They will ruin your wedding. I certainly changed my mind about using them later this year for my wedding. Alyssa is so incredibly rude and wouldn't even give a phone call about the issue. Only a text. 0/10. Terrible people.

maids were not notified personally of the change and alterations were not done for the new dress style. Finally dresses were received the second week of September and everybody's dress fits as if it's for another person, huge in the top and length was too long. Upon notifying merchant of my dissatisfaction via email, received no response after a day, later called and was told by a rep that my email was "ignored" because she felt it was a message for her manager.  She also stated 8/10 girls require a fitting after receiving dress,  if that's the case that should've been more of a reason to obtain a new fitting. After contacting that day,  never received another call/ email from bella bridesmaids.  Horrible customer service, save your money,  distress and go someplace else.

When one of my bridesmaids found out she was pregnant and was going to be 8m pregnant at my wedding lauren made it easy for her to choose a new maternity dress!! The girls looked awesome!!!

for one dress and total of 2k going to them from the bridesmaids they would have great service but that is not the case. I went in for a fitting and the girl didn't even measure me just made me try on dresses with no help what so ever and picking up the dress I called over 20 times and texted and they text back after 1 hour saying oh we are busy with another party when I get there she was completly free. This place is nice/ clean and has a wide variety of dresses and the quality of the dresses was good but the service is terrible. If you go with them go with any other location besides BROADWAY!!!

Lauren is very knowledgeable with her craft and is able to help select the perfect dress for your body type, taste and style! I have 3 weddings to get bridesmaids dresses for and I am buying them all at Bella! Thanks Lauren and staff for being such a class act!

e to find a couple with the color we were looking for. We went with several different Wtoo styles for my bridesmaids to choose from and were excited that there were Bella Bridesmaid salons in multiple cities close to my friends to accommodate us. Unfortunately most of the shops did not have the dress styles that we were looking for and they were unable to try on their dresses prior to ordering. For the most part measurements were accurate, but 2 of the 5 dresses were the wrong size when they arrived. Thankfully it was nothing that could not be fixed with alterations, though I wish there had been more time for my friends to accomplish this. Despite stating that our dresses would be in by the 5th of May, they arrived more than two weeks late and without any communication from the shop. Even when I called they said they would have to investigate it, and then got back to me several days later when they said the dresses arrived. Overall the communication was not great and I would hesitate to choose them again. Ultimately my bridesmaids looked beautiful in their dresses, which is what really matters!

different colors. They assured me that they would make sure all the orders were different before it was submitted. Thank goodness they sent it to me for final approval before submission, my maid of honor caught that the same dress was placed for two bridesmaids. The mistake was corrected and the dresses were gorgeous.
