As the ordering deadline for the gowns approached, at the peak of COVID 19, Bella Bridesmaids provided virtual assistance in guiding my girls in obtaining their measurements, and remained readily available for questions and concerns as they arose. The dress order came in earlier than expected which allowed ample time for any needed alterations.

We are getting a Jenny Yoo style from this boutique that is to die for! I just want to give them so much praise and thanks for calming this anxious and nervous bride as the search for the perfect bridesmaid dress was a daunting one and I wish I had truly started here FIRST!

did not run in the sizes I needed. The sales person that day provided me with similar styles that fit all size bridesmaids. I was able to review the additional styles and pick the dress I wanted. I cannot call out a single name of a person that helped me because everyone was so helpful. The whole entire store has treated me like I want and need to be treated in this stressful time. They called me to reassure me when I freaked out because my bridal party was slow on ordering their dresses. The email response time is out of this world fast and every single person I have come into contact with has been absolutely amazing. I literally could go on and on about them but they have been perfection. I will and have recommended this store to everyone that comes across my path...you guys rock!!

ving to track down the people who are supposed to be “helping” you, to them not introducing themselves, to acting like you are inconveniencing them when you should be treated like a princess at this special time of your life - this was awful. While my maid of honor tried on dresses, I sat on the couch while the “assistant” typed away on her computer and said not a word to me. Didn’t ask a question about me or my wedding, and when her boss came out, she didn't even look at me or introduce herself either. These people should find themselves a new career. Thankfully we found a dress, no thanks to them, and will be buying it in another store, as well as 6 other dresses. I will also mentioned that my maid of honor drove from TWO HOURS away. the least we could have had was a little decency and customer service. The girl that “helped” us was Gabrielle/Gabriella.

The girls were super helpful with providing honest feedback about the options that I tried on, and we all agreed on the Brielle dress. I recently got married and the dress photographs beautifully and looks great on.

girls had an issue with size or color. The only thing I would say, and this is not a fault of Bella, but the dresses took forever coming in. She told us 4 months and it took four months. The dresses were at the boutique 3 weeks before the wedding which has me sweating. However, the shipped them out to my girls immediately and all of them looked AMAZING day of. In fact, 2 said they were wearing them again for another wedding. Can't beat that!!!
