From day one we knew we were going to use Bella Events but even Raul still told us to get quotes from other vendors to just make sure that we were certain we wanted to use them. No one even compared. The family aspect behind Bella is really what makes their business what it is. We felt like they truly cared about our day and we weren't just another bride and groom. They were there with us from start to finish and always one step ahead of us. All of our guests complimented us on the food and decorations at the reception. Many people even mentioned that they saw Raul hard at work during the reception making sure everything was happening as it was supposed to. Raul or Marisella were always just a glance away waiting for my husband or I to look like we might possibly need something and then they were right on it. It was almost as if they knew what we needed before we even knew it ourselves. The reception went off perfectly and it will be forever one of the greatest days in our lives and it would not have been what it was with out the help of Raul and Marisella. We can not thank them enough for everything they did for us. You will have not a single doubt once you meet these amazing people. He also met us at the venue to go over logistics, layout, etc. way ahead of time. That helped put us at ease and allowed us to focus more on love, stress less. Originally I was thinking a simple table layout for the reception, but Raul suggested a gold runner to spice things up. Perfect idea! Everyone talked about the decor and how beautiful everything was. That was the extra push I needed from a professional who had done weddings before. The food, cake and bar services were just what we asked for as well. I will use Bella Event Jax 100 times over and suggest you try them too!

Bella's about catering my wedding they exceeded all my expectations and made me feel at ease in such a stressful time. Raul and his team were very knowledgeable and kind. My wedding dinner went so smooth and the food was delicious. I am still getting compliments to this day about the food served and how polite the staff were. I have never been to a wedding where the food made such an impact on guests but Bella's did it! They were such a blessing with not only bringing the wedding party appetizers but also pouring the champagne and cutting the cake! We also had Bella's bartend, the bartenders did an amazing job at keeping everyone refreshed and my husband and I always had a full drink waiting for us! I really can't say enough good things about Bella's! I would recommend Bella's to any and every bride!!!

His staff was what really amazed me. They made sure that everyone, from us (the bride and groom) to the guests were 100% happy and taken care of. I heard from almost everyone who gave us their input that “the food was SO GOOD!” You can’t go wrong, using Bella Events for your wedding food. And the value for the money is insane. N! When I was doing my own wedding and my friends wedding they were willing to work with our very small budgets for food. Even though our budgets were small, the food was plentiful! At my own wedding the guava pastries, and empanadas were gone! Same goes for all the food at my graduation party! The chicharon de pollo was perfect and the masitas de puerco were amazing. They really do pay attention to detail and at all three events that I've used them for, people have asked where the food was from. I am not even exaggerating when I tell you that not a crumb was left of the food at the three parties. My favorite part about them is that they are prompt with their emails, text messages and return phone calls. They worked around my crazy night schedule and were willing to communicate with me after normal business hours. I would highly recommend them to any bride because I was extremely happy with them and I will continue to do business with them. :-)

They stayed and helped clean up and made sure all my guests were taking care of through out the night. I will definitely have them as my caterer for my next event. Thank you for everything.
