Literally the wedding venue of our dreams! It has such a beautiful, italian villa rustic romantic charm. Minimal decor is needed because the venue speaks for itself. All of our guests were raving about the vibe of the venue.
We loved how it has multiple spaces that we could utilize throughout our ceremony and reception. The overnight guest suites for the bride & groom and selected guests are really convenient. The coordination team at the venue were so helpful throughout our planning process & all of their recommended vendors are great! The day of venue staff handles everything smoothly on the venue side and is helpful to other vendors. Knowing we had this venue helped everything else for our day to fall into place and let us have a perfect wedding!

With an indoor capacity of 150 guests in the ballroom, or outdoor capacity of 200 guests either in the courtyard or on the lawn overlooking Lake Pierce, Bella Cosa is the perfect space to cater to all your requirements.
We have options for all weathers. With our outside courtyard and lawn overlooking Lake Pierce, or our Ballroom, both making the perfect spot for your nuptials, feasting and party! The lake, the dock and the backdrop are perfect for the all important photos.
We offer plenty of space comfortably accommodating up to 200 of your loved ones but also tailored for more intimate numbers creating the perfect atmosphere.
We have one, or two-day venue rental packages available, with on-site accommodation in our 11 guest suites for up to 30-32 people. Not to mention we have two dedicated “getting ready rooms” providing the ideal space to prepare for your big day.

Unfortunately, our experience with Bella Cosa was really disappointing. We booked our wedding extremely early for October 2027 because we were strongly encouraged to secure the dat...
e quickly so we “wouldn’t lose it.” We also made every payment on time to avoid late fees and followed everything required in the contract.
Due to unexpected personal and financial circumstances, we ultimately had to cancel the wedding over a year and a half in advance. We notified the venue as early as possible out of respect so they would have plenty of time to rebook the date. Despite this, they refused to refund any portion of our payments or offer any compromise whatsoever besides applying the money toward a future event.
Another major concern was during our last visit to the venue. There were piles of blind mosquitos/gnats in literally every corner of the property, including around areas where guests would be walking and gathering. We were never warned that this was an issue or that it could happen seasonally, and there was even a wedding actively taking place that same day. As a bride, it was honestly alarming to see and made us concerned about the guest experience.
The venue photographs beautifully, but couples should be very careful to fully understand the cancellation policy before booking because once they have your money, there appears to be absolutely no flexibility regardless of how far in advance circumstances change. I would also strongly encourage future brides and grooms to do walkthroughs during the same season as their wedding date and ask detailed questions about insect conditions so there are no surprises.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds, ceremony space, and reception area were all beautiful and photographed perfectly. The venue flowed seamlessly throughout the day and created such a romantic and elevated atmosphere for our November wedding.
The only reason we chose to give 4 stars as opposed to 5 is due to their booking schedule. They host weddings 7 days a week, which meant that we were not able to have our wedding rehearsal at the actual venue and had to have it elsewhere at a park in the Lake Wales area which was inconvenient. Additionally, because the next wedding is coming in the very next morning, they require the newlyweds and guests staying in the rooms upstairs to be checked out by 9am the morning after the wedding. For this reason, my husband and I opted to stay elsewhere the night of our wedding because we didn't want to have to wake up early the morning after our wedding. The early checkout causes the rooms upstairs to lose some of their convenience. While we understand the demand for such a beautiful venue, it would have been nice if their bookings were more spaced out to allow for rehearsals at the venue and later checkout times for guests/newlyweds.
Overall though, we had a lovely experience with Bella Cosa and their staff. If you are considering Bella Cosa, you will be in the best hands. Between the beauty of the venue and their coordinators' incredible communication, our wedding day exceeded every expectation. We are so grateful we chose Bella Cosa and would recommend it without hesitation.

But unfortunately, our actual wedding day was filled with stress and disappointment, all because of music restrictions and the way we were treated. This venue seriously needs to be more transparent that it is not suitable for any kind of outdoor celebration with any sort of amplified sound that involves music or dancing.
At 7 PM on a Friday, we were threatened with police involvement! Imagine being threatened by police at your own wedding! Not for loud music, not for a wild party, just for background music during a calm, joyful evening. We were even told, “we don’t do celebration parties here.”
We were forced to change our entire sound setup a week before the wedding, and during setup, they made us move speakers indoors, completely disrupting the layout and aesthetic we had planned. Throughout the night, we were monitored and told to lower the volume, while our guests could barely hear the music.
Our first dance, the moment we dreamed of was completely ruined. We couldn’t even hear our song!!
This was a cultural wedding, full of meaningful traditions, family, and joy, and it felt like we were being closely watched and repeatedly questioned the entire time. Vendor certifications were doubted, music was constantly an issue, and the celebration we worked so hard to create was shut down.
They blame a “not-so-nice neighbor,” but that’s something couples deserve to know before booking, not during their wedding.
We spent thousands of dollars expecting a joyful, unforgettable night, but instead, Bella Cosa ruined our reception. We believe some form of compensation is more than fair.
If you’re planning a quiet, low-key gathering with no music or dancing, this venue may work for you. But if you’re hoping to celebrate your love surrounded by energy and music, and community, this is not the venue for you.

Bella Cosa is such a beautiful, serene, and unique space, there are so many great options for ceremony, reception, dance floor, etc, and all are so charming and fit whatever vibe you’re going for. The venue consultants are so professional and responsive to any questions you have (and I had a lot). Being able to spend the night in the rooms upstairs was such a plus for an exhausted couple after a long day of wedding festivities. Our guests absolutely loved Bella Cosa and remarked how stunning the venue was. They also have a great recommended vendor list- our photographer (Eclectic Elegance), caterer (Cocktails Catering), planner (Perfect Day Productions), and DJ (Graingertainment) were all so professional and made the day run so smoothly along with our venue coordinator. Bella is such a dreamy venue and my husband and I would get married there again and again if we could!

The reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because for the price you pay ($16,000 for a Saturday in January) I wish you got more. You need all music outside off at 10pm and guests and all vendors need to be out by 11pm. You most likely will not be able to have your rehearsal the day before which was so upsetting for me as it was something I was looking forward to. It just felt overpriced to only be able to use from 9am-10pm with no rehearsal.

as perfect for what I wanted for our wedding. They offered payment plans, let you choose your vendors, and provided chairs and tables. The building and grounds are beyond beautiful- there’s so many places to take pictures and you barely need décor as it is already picture perfect. Our guests gushed over how they had never been to a wedding at such a spectacular venue. It was awesome they included the 11 rooms and Honeymoon Suite upstairs for us on the night of the wedding and was included in the venue pricing. It was great walking upstairs and continuing the party with our parents and bridal party. I still can’t get over how beautiful Bella Cosa is, and how lucky we were to be able to have our wedding there. You have to get married here, you won’t regret it!

with any questions I had, and the management team was so kind throughout the day and night. Wanted to give the biggest shout out to Reuben!! He was SO SO SO amazing. When he was setting up the chairs for our ceremony he was literally placing his hand between each seat to make sure everything was even a perfectly placed. Then when he was setting up my reception tables I asked if he could move the tables a little bit for me and he said “anything you want sweetheart you’re the bride I got you”. He even came back that night to help with cleanup even though he wasn’t scheduled to help. He really made the experience so smooth and easy.

Leading up to our wedding, the planning process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly responsive to all our questions. They made everything so easy and stress-free. Our guests can't stop raving about how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn't agree more!
The estate also offered lovely accommodations for us and some of our guests. The new honeymoon suite was absolutely perfect for my husband and I —such a romantic retreat!

In my opinion, this is one of the most beautiful venues in Florida! We live north of Orlando so this venue is a little far for us, but everything about it is 100% worth the travel....
We got married on 2/24/2024. We went through a few coordinators during our 2 year planning process which was understandable, but the months leading up to the wedding and on wedding day, we had the pleasure of working with Brittany and she was incredible. She was such a sweet person and it showed that she cared about her job and clients. She was very attentive and answered the million questions I had. Marc, our night manager, was so hopeful with any problems we had and was such a nice, chill person. Thank you Bella Cosa for your wonderful hospitality. I would find any excuse to host an event here, everything about it is just breathtaking!

When we first started looking at wedding venues I'd told my now-husband that I wasn't into the rustic vibe. When he first suggested touring Bella Cosa I was a little bit skeptical ...
- but by the end of the tour I knew it was the place for us. It's just such a beautiful and elegant venue and there's so many different rooms and spots that make this place shine. Prospective brides, PLEASE do yourselves a favor and use as much of the venue space as you can, don't just limit yourself to the lawn or dining hall!
We've gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the spot was and I wouldn't dream of having done our wedding anywhere else.
The staff was so helpful and supportive and answered so many late-night questions from me with professionalism and promptness (and I had a lot of burning Sunday-at-2am questions -- sorry guys!). Right down to having a plan B in case of bad weather and a very clear decision making process that outlined when and how to make that call, though fortunately we evaded the rain by just a few hours.
The space is incredible and the staff is amazing. Thank you. I can't wait to get the rest of our photos back.

m through our planning. We were able to visit the venue multiple times before the big day to meet with coordinators and help form our vision for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, the team were incredible to work with. I woke up with an excruciating muscle spasm in my back and could hardly move. The venue coordinators spent time to call local chiropractors that could come to the venue to help me feel better! I was blown away. The day went off without a hitch. The guests kept coming up to me to tell me how stunning the venue was! We stayed the night in the guest rooms upstairs, which were lovely, as well. Everything went amazingly!!
Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience. I wouldn't change anything.

e weddings and Bella Cosa provides EXACTLY that. The staff was so helpful and I love that they actually sent regular check-in emails in the months leading up to the wedding. They answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I even had a minor complaint in the planning process (I'll get to that later), but they handled it with grace and made me feel validated in my concern. We booked one of the packages that allowed us to stay the weekend, which is ABSOLUTE MUST, especially if you have lots of out of towners. Everyone was blown away by the venue and how gorgeous it was. Our guests the day of said the same thing. One of my friends said I absolutely outdid myself with the wedding (and they knew me as the wedding obsessed girl who has been planning her wedding since college), and Bella Cosa was a big part of that. The one downside to the venue is that it is in a pretty remote location, and doesn't really make traveling there easy if you aren't driving (which a few of my friends didn't). The complaint I referenced earlier was finding out that rideshares are not really a thing there, even though when I first toured the venue the staff member who gave the tour said it wasn't an issue. However, that may have been an error on her part only, because later on when I double checked, they did say that rideshares weren't reliable. That being said, it was a very small hiccup. Besides that, I have nothing but good things to say and Caitlyn, the venue coordinator the day of, was a huge help. Thank you so much to Bella Cosa for making our dream come true!

er our initial visit, we went out for a second tour knowing that if we still felt like this was our venue, that we would have to change our date. We inquired and stated that we knew there were no Saturdays in December and wanted to see what H=January had. Immediately they said they just had a cancellation and our date was available. We snatched it quickly. This venue is a stunner. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The bonus of being able to rent rooms upstairs overnight made everything perfect. Ample room in the Bride's ready room for a large party to get ready. Lots of space for guests to steal away and get a private moment away. Beautiful scenery. You really do not need much decor here. This manor home is the perfect setting for our dream wedding. We can't say enough about this venue. It was nice waking up and walking the grounds taking in the view of the place you were just married at - without the decor. PLease put this venue on your tour list! You will be impressed.

We will most certainly never forget the help we received on our wedding week and day. Thank you for going out of your way to help save our wedding. Yes, it did get a little crazy for a moment when the storm hit, but thank goodness we had Chase. He was a trooper and helped SO much. At the end of the day, we had a blast!

On the actual wedding day, Charles was on site and was super helpful with getting us setup and definitely contributed to everything being easy and flowing well for us.
The venue itself is gorgeous and was the perfect place for us to tie the knot. The view of the lake is amazing and the place is so charming that you actually end up saving some money because you don't have to decorate it that much! It really shines all on its own. I love that there are so many options for how you can do the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. On our wedding day, there was about a 40% chance of rain, and while it luckily didn't end up raining, I felt secure in knowing that they had a back up indoor plan and could get that set up pretty fast if needed. I will definitely be taking BellaCosa into consideration for any future events or to recommend to anyone I know who needs a venue.

ance. The current owners, Becky + Steve, have done a gorgeous, detailed restoration of the space. Being at BellaCosa feels like you're transported to a different time and place.
The access to Lake Pierce and lakefront lawn are a gorgeous bonus. This is a flexible, plug-and-play space for any sized wedding -- that still manages to feel unique and customizable to your vision.
The on-site lodging is quaint, well maintained and a HUGE bonus for the bride/groom and the lucky folks who are invited to stay on site with them.
BellaCosa's event planning staff is professional, responsive, flexible and all around lovely.
I have no regrets!
