nt in Miami where I live in May 2023. The majority of my bridesmaids live in Baltimore. I didn’t have the best experience in Miami so I decided that now that I am closer to the wedding it would be best to be based in Baltimore.
So I made a first appointment. When I got there the sales person immediately started asking questions that felt like she was grilling me. She said she didn’t prepare any dresses cuz she thought she was doing measurements because of the appointment I had i. Miami.
I ended up just leaving as she continued to be rude and showed in many ways she had no intention of helping me or my bridesmaids.
I’m going to order directly from Dessy for my dresses. In Miami the woman was pushy and in Baltimore she didn’t want to help because she thought the commission would go to Miami because I started my account there.
I am no longer using Bella bridesmaids because their costumer service is not on par to my expectations.
Whitney was wonderful in helping us choose a dress. Everything was really simple and the bridesmaids received their dresses in time. They were gorgeous!

She had already spoken with the dress designers ahead of our appointment so we knew which dresses were deliverable in such a small time frame. She gave us a time frame for delivery and Fedex was backed up. Whitney went out of her way, spent two days at a FedEx location on a SATURDAY trying to locate this package. Even though she couldn't get the package herself, she hand delivered these dresses to my house and I literally cannot say enough about this customer service. I was stationed in Germany so I couldn’t join my bridesmaids for a formal fitting in person, but rest assured Whitney at Bella Baltimore had it all under control. My bridesmaids were located in Baltimore and DC. I knew I wanted to use the designer Joanna August in the color Rolling Stone. After the girls got measured and tried on various Joanna August styles in person, Bella had an online portal for payments and dress approvals. The process was so simple, the dresses arrived on time with plenty of alteration time! The girls looked BEAUTIFUL!

de it so easy for them to go try on the dresses at the different locations, but we utilized the Baltimore location to order everything and to have all the dresses shipped there. We chose Joanna August and allowed the girls to all pick the style they wanted. Whitney who was our consultant was amazing. She helped with every single order, the sizing and then when the dresses came in. We had visited the shop several times and she was great when the girls were trying on all the selections they had. She gave great tips on tying the wrap dress styles that some of the girls chose and with fit of some of the girls. It was a great experience to work with Bella and choose Joanna August for all the girls.

a decision between two dresses. I didn’t have much time since I waited too long to order, but Whitney quickly responded to my emails and set up an appointment. At the appointment Whitney had both dresses ready, gave her honest opinion and helped me make a decision without feeling pressured! I had my 3 year old niece with me and Whitney was so sweet to her. She wasn’t bothered by a toddler who was asking questions and when I went back with another bridesmaid for her fitting she let me niece try on a flower girl dress! Whitney is so sweet, made us feel so comfortable and made sure we had fun. She also communicated with the Philadelphia store to make sure that the ordering process would go quickly and smoothly. ou don’t want to break the bank either. I had looked at a number of bridal boutiques and then enters Bella Bridesmaids in Baltimore. Whitney was an absolute dream to work with. From my first email to set an appointment, all the way up to the shipping of the dresses she was always on top of things. Whitney was so friendly at my fitting and Bella’s had the best selection out of any boutique I had checked out. Even when we dealt with a production delay from the Designer and me having all my bridesmaids in different states. There was no challenge Whitney couldn’t face and didn’t make me totally comfortable with. I would definitely recommend Bella Bridesmaids and Whitney to future brides without a doubt!

go. I went in with my bridesmaids and actually didn’t like any of the dresses in the store, but Whitney said that they could order the designer I wanted through her. Since she was so helpful and nice, we ended up ordering the dresses from another store through her. She kept me up to date with where my order was, and was really accommodating when we had to make a change to our order. I even had an issue with sizing after the dresses came in and she was responsive and quick to help. I highly recommend going here for your bridesmaid dresses!!
