Erin created the most stunning cake for our wedding- it truly was an artform, and we still can't believe how wonderful it turned out. In addition, it was absolutely delicious- both flavors chosen were perfectly balanced (coconut with passionfruit curd and hazelnut with chocolate ganache and salted caramel buttercream), and the texture was moist and dense. She also provided the most delectable salted chocolate chip cookies which I still think about daily... Thank you Erin!

Don't hesitate, just book! Erin does amazing work. My wedding planner recommended her to us, so I checked out her website and Wedding Wire page and loved her work. But beauty is only skin deep. I've had experiences of eating a pretty cake and it bring terrible. Erin's cakes are the opposite of that! Not only are her cakes visually stunning but they taste amazing! Our cake was fresh, moist, and full of flavor. She came up with a fabulous design for our cake I would have never thought of, and it was more beautiful than I imagined. Highly recommend! Don't be afraid of the cost, you definitely get what you pay for so you won't regret it. My only regret is not ordering an anniversary cake on our one year.

Erin at Bella e Dolce Cakes was absolutely amazing. She was very accommodating and we were blown away by how everything turned out. The cake matched my vision completely, down to the single red rose on top. Everyone loved the cake and desserts - so much so that there was none left and my wedding planner had to snag me some macarons! She even made an amazing cake for my father-in-law's birthday, which we surprised him with after dinner. He said it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Our wedding cake was amazing! The flavors and cake were so good. We can't wait to eat our saved tier on our 1st anniversary. Erin was wonderful to work with. She guided us through the tasting and design process then turned the ideas we had into reality. We loved how our cake looked and it was the food element my husband was looking forward to the most. Erin is incredible at what she does! Not only are the cakes beautiful but they are DELICIOUS! From the night we met at the tasting we knew she would be great to work with - she was even kind enough to let me take cake to try home to my (now) husband who was not able to make it. She made our cake elegant and romantic just how we imagined it. We had no extra pieces at the end of the night it was such a big hit! Im already counting down the days until we can eat the top layer on our first anniversary... Thank you Erin!

WOW! Our cake left us speechless. It was the most beautiful cake I've ever seen. My husband and I were in awe. And, it was super delicious and moist. We got SO many compliments from our guests. Erin and her team are incredible. When we visited Erin for our tasting, she felt like family and was so fun to work with. I want to give a shout out to Erin @ Bella e Dolce Cakes for doing such an exquisite job on our wedding cake. I was given several recommendations for bakeries for wedding cakes but when visiting them, quite frankly the cake was less than tasty and very basic in design with limited choices of size and designs. I was referred to Bella e Dolce by the florist that we used and I cannot say enough about them. First of all, I gave less than two weeks notice and during one of the busiest times Erin was able to accommodate me and even work with me over the phone while I was traveling. Due to the short time, we were not able to do a cake tasting however her exquisite cake designs and her willingness to accommodate exactly with what we wanted was worth taking a chance. I have to say that she did not disappoint! We chose a lemon rosemary cake with a butter cream frosting. Yes, sounds kind of interesting but I must say that it was absolutely superb and the guests couldn’t get enough of it. The design and the exquisite rosettes on the cake were so beautiful. The florist worked with us to arrange for fresh flowers for Erin to place on the cake upon delivery. We were thrilled when we saw it! We also only had about 60 guests which would normally be a somewhat small cake but we wanted a WOW factor! Erin did not disappoint! I must say that Erin went above and beyond and even shared with my husband that the night before she did not love the proportion of the cake so she re-baked two of the tiers so that the proportion was perfection! I want you to know Erin that we really appreciate your attentiveness and concern to detail! Erin is the best!! She was so helpful through all of our wedding changes. The cake flavors were delicious, she had so many options! We also had her make our favors and she hosted our dessert bar. Everything tasted amazing. Could not be happier and cannot recommend enough! Thank you SO much.

First and most importantly, Erin is AMAZINGLY talented and her desserts are DELICIOUS! She created the most beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding. In fact, she was our first tasting and we cancelled all of the others afterwards! People were raving over the mini desserts she created for our dessert table. Having amazing desserts was a top priority for me and boy did Erin deliver. I really wanted to take off just half a star because of responsiveness. Erin is sweet as can be and amazing at what she does, but could use a little help with the business side of things. I would recommend calling, rather than emailing, and sometimes you have to call a couple of times to get a response. This added to a little bit of stress when rescheduling multiple times (thanks, COVID!) and finalizing things as the wedding approached. She did deliver on everything when it came down to it, and that's what really matters!

Erin from Bella e Dolce deserves more than 5-stars! She accommodated my last-minute order on Thanksgiving Eve. Her ordering process was quick and easy. When I saw her pumpkin cheesecakes in person, I couldn’t resist buying even more than I originally purchased. On my drive home I was so tempted to eat ALL of them! I regret not buying everything she had because now we have no dessert for Thanksgiving tomorrow. My husband will not eat pumpkin cheesecake and he raved how awesome hers is and asked more to go back for more! My whole family couldn’t get enough of her mini pumpkin cheesecakes and salted caramel sauce. Thank goodness we have the salted caramel sauce to last us another day! Kuddos to being one of the best in the business, Erin!

Erin is amazing, the cake was amazing, the layers were delicious. I can’t wait to get the photos from the photographer so I can show everyone how BEAUTIFUL it really was! Also, I highly recommend the vanilla cake with chai cream cheese and salted caramel buttercream. It was the best cake I’ve ever had!

Most important thing first- the cake was SO GOOD!!! People were coming up to us all night commenting specifically on the cake- lots of “thank you for picking an actually tasty cake!” Picking the flavor was actually one of the harder decisions for our wedding because Bella e Dolce has so many flavors and does them all SO WELL. We ended up with Irish cream with citrus cream cheese for one layer and chocolate with chocolate ganache and mocha buttercream for the other layers. The cake was also incredibly beautiful- although we opted for a more classic design, the look books at the cake shop were pretty next level. Erin and crew can bake and decorate some incredible creations! They are easy to get a hold of and will hold a private tasting for up to 4 people. A true pleasure to work with, and great cake!!

This cake was the biggest and most beautiful wedding cake I have ever seen. It looked exactly like the picture I showed Erin from Pinterest!! And not only was it beautiful but it was DELICIOUS! I love that she has tons of different combinations of cake flavors and fillings and let’s you taste ALL of them before you pick your flavor out. So as far as the cake it’s self goes it blew my mind away! Along with all of the wedding guests. I feel like it’s hard to find a wedding cake that is both beautiful and yummy. The reason I gave this a 4 star was the business aspect was very stressful. I think there needs to be a separate person just in charge of emails, phone calls, and contracts. With lack of communication everything was done on time and looked amazing. There just could have been less stress considering 2 weeks before my wedding I wasn’t even sure she was still doing my cake.

Beautiful, delicious cakes and desserts. Everything we hoped for and more. The flavor options were classic and also unique. Accommodated a gluten allergy too. I would highly recommend!

Cake was beautiful and tasted way better than it even looked which shocked me since the cakes I've tried at other weddings are usually dry. They brought our vision to life and even attached the flowers that the florist left for the cake. Cake tasting also was a Lot of fun Erin is very friendly and easy to work with. Thanks again guys!😆

Most amazing cake ever!!! Our cake was stunning, gorgeous and the taste? PERFECT! The little details I had made to surprise my groom were absolutely perfect! The price!?! You can't beat the price and the quality you get from her! She even had a small cake made in case anyone had a nut allergy! I love how much thought Erin puts into your wedding! I can't recommend her enough! Oh... and her tasting is the best one around! You actually get an idea of what your cake will taste like fresh!

Erin was fabulous and our cake turned out more gorgeous than ever expected! We wanted non traditional flavors so Erin made samples for us on a couple occasions until we were happy. We went with pistachio cake with amaretto liquor flavor filling and honey lavender cake with a lemon whiskey filling if I remember correctly, either way they were absolutely delicious and we received many compliments on how great the cake tasted and looked!! We are thrilled with how everything turned out and will be using Erin in the future!

Erin is the best, we couldn't have picked a better vendor for our cake! The cake was delicious and looked beautiful. We ordered more cake than we had guests so we could have leftovers, but everyone liked it so much that it was all eaten at the reception! Hands down the best cake we've ever had, and apparently the best cake our guests ever had too :)! Erin makes choosing your flavors and cake design so fun and easy too! We went to a cake testing and mixed and matched a bunch of cake and filling/buttercream flavors until we came up with the combos we wanted. Then talked to Erin about our colors and design ideas and she drew a mockup for us of what it would look like. She's extremely talented, honest, and easy to get along with! I would definitely recommend Bella e Dolce to anyone wanting a cake for any occassion!

We ordered a pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving, Well, very classic, you could think!!... Not at all!! It was mind-blowingly "délicieux". The best we have ever tasted!! It was exquisitely flavored...not overly sweet...happiness in every bite...words cannot do it justice!!...PERFECT!! Catherine and Ron Morrow

Erin and Kim were able to make our dreams come true! From day one, we knew we wanted an elegant topsy turvy cake. After talking to Kim and Erin on the phone I wasn't really sure I explained myself correctly but after getting the sketches I knew they were in my head because everything was more than I had expected! We went with the carrot cake with orange ginger cream cheese icing and the chocolate with raspberry buttercream. Kim offered alternative ideas so that the cake wasn't super expensive and it still looked gorgeous! Next challenge I gave them was that I wanted to surprise my husband with a Game of Thrones grooms cake. He was particular to Castle Black. Kim and Erin were super excited to get working on the sketch for that! They did really well with keeping it a secret and went above and beyond. Erin watched every season over the summer so that she was well versed on what Castle Black and the Wall should look like. (Sorry for those of you who don't watch Game of Thrones and have no idea what I'm talking about.) He was very surprised and loved it! He also loved the Pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing.

WOW!! This cake was even better than the sketch!! Erin met with us once and let my husband and I design the cake while she drew exactly what we wanted. Every part of our wedding was represented from my dress and my husband's tux, the rings, the bridesmaids dresses with the fascia sashes to the groomsman tux's! She did such a fabulous job with the final product that it looked fake. It was so beautiful and tasted AMAZING!! The venue coordinators kept asking us if we wanted to leave the cake out as long as we could so everyone could keep admiring it - Yah, it was that perfect!! Erin also did cupcakes for our shower that were absolutely to die for!! Highly recommended!

Erin was awesome, our cake was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly how we described our vision to Erin. It tasted great! We had a pumpkin cake and a yellow cake and it was amazing!
