manager, Kaylea, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bridesmaid's dresses for my perfect day! They had so many colors and styles to choose from that I worried I wouldn't be able to make a decision by the end of my scheduled appointment, but the manager assured me it was not a problem and to take as much time as I needed. When the next bridal party arrived for their appointment, one of the workers stayed with me until I made my final decision. That is quality customer service, which isn't easy to come by these days. cided on a dress and as we were setting up the order, they told us our appointment was over and tried to kick us out. Then, when the dresses got here, they were ALL TOO BIG! The manager insisted to all of my bridesmaids that the sizes they chose were too small based on their measurements but everyone had to spend $100+ to take in their dresses. Don't get me wrong, the dresses were beautiful, but the store needs to work on their presentation/communication skills.

ining to them what we were looking for and they just stood there while we were looking through racks and racks of dresses. They did not offer to pull any dresses or direct us at all. Then, when we were about 40 minutes into looking for dresses on our own, they told us we only had 20 minutes left because our appointment was only for an hour and they rushed us through. We did not purchase a dress here and I would not recommend this boutique to anyone. I expected higher quality customer service from this store and was very disappointed.
