Bella Bridesmaids Grand Rapids

Do not go to Bella Bridesmaids if you aren’t sure what you are looking for and want time to look at the dresses and decide on colors and styles. We had an appt and we ended up only being there for less than 10 minutes of our appt because we decided to leave because the girl helping us was rushing us to pick 4 colors that we wanted to try. We weren’t allowed to look at the rack ourselves. She was pulling dresses and quickly making us choose if we liked it or not. When I mentioned that this method wasn’t really working for us and it was kind of stressful she got defensive and said well your appt is only an hour. We were aware of the time and had only been there 7 minutes and she already wanted us to decide on 4 colors that we liked. We said maybe this wasn’t going to work out for us and rather than trying to make the experience better for us she just said ok. So we left. Our mission today was to try to find a style dress that my daughter (who is uncomfortable in dresses and is the moh) would feel comfortable in. That would’ve required us to be able to look and try on dresses that she may like. The salesperson was all about making us pick a color we liked from what she was showing us without us being able to even look at all of the options and she didn’t seem to care one bit that she wasn’t making our time there productive or comfortable. This experience turned what was supposed to be a fun afternoon between mother and daughters into a disappointing, frustrating waste of a day.
