We used Bella Bridesmaids in Westport for both my wedding and my sister's wedding, and they were wonderful! Particularly when comparing the service to the NYC location, they really went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable and had all of the time and assistance we needed to pick the right bridesmaid dresses. Thank you!

I have been to this store in the past when I was not a bride and had great service. As a bride, I felt like I was annoying the attendant because I was not sure about the color I wanted. I emailed and made an appointment about a specific dress and it was not until the last ten minutes of my appointment my bridesmaid got to try the dresses on. I bought my dresses through them just wish I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing the woman .

Bella Bridesmaids Westport was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot say enough good things about the experience there. Maggie was beyond accommodating and helpful (especially during covid) and went out of her way to make the experience flawless. They were extremely helpful with picking out styles and answering all/any questions. I cannot recommend Bella Bridesmaid Westport enough!

I've always driven past Bella Bridesmaids in Westport, CT and have always adored their gowns in the display window. When the time came to dress my bridal party, this was the place I definitely wanted to check out. I worked with the owner, Maggie. She was beyond sweet as were all the Bella Girls on the team. Very patient with me as I had lots of questions and inquiries. I trusted her opinion as she was very knowledgeable on all the dresses, styles and new arrivals. I'm in the fashion industry so it was important to me the fabrics matched while accomplishing a mix n match bridal party. My bridal party ranged from a size 0 to plus size. The special sizing options were not a problem whatsoever. I wanted my girls to feel just as comfortable and confident in their dresses, as I was in my bridal gown. I will say that the value of the gowns and options ranged greatly. From affordable, to moderate, to expensive. There was an abundant amount of options to choose from no matter what your budget was. Maggie kept me on schedule throughout the entire process. She welcomed my family when we hosted a weekend appointment at the shop. Everyone was very accommodating that it was actually a very fun adventure and wedding task. To this day, I am still obsessed with each of the dresses my girls personally picked out.

I did my nine bridesmaid dresses through Bella Bridesmaid for my August 3rd wedding. They were amazing to work with. Super responsive, easy going and help me manage all the personalities of all my girls. The dresses came out beautiful and were delivered to all my bridesmaids near and far. I did all different tops of the dresses and they looked amazing together. I would definitely recommend Bella to anyone!

Very easy process! The dresses also came in much earlier than expected and there were no mistakes with any of my bridesmaids sizes (I had 8!). It was also easy for girls who do not live in CT to visit other stores that were very easy to work with. Having the ability to choose a style that works for EVERYONE is what every bride needs to consider and Bella Bridesmaids helped with just that.

I was looking for a store that was convenient and had variety which is when I came across Bella Bridesmaids in Westport. I had a picture of my wedding dress and other accessories and Maggie was phenomenal in helping me pick out a nice variety of dresses for my girls (even though after all of that work that all picked the same dress)! It was an amazing experience from start to finish and Maggie and team always were quick to communicate either via email or phone when I had questions or the girls needed help placing their order. I could not recommend this store more - you will not be disappointed and I hope you have as amazing of an experience as I did!

Bella Bridesmaids of Westport is amazing! They bend over backwards to make sure that you are satisfied and the process is smooth without being pushy. Maggie went above and beyond to accommodate my group; she is great! They matched the pricing of my girls dresses that I saw at another shop. They had a great selection, kept in touch, were very knowledgeable, and made the experience fun! I highly recommend this shop!

Maggie (the owner) was wonderful to work with, and the shop has a great selection! It was helpful that there are multiple BB locations since my bridesmaids live in different states and they were all able to try on the dress options before I decided. The staff’s advice and suggestions were very patient and helpful and they did not make me feel pressured into a dress choice. The bridesmaids were all shipped their dresses on time. I would highly recommend this shop!

Visited Bella Bridesmaids with my MOH & Mother and had an amazing experience with KIM!!!! She made our experience a memorable one. We went in looking for bridesmaids dresses and because she understood my vision we found our dresses in a snap and even were able to get the perfect mother of the bride gown. I cannot wait to come back with my other bridesmaids and grandmothers for dresses ! Highly recommend!

I went to Bellas and worked with the best girls ever! I loved being there and I felt so welcome! Since I am a bigger girl they never made me feel bad about my size and they were so nice to be about my sizing! I recommend Bella bridesmaids to anyone I meet! Thank you so much Bella girls!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for bridesmaids dresses at Bella Bridesmaids in Westport. The owner Maggie was fantastic and very knowledgeable and there was a great selection of beautiful dresses.

I had the most amazing and easy experience working alongside Maggie! I showed her photos of my ideal color for the bridesmaids dresses and she quickly picked out many gorgeous options that suited the look I was going for. I loved that she was so friendly and easy to work with, and she gave great advice to offer different styles in the same color so all my bridesmaids could feel comfortable in their dresses! All of my girls received their dresses on time and had no issues with the process of submitting their orders. I would highly recommend any brides check out Maggie’s beautiful store and dresses!

I had an excellent experience with Bella Bridesmaids Westport - Maggie did an incredible job helping us find dresses for all of us, from any little sister who’s a teenager to one of my best friends who was almost 9 months pregnant at the time of my wedding. The dresses were beautiful, the customer service was perfect, and Maggie was so good at keeping me calm and feeling confident through the whole process! I definitely recommend this store !

So many things went wrong with the dresses. The owner is great and very helpful but the manger was very rude and not very helpful or sympathetic. My maid of honor had a huge hole in her dress and then my junior bridesmaid dress was ordered four sizes too big.

I cannot say enough about how great everyone was at Bella Bridesmaids in Westport! I was able to make multiple appointments for the various stages of picking bridesmaids dresses and every single person that worked with me or any member of my group was unbelievably helpful and accommodating! Choosing my bridesmaids dresses was so easy at Bella Bridesmaids Westport. They carried all of the Jenny Yoo dresses I was looking at. Their staff was super friendly and helpful. The ordering process was a breeze since most of my maids were out of state. I would definitely recommend Bella of Westport!!

I went to Bella bridesmaids in Westport after having gone to several places in New York City to find dresses for my bridesmaids. I was greeted by Maggie and immediately knew I was in great hands. She was so kind and helpful. I wanted to go with all different dresses with a mauve/blush theme. She nailed exactly what I envisioned. She was patient with each of my girls while they tried on countless dresses and always gave them alternatives if they weren’t happy. She also sent me pictures of dresses after I made a last minute change to one of the dresses. All of my bridesmaids talked about how impressed they were with this Bella bridesmaids & Maggie compared to all the other places they had been in nyc. Maggie made the decision making process for indecisive bride easy. She flexible and helpful when I made last minute changes. It was an amazing experience and I recommend all brides to bring their bridal parties here (ask for Maggie she is amazing)!!!!!

I've been to several Bella locations and have always had great experiences. All locations offer so many dress options. I am giving this location one star for the customer service. Upon walking in the woman informed me that they were running late. Ok, not a problem, we started perusing dresses. A few minutes later she came over and in a very unhelpful, rude tone informed me that most dresses would not come in by my wedding date but offered no guidance on what dresses would come in by the date. When we finally picked out a few dresses she was nowhere to be found when we needed the dressed clamped in the back and we had to seek her out to get her help. She offered no suggestions and continually helped the other group of women in the store but did not help us. We ended up finding a dress we love and ordering it from Nordstrom. Bottom line, love Bella, pick a different location.

My son is getting married in July. I had been to several dress/bridal shops and was becoming very frustrated and disappointed. I was told about Bella Bridesmaids in Westport and could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and knowledge I found in Mary Lou and Maggie. They knew exactly what style would complement me and after trying on only 4 gowns I’m happy to say I’ve said Yes to a dress! I would highly recommend them!

I'm a bridesmaid in TWO upcoming weddings (😳), and I could NOT have had a better experience at Bella Bridesmaids. Maggie was beyond helpful in both experiences (one of which entailed a visit to Brooklyn to accommodate the various bridal party members), and the measurements and recommended size turned out to be perfectly suited for me. I would definitely recommend the store for any current and future brides!

I don't usually post reviews, but I was so disappointed with the service, that I felt compelled to write something. The saleswoman talked me into buying a size that was about 2 sizes too big for me. When I told her that I had never worn that size before, she told me that these dresses ran very small and that everyone ordered one to two sizes up. I was still skeptical, but I was told, repeatedly, that if the dress came back too small, they would not be able to do anything for me. Accordingly, I took their advice. When I got the dress a few weeks later, it was, unsurprisingly, really big for me. I just came back from the tailor and it will cost an additional $150.00 to have the dress altered. The dress itself cost $250.00. The tailor was surprised that a store, which specializes in bridesmaids dresses, recommended that I get a dress that was two sizes too big. Unfortunately, even with alterations, I'm afraid that the dress won't look quite right. The bust has cup inserts, which were made for someone bigger than I am. Getting those removed and replaced would almost double the cost of the alterations, so I decided to just leave them as is. Aside from the sizing issue, I also found that the staff was unfriendly and rushing to get clients in and out of the store. I got married myself a couple of years ago and none of my bridesmaids had such a difficult time getting a dress that fit them. My experience with Bella Bridesmaids is definitely not the current standard for the industry. Brides and bridesmaids: I definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

I can't say enough great things about Bella Bridesmaids! Maggie and Katie are both amazing. They were super accommodating and made all my girls feel comfortable! Katie had everything set up when we arrived. She was sure to keep all my requirements in mind and pulled dresses she thought we would love. She was helpful and skilled in her area of expertise, without being pushy (which is a great feeling). The store has a wide variety of designers and price ranges. I highly recommend this store!

ADDING TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: In being fair, I did want to add to my original 1 star review below. The owner, Maggie, of Bella Westport heard about my bad experience and called me to personally apologize. Maggie offered to personally meet with me and my girls, and was extremely nice about the entire situation. Although I stand by my 1 star review of the experience I had on Saturday with one of the employees, I am editing to 3 stars as Maggie did reach out to be overly accommodating. If you are planning on coming here, I would suggest asking for Maggie directly, she is lovely. Bella Bridesmaids in Westport offered the worst experience. I was there this past weekend with a few of my Bridesmaids and we showed up early and asked if we could start looking around so we can utilize the full hour of our appointment trying on dresses, to which Kate (fill in manager as the ownerMaggie is on mat. leave) said yes and invited us in as she finished up her appointment. My girls and I started pulling some dress styles and waited for our appointment to begin. When our lady (who only works on Saturdays - I forget her name) came over to us at the beginning of the appointment, she immediately started yelling at us for pulling dresses and aggressively grabbed the dresses my girls were holding and threw them on a rack. She started yelling that we should not have pulled dresses before talking about color (mind you every dress we had pulled to try on came in the color we were looking for) and complained about having to put the dresses back (which is her job). I can go on about her attitude, rude comments (telling one of my bridesmaid she looked bad in a dress) and completely unprofessional demeanor. Additionally, if it was an issue for us to pull dresses or being their early than I understand that, but it should have been communicated to us or they shouldn't have told us we can be there and start to look. By us pulling the dresses, it completely streamlined the appointment and allowed us to very quickly pinpoint the dress we liked. Lastly, she explained she would send me an email with detailed information on the dress we liked and instructions on how to order it (standard across all Bella Bridesmaids stores) but failed to do so. Again, completely unprofessional and bad customer service, but I would never order my dresses through them any way or support this business. We are going to a different boutique to order the dress or ordering through the designers site. Whoever that girl is that only works on Saturday's should be fired. At the end of the day, my girls and I had fun and found a dress we liked, but it was very much in spite of the girl and Kate who helped us.

Where do I even begin! The owner Maggie was absolutely wonderful to work with, she was so accommodating to my 8 bridesmaids and even helped me to pick out my rehearsal dress as well as my moms dress for the wedding. I cannot say enough about the quality of the bridesmaids dresses and the store. I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Bridesmaid and would recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and beautiful dresses at a reasonable cost.

I remember reading a blog about Bella Bridesmaid Charleston and thinking - "That's where I want to get my dresses when I get married." When I learned there was one in CT I corralled my bridesmaids and we made a day out of it. From the atmosphere of the shop, to the individualized attention; I can't say enough what a lovely experience Bella Bridesmaid made picking out bridesmaids dresses for me and my girls. In addition, they had a different selection of dresses than you find at places like Alfred Angelo and David's Bridal. My girls all look amazing in their dresses!

I had a great experience at Bella Bridesmaids. The quality of the dresses were great and there were many styles and options. It is a cute boutique by appointment only. The owner Rebecca was lovely and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed to make a decision and she offered us a discounted price.

I had such a great experience here. The lady who runs the shop is awesome and so helpful. She even managed to get us a last minute dress less than a month before the wedding. I highly recommend this vendor. The prices were also reasonable for west port.

The staff at Bella Bridesmaid, Westport made the search for bridesmaid dresses unbelievably easy. My sister and I spent less than an hour in the shop before finding the perfect dress with Rebecca's help. The ordering process was a breeze, and the dresses (for five girls) came in early! We got so many compliments on the dresses at the wedding. Several people told me they were the best bridesmaid dresses they had ever seen.
