ve yet to be inside a Bella Bridesmaids location and I find I won't ever enter inside one. It appears the Orange County location only ensures they make sure first appointments happen and that is probably because if the dress is booked at a specific location then they make the money off the order. My bride has bridesmaids across the country, so Bella Bridesmaids appeared idyllic. The dress is picked we just have to order. What a shame it is that the Orange County location could care less about making sure a person ordering from Bella Bridesmaids can make it in. I had the same exact experience as Kenzie with this location. It wasn't until I started to cause a problem that someone from the location attempted to work out a time for measurements. I am currently planning my own wedding as well, and will not even think to look at this as an option.

Instead of shipping the dresses to the respective stores for pick up, the dresses had to be sent to the store I ordered from, then shipped out, which was an additional cost and delay. This instance, and a few others, made it inconvenient to work with them. However, the dresses looked stunning on my bridesmaids of all heights and build-for that I am grateful!

no way my dress would fit me. So Rachel was super helpful and found the perfect Saja gown that would leave plenty of room for my growing belly. And as it turned out, I loved the new dress 1000 times more than the original gown! Rachel was able to contact the designer and rush my dress so I had it in less than a month. Then I tried them on (alone since my mom is 350 miles away, but she did direct me to the shop) and Trinh took photos for me so I could send them to my mom and helped me with everything. Then they made sure the dress I wanted was available and it was shipped to the store within a week and it fit perfectly and it was the perfect dress for a beach wedding. Thanks so much!
