I had recently gained weight due to an autoimmune disorder and was very nervous about dress shopping. The staff at Brides by Young didn't bat an eye. They were so kind, patient, an...
d had SO many dresses I could actually try on in the store.
My attendant Dolores was fantastic! She pulled dresses based on my Pinterest board to perfection and understood exactly what I needed. The selection was extensive, and the atmosphere was supportive and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a positive, pressure-free dress shopping experience!
Great selection of dresses! The sales associate that helped me bring my vision to life was amazing, unfortunately I don’t remember her name. All my girls were happy with their expe...
riences from start to finish. My sister who was my maid of honor actually got pregnant after she picked her dress and the team was so happily with talking to the designer who made my dress and got them to make a maternity dress in the fabric and color I picked which was something that completely didn’t do
Rebecca at Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold is a complete SWEETHEART! She helped me pick out the perfect dress options for my bridesmaids and was great with all of them when they came...
to try the dresses on! She also helped me with my bridal shower dress that was super cute!! My bridesmaids looked STUNNING on my wedding day in their dresses! I highly recommend working with Rebecca at Bella in Freehold!
I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding and the stylist helped me in picking out which dress would work for me I expressed to her which one I liked because they didn't have the o...
ne I wanted to try on in the store they took my measurements and ordered me a 14 if you look at the photo attached this dress looks like a 28 if that's even a size not to be rude I called the store perfusly and left messages for the store manager to call me back as the wedding was appraching sooner and sooner it was one excuse after another she was busy she was with another client she was out to dinner with her family by the time the dresses arrived my sisters wedding was around the corner I went into the store by making an appointment to see if they could do something with the dress after sitting for what seemed to be close to an hour because they double booked my appointment I was rushed into a fitting room tied up into a big knot on my neck and sent on my merry way to go get alterations I was extremely upset that I wasn't given the proper time or attention that I deserved as a paying customer to help find a solution to this disaster I am a bigger size woman and it seemed as if they didn't care to help or try to even work with me in finding a new dress knowing and expressing this one wasn't the right one for me off to the seamstress I went spending more money than I did on the dress just to get it somewhat altered to my body if even possible bottom line it was horrible I called the store and tried to get in touch with the manager again and was avoided yet again over and over and over finally when I got a call back I was left a voice mail on my phone stating that I was a very rude person for calling so many times and that she received the first message and was going to call me back I assume her calling customers back consists of waiting 3 months later and the customer getting infuriated I will admit by the time I was able to speak to whomever I spoke with who wasnt even the owner she said she would get back to me on what she could do for me i waited patiently for a call back she finally called about a week later and said since I was so rude they weren't willing to do anything for me and had I taken a different approach to the situation they may have considered helping me that bottom line the dress chosen was overall not the proper dress for my body type again she made it a point to express that the stylist should have assisted me in choosing something better suited for my body type and the dress picked shouldn't have been the dress for me I don't believe I should have been the one to suffer in this case when you go to a location and they are styling you, you put your trust in the stylist to know what is going to work for your body type and what's not going to work for you body type not the other way around and when you call a paying customer back that now has spent close to triple the amount of money to try an rectify the situation that theyve made a mess of it becomes very frustrating and then to be given a life lesson in eddicacy that to me is horrible business over all I'm very displeased with the competency of this bridal store and the management based on my experience the customer is not always right but in this situation I was simply asking them to please help me not to look like I was swimming in a sea full of green velvet with a big knot tied on my neck that made me look like I had a medical growth on my back with all that being said I would never recommend this store to anyone ever it's full of dresses that you can find anywhere at a lower price and better material with kinder hearted people to help guide you along the way lesson learned I hope this helps people in the future from going to this location and maybe saving themselves a little heartache and stress
BTW the dress is being held up by my mother not even myself I have a smaller frame than her so imagine how much larger the dress actually was.
This is the only spot we shopped for bridesmaid’s dresses. I got my dress here when I was a bridesmaid in my brother’s wedding so I was confident knowing that Bella Bridesmaids off...
ered a large variety of high quality dresses. Kyle and Samira really do make sure that they carry the best variety of dresses. Kyle was so helpful in helping my girls choose styles that made them feel beautiful and choosing complimentary colors for the 2 dresses that we selected.
My three bridesmaids and I met with our assigned dress consultant (Taylor) on a weekday. I had pre-selected 10 bridesmaids dresses from Jenny Yoo, and Taylor was helpful in prepari...
ng the samples, taking measurements for the bridesmaids, and placing their individual orders. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would recommend it if you live in the area.

I had an amazing experience at Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold. I would highly recommend working with Rebecca!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They measured me incorrectly took 3 weeks to get back to me with a solution and their solution was I could buy their sample dress (which I would have to alter) fo...
r an additional $50. Spoke with the owner Samira and she told me from the start she would not budge that I was measured incorrectly and she would not be interested in debating it any further. She was rude and told me I was yelling at her when I tried to get a word in over her soliloquy about how she trains her people to measure correctly. Overall horrible business management and disgusting customer service. Own up to human error and do the right thing by you customers.
My bridesmaids looked AMAZING in their Dessy dresses! I wanted to shop in person at a store (I know weird right?) and the team at Bella Bridesmaids helped me make my vision come to...
life. I wanted 2 colors and it was easy to see things in person! All six of my bridesmaids had a positive experience selecting their dresses and were surprised with how easy it was! There were dresses available in all sizes and colors which made all my girls super comfortable. I actually bought a bridesmaid dress from this store for a wedding that I am in! I definitely recommend the Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold!
Long story short, Freehold Bella Bridesmaid was a homerun experience and made my bridal party feel amazing. We ordered our dresses through them and I will always recommend anyone I...
know getting married in NJ to make an appointment! Read on if you have the time to learn why! My bridal party and I wanted to find a dress that was comfortable and cute for the whole group. My group of 5 girls all have very different body types. Our shopping trip started out very poorly as the girls constantly felt defeated and negative about their own bodies at the shops we had visited. I thought David's Bridal may be the solution as they advertise themselves as having a ton of inventory for every shape and style plus being a big huge chain I figured they'd have a large variety. I was so wrong they didn't even have dresses for each girl to sample, because they didn't have any of their sizes available on the floor. That was what broke us the most, the experience there was so negative that I was honestly hesitant to head to a boutique such as Freehold Bella Bridesmaid because I was afraid it would really hurt the girls to see more unrealistic body standards. But I was 1000000% wrong. The team at Freehold Bella Bridesmaid was the most incredible group of people I have ever met. Not only did they make each girl feel amazing, they were even able to find a dress that everyone loved and felt great in. They also had sample sizes that allowed each girl to try on a dress from XS-3XL. It honestly was the best feeling to see the girls try on dresses and have so much fun doing so. Kyle worked with our group for about an hour (maybe more) until we found the perfect dress (that was also in everyone's budget!). I am so happy we got to experience this together as a group. I was recommended by two other bridesmaids (from different weddings) to go to Freehold Bella Bridesmaid. It is now my #1 wedding recommendation, anyone I know who is getting married in NJ I tell them they should make an appointment and they will see and feel why this place is incredible. Thank you to everyone there who made our experience unforgettable!
I grew up in Monmouth County and knew that I had to get my bridesmaids dresses from Bella Bridesmaids. The service was great, the variety (and quality!) of the dresses were wonderf...
ul and I found that my bridesmaids, mother and I were not rushed or pressured into making a decision on the spot. My bridesmaids wore a combination of aubergine colored Dessy dresses (1 shoulder with a bow & the other was completely off the shoulder) - they could not stop raving on how comfortable and flattering they were. While I do not believe they do alterations on site, they did make a handful of recommendations where hemming/tailoring could be done. We would choose these gowns and Bella all over again!
I honestly LOVED my experience at Bella Bridesmaid. It was the first time ever shopping for my bridesmaid dresses and within the first visit I knew the dress was the one for my gir...
ls. Jill was extremely helpful in narrowing my decision and offered her professional opinions. She was so helpful not in just narrowing my decision on the dress but also on hairstyles for my girls. Jill was also very informative on the ordering process and walked each of my girls through it. I love Bella bridesmaid and Jill!!
I do not have one negative thing to say about Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold. I will say a few years ago I had to work with them for a wedding i was in and although nothing major I ...
has a little sour taste in my mouth. With hesitation I went to them because I knew it was easiest for my bridesmaids (10 is a lot to manage) I am SO HAPPY I did. They were amazing! I called them a million times with question prior to our appointment and they they always answered them and never seemed annoyed. I live in PA but 9 out of 10 bridesmaids live in NJ so I wanted to be able to be at the appointments with them and they worked with me to make this possible. I made two appointments this past weekend to split up my bridesmaids due to restrictions and Jenna was there for both and was AMAZING! She offered plenty of suggestions and solutions to make everyone happy. I would recommend them to anyone thinking getting married.

bridesmaids purchased their dresses there. There were so many designer and color options to choose from. The ordering process was easy, and the girls are always so wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids to all brides-to-be!
I wanted to send a huge thank you to all of the wonderful women who run this shop. I had 6 bridesmaids plus 2 junior bridesmaids, and I wanted them all in different, but color-coor...
dinated dresses. Well, I couldn’t have gone to a better place. The dresses were gorgeous, perfectly color-coordinated in hues of burgundy, champagne and blush, and each bridesmaid felt her personality reflected in what she was wearing. They loved the dresses, which made me so happy, and your team helped me pick dresses that looked PERFECT together, which made me even more happy!
You helped make the bridesmaid dress process easy and look amazing! THANK YOU!!

were ready for all my crazy questions, my mini panic attacks, everything. Samira is the nicest most understanding person I've met in the industry. she really puts her all in the experience to make sure you leave with a huge weight lifted off of you. i tell everyone and anyone to go see her and her great team in freehold. you will not be disappointed.

ell as an amazing staff. My sister and I went to find her maid of honor dress first when I met Samira, one of the owners. She was extremely informative, welcoming and patient. We had such a wonderful time there and it wasn’t a stressful process. She also showed us all of my bridesmaid dresses and made my vision come to life. I wanted 3 different shades of pink within 7 dresses and she showed me the Amsale Flat Chiffon collection. These dresses are BEAUTIFUl and put dresses in other stores to shame. I came back with my bridesmaids and Jill has been extremely helpful as well. Throughout my whole process of also finding a flower girl dress and a dress for my sister in law, their communication has been strong and they have been extremely accommodating. I am so grateful to have heard about Bella’s in Freehold and to have this Bella’s team help me with my vision. Thank you for everything!
Absolutely loved the girls at Bella Bridesmaids - Freehold. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and they made the experience easy and fun!
The only thing I would say is to double...
check your sizing and the recommended size because two of my girls got sizes that were too big/small.
Other than that it was a great experience and the dresses were stunning!
I wish they offered alteration services. That would be the only service that would improve the store.
I had an awesome experience with Bella Bridesmaids! I was able to find the perfect dress for my girls. I loved how easy it was for the girls to go onto the online showroom and or...
der their dresses/see their statuses. As the bride, I also liked being able to see which of my bridesmaids still needed to order their dress :) . Bella Bridesmaids was also able to honor a Dessy coupon that I had, which helped reduce the cost of the dresses for each of my girls, which they very much appreciated. The consultant I worked with was very nice and helpful. Bella Bridesmaids made ordering/selecting bridesmaids dresses very simple. My girls got many compliments on their dresses. I would recommend Bella to all future brides!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Samira and Bella Bridesmaids. Sam was so helpful and really understood what I was looking for and didn’t just help me with my bridesmaids...
dresses, but helped me with the entire vision of the wedding, from alterations on my own gown to the tuxes the groomsmen will wear. Sam even let me bring my gown into the salon to ensure it would match the bridesmaids dresses perfectly. I’m so grateful for her and this experience they gave me. I tell literally all my friends getting married to come here. Thank you so much for all your help :)

ted all over the country, it was super easy for all of them to be able to go to their local Bella Bridesmaid and try on the dresses I chose. I ended up going with Joanna August and they were AWESOME (so beautiful and comfortable). It was a great and easy experience working with Bella Bridesmaids.

dal party. Kyle was incredibly patient and helpful, and the experience was so comfortable and fun! There were so many dresses to choose from, and my bridal party was so happy with each of their choices. Each girl ordered a different dress, and all 7 of the dresses looked beautiful together. Highly recommend!

Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold was great. I wanted five different dresses for my bridesmaids and flower girl and expected it to be a hectic experience trying to find five that match...
ed and went well together. Instead it was a totally seamless process and I think we chose them all in about 30 minutes. When we arrived they already had dresses I had described on deck and ready to be tried on which really helped. Prices were right on par with what a bridesmaid dress should be, staff was professional, and store was immaculate.
I’ve been a bridesmaid in a wedding before and knew the type of shopping experience i wanted my girls to have. I loved that my first appointment was private and Kyle took so much ...
time to get an idea of the style and color i wanted and made suggestions. She then made an appointment for me to bring back one of my girls to help me narrow down the styles by trying on at least 20 dresses. She never made us feel rushed or an inconvenience. I loved the color and different styles she helped us find to make each girl feel special and happy with their own look! I highly Recommend Bella Freehold!
Worst bridesmaid dress ever! I had my measurements taken in the store.
They advised me on a size to order even though I was in between measurements. Instead of telling me to ord...
er the larger size so the dress could be taken in, they told me to go with the size in the middle or else it would be too big. Well, needless to say the dress wouldn't even zip. They were of no help when I called because I didn't call within two weeks to report this problem. I had to spend $120 in alterations and it was still sooo tight. I actually received friction burns on my shoulders from the material digging into me all night. Do not go here.
As a bridesmaid/bride I CANNOT recommend brides using this store. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a store or really in general. The person I dealt with was so r...
ude/condescending I wanted to scream. When dresses came in 2 different colors we were offered very little solutions and NO compensation for girls who had to be inconvenienced when they found out their dresses were discontinued and were offered the samples left in the store (ps the dress was discontinued a month after ordering, but it's ok because they notify brides when they find out a style they ordered is going to be discontinued, oh wait they didn't). We were told that even though the dresses had to be remade it may still take up to another month, leaving only 1 month until the wear date, until they arrived because they "come from china and you can be dealing with someone who just learned how to sew yesterday", which makes sense given the assembly line of dress makers didn't even use a Hayley Paige fabric (which is how the dresses were made in a different color). Now I'm not saying this can't happen anywhere. It can. The wrongdoing was in the hands of the owner who handled this situation all wrong and spoke to a bunch of 20 and 30 somethings like we were children.
My second time working with a Bella Bridesmaids
company, NJ and Seattle stores, and what a serious disappointment. HORRIBLE! NJ, all 7 girls showed up same day, had a great experi...
ence trying on and ordering our dresses, each dress $250+. I even said to everyone, wow what a huge difference from their Seattle location. This is going to make up for my first horrible experience. Wrong! Dresses showed up and 4 girls go pick them up. They decide to try them on in store and the dresses are in 2 very noticeably DIFFERENT shades of red. 4 of the dresses actually look pink. It is Aug, wedding is in Oct by the way. They originally tell us that all 7 will need to be remade to guarantee the same color but they will get back to us after speaking with the manufacturer. 2 days later we get a call back and are told they can only redo 5 of the 7 dresses because 2 styles are now discontinued, but they will give us the 2 samples off of the rack. The others "should" arrive by next month, a month before the wedding. When the bride asked for a discount on the sample dress they told her that they won't be able to discount any of the dresses but they "look like new". They even said they would pay for alterations for those two dresses, but only if we go out of our way to get them done where they do their tailoring. We can't use our own tailoring service. At this rate we will most likely be canceling the order all together if they don't make a much better attempt to correct the problem. I mean they inspected the dresses before we even saw them and didn't bother to call and notify anyone that they were two different colors. This is completely unacceptable. I CAN NOT recommend using this company ever!
In short the Seattle store promised us 6-8weeks shipping after our dress order was placed and on week 14, and 4 phone calls later, the woman on the phone with me literally said "oh let me check this unopened box, I was going to open these tomorrow. yup here they are". Those dresses arrived 3 weeks before a wedding most of us had to travel across country for. NEVER AGAIN!
The girls at Bella Bridesmaids were helpful and friendly. They gave us recommendations and even got a sample sent in so I can find the exact colors I wanted. They were good at ge...
tting all the girls the correct sizes and getting the orders completed efficiently. There was good communication between myself (the bride) and the staff. However, some of the girls did get different directions which made ordering somewhat confusing. Overall though we all got exactly what we wanted and everything came our beautifully!

clean and the dresses were in excellent condition that all of my bridesmaids felt comfortable trying them on. they took the time to help me figure out what i wanted and what would look good in pictures. and on top of all of that i was having an issue with a bridesmaid not ordering from her local store out of state and they had no problem with help we order them an other dress. i highly recommend them and i am glad i trusted them with my bridesmaids.
