwhelmed. When they sent the final contract to me for my bridesmaids dresses, they had to send it 3 times because each time there was something wrong. (They actually sent me another bride's forms!). That said, they were nice, flexible, and the dresses all came in the correct size and color and were sent along to the bridesmaids without delay. The dresses were beautiful and well made, too, which was great.
I bought my dress (a Jenny Yoo Bridal Alternative) and the Bridesmaids dresses through this store.
