Rapids location and they were wonderful, but the location closed. I needed one more dress for my other maid of Honor. On our way (we had an hour drive) to our 5pm appointment, traffic caused us to run late, so 10 min before the appointment I called to see if it was okay that we still come knowing we'd be 20 min late and only have 40 min to try on dresses. The lady on the phone was short and told us it was fine, but was very gruff about us being late. (Understandable, but should have been my first clue to cancel) We made it there and the lady acted most inconvenienced by us. My maid of Honor is pregnant, so we wanted to make sure we got her a dress that was flowy in the midsection. The lady rolled her eyes at every question. One being how measuring worked being that my maid of Honor would be 2 months post partum. She said, "she's not the first pregnant bridesmaid and certainly not the last, so we know how to measure." Again, rolling her eyes. She told us the price of the dress AFTER she ran the credit card which was $240. Granted my MoH still had to sign, so I was told after I called a week later (because I was still upset by the experience and wanted to try and cancel the order) that we could have canceled before she signed (how was I supposed to know that? She had already run her card through) There were so many times I wanted to run out but didn't want to be rude or embarrass my bridesmaid by me doing so. Highly do not recommend this location. I even talked to the owner and she also seemed inconvenienced to even talk to me about our experience and didn't seem to care that her associate was beyond rude.

ul, patient, and understanding. They talked me through different options, and let me see multiple different styles, colors, and patterns until I finally found the perfect combination for my girls. They were so easy to work with and flexible in accommodating us during our appointments and my many questions via email. My bridesmaids lived in multiple different areas, and some weren't close to a Bella location, so Dina and team were really great about answering questions via phone and email, and helping my girls get the correct measurements taken elsewhere so they could order online. The portal was really easy to use for online ordering and I loved that they pulled all of the orders together and reviewed everything, then sent it to me for final review before placing the order! That took a lot of extra planning and coordination off my plate which was huge during the crazy wedding planning process. Everything turned out beautifully, my bridesmaids loved their dresses, and everyone looked amazing! We had such a great experience that we're actually working with them again for my sister's wedding :) It was a breeze and I highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids Indy!

t they are all designer dresses, so they can be pretty pricey. Additionally, when we went to pick up the dress of one of my bridesmaids, they kind of rushed us out of the store and she wasn't even able to try it on before we had to leave with it, so that wasn't the greatest. Overall, the experience was pretty positive though and I would recommend them.

hough I had an overall idea of what I wanted the dresses to look like, it is still difficult trying to choose. The staff here really helped narrow it down. I had a great time watching my girlfriend try on dresses and choose the style she liked! I was originally nervous because each of my bridesmaids lived in a different state. However, Bella Indy helped every one of my girls in relation to sizing, ordering, etc. They were more than accommodating and met all of our needs. Even after my girls received their dresses, I continued to reach out to them for advise on where myself as the bride could get alterations. They were always willing to help with whatever I needed. If you want to get your bridal party dresses at a place where the people really care, this is the place! I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

ntment and bring in a few bridesmaids to try on different styles that everyone would like. I was impressed with the selection of styles (many long dresses and short dresses) and colors in the store. Bella was also super convenient for me since they have locations all over the country- my bridesmaids in San Francisco, Chicago, Tampa, and Indianapolis were all able to try on their dresses at their respective stores and know that they were ordering the correct size. Keep in mind that the orders do take a few months to come in, so don't delay in stopping in! I had a great experience at Bella Bridesmaid and my bridesmaids looked gorgeous on the day of my wedding.

y maid of honor with me and she tried on at least 8 dresses until we found the right designer. Each bridesmaid had on a different color and had an option to choose between 3 dresses. The ladies at Bella loved the idea and helped me visualize what the dresses would look like and made sure that they had each color in stock for me to view. I had bridesmaids all over the country but they all ordered through the Indy location. Every time they called in the ladies were very helpful and wanted them to get their dresses the easiest way possible. My mom also ordered her dress from Bella and we had been looking at it for 6 months before it was available. The moment that it had arrived in the store, they called me and we drove to the store the next day. We ended up purchasing the dress and they were very helpful then as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for bridesmaids dresses or even a fancy dress to wear to a wedding or an event.

a little concerned about everyone placing their orders, paying, shipment, etc. However, Bella Bridesmaid made the entire process so easy. The sales consultants are all very personable. They genuinely seemed interested in the overall look I was trying to achieve for my wedding. They even sent me extra fabric samples to share with my florist and stationary designer! You might pay a little more for the dresses at this store compared to other national retailers. However, the level of quality and service is outstanding. As a bride, it was such a relief knowing that my bridesmaids and flowers girls were well taken care of. I promise you will not be disappointed!
