m stood up as far as customer service, or quality and variety of dresses were concerned. I went back immediately and locked down my girls to get their dresses from Bella's. The dresses were exactly what I expected and arrived on time and they were really great about working with my non local bridesmaids to get their sizes. Can't recommend them enough.

they closed the Thursday before my Saturday appointment and left a message saying that one of their girls had a family emergency and they wanted to know if they could shorten my appointment and move it to a different time in the day. I am normally a very understanding and accommodating person, but me and my girls have very busy schedules and this was the only time for months that I could get us all together at once. I called them back as soon as they opened the next day and the girl answering didn't really know what was going on, and told me that they had already changed my appointment without my okay. I told her I wanted a manager to call me back, which took almost 4 hours. When I spoke to the manager she was very rude and made it seem like I was the horrible person for not being able to be flexible. I told her to cancel my appointment and that I would take my business elsewhere. Thankfully another bridal shop with a similar bridesmaid dress I was looking for was willing to take us in on short notice.

particular Bella for a wedding I'm in this Spring. First of all, the false sense of urgency this store creates with its brides is absurd. At a minimum, each time I was forced to interact with this group of people, not at all inclined to a level of very basic customer service, I would roll my eyes. Are they aware that many of these dresses are available from Nordstrom and Anthropologie for a whole lot less? It doesn't seem they care that people have options, that there actually is competition in the marketplace. Anyhow, once the bride decides on something, they force you to order within a week, not taking into consideration the fact that some of us don't live in the market and the Bella we have at our disposal, in NY for example, only accepts appointments two days each week, is often booked well in advance and the limited hours might not work for someone with things like a job and a life. They claim the reason for the mandated, manic ordering is that the dresses are custom cut. Pray tell then, Bella Bullsh*tters, why, after putting down measurements a full two inches shorter than my actual height, I had to get half a foot cut off of the 4-layered dress! The smoldering cherry on top of this dumpster fire of an operation is that if you can't pick up the dress in their store (I live in NY, they were ordered in Tampa, so yeah, that doesn't work for me) is you get to pay $20 for FedEx 2-day air. It took 5 days. When I brought up concerns over email, no one bothered to email me back. If I had more time in my day, I would fly down there and light a flaming bag of human feces at their door. That MIGHT make this all seem hardly tolerable.

er, it was very hard for bridesmaids out of town to get into their local boutiques for a fitting. It was also tough to even get the appointment in Tampa. The hours are quite limited and the managers at other boutiques were rude and unaccommodating. Additionally, the bridesmaids fit in Tampa (3 out of the 9) all had dresses that were too small/tight, despite having their measurements taken there. And I can say with all honesty that none of them gained weight after measurements were taken and the dresses first arrived. The boutique should understand the fit of the dress when ordering it. I was certainly disappointed after working with Bella Bridesmaids.

idesmaid dress. They were quick to answer e-mails and helped all my bridesmaids with the ordering process and fitting. In the end, I could not have been happier with the bridesmaid's dresses. I ordered the Alfred Sung Style D678 and the fit/style looked good on everyone!

y bridesmaids were local, and this location communicated with 7 different locations for my bridesmaids to try on the various dresses. Ordering and payment was a breeze! There was a miscommunication about one girl's dress (my fault) and Bella Bridesmaid contacted the designer to get a new one rush ordered. It was made and sent within a few weeks! Bella helped to relieve any stress for myself and my bridesmaids! Couldn't be happier with the dresses :)

ted everyone's sizes, shipping, and got everything done so quickly. Not to mention, having your own personal appointment to work and pick the dress helped immensely! My maids looked beautiful on our big day, thank you!!
