Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! Girls were so very nice and helpful! Worked with me nearly all day to make sure that I was happy with my choice. Never felt rushed and felt like I was best friends with the girls that were helping us by the time I left! I had a VERY specific color I wanted and dress type, as I wanted the same style and color for every bridesmaid and all my bridesmaids were all different shapes and sizes! They were so helpful and I was beyond pleased with the dresses!

Jennifer was great and so helpful and knowledgeable, UNTIL I mentioned that I had a plus sized bridesmaid. Long story short, Jennifer told me she ordered several different samples of gowns in plus sized versions that I picked out for my girls to try on, since they only carry “regular” sizes in store. My very first appointment at Bella Bridesmaids was on June 6, 2019, and to this day, I have YET to receive a straight up yes or no answer about the sample I requested were actually ever ordered or not. I would have been totally fine if she would have told me straight up that this wasn’t possible, as did many other well known bridal salons in the area. I ended up having to completely start over with looking for bridesmaids gowns, as I did not and do not want my girls spending their money somewhere that the owner can’t even simply respond to my emails and answer a simple question or tell me what was going on. According to my online BB showroom, my girls were suppose to have their gowns ordered in 4 days, yet I emailed Jennifer on August 4th and she still has yet to respond to that email. I just don’t appreciate being lied to and ignored when my girls were about to spend around $175 each on gowns from her store. I was so excited to use bella bridesmaids for my wedding because of their amazing reputation nationally, but this experience has definitely tarnished their name for me, and I know this is not an accurate representation of the Bella Bridesmaids brand worldwide.

We had such a fun experience with Bella Bridesmaids! Jen stayed opened for me and my bridesmaids so we could make a night out of trying on bridesmaids dresses - and she even came prepared with cheese and champagne! The dresses we ordered were from Dessy and the platform that Bella uses to order dresses made it super easy for all my girls, even the ones who were out of town. Highly recommend this boutique for their many beautiful choices and great customer service.
