Bella Figura was incredible to work with! We were able to customize each piece of our invitation suite for a one-of-a-kind final product! I visited the NYC showroom, where I was able to sit down one-on-one with their consultant to review types of printing and paper choices. Once we were ready to customize our invites and day-of pieces, I was assigned to a design artist, with whom I was able to communicate exclusively throughout the design process. The artists worked tirelessly with us through as many proofs as necessary to make sure every detail was perfect. Even the packaging of the invites was incredible! We chose to assemble our own invites, and each piece was packed precisely, with assembly instructions included! 10/10 recommend Bella Figura for all wedding printing needs!

Bella Figura has such a wide selection of beautiful, sophisticated, modern yet classic options to choose from. We worked with Su-Queen to pick the perfect wedding invitation and day of details to complement our coastal, romantic style wedding. She was so helpful not only on the design elements but also with recommendations for wording. I was so pleased with the quality of the finished items as well. Everything arrived as expected and printed flawlessly.

We were so happy with our wedding invitations from Bella Figura. After feeling a little uninspired about paper goods and admittedly lost amongst all of the options online -- we went in person to the Brooklyn location. They helped us articulate what we were looking for, presented us with a wealth of options, and coached us through a final selection. Our design included a beautiful illustration of our venue -- they have a number of NYC locations in their custom library, so would definitely recommend to NYC couples for whom this might be of interest. The letterpress was so elegant and details like the edge painting truly made them special. Design, billing and proofing came through a few different people, but communication was always prompt and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!

We spent hours looking at wedding invitations online and even ordered some samples through Minted, but my wife and I were struggling to figure out what we wanted. We found Bella Figura amongst New York Mag’s recommendations and booked an appointment. When we sat down with Nancy, she explained the process to us, told us how customizable all of the invitations were, and was very patient. She showed us multiple books with samples and didn’t hover over us as we looked. Truly, there was no pressure. Eventually, we were finally able to narrow it down and make a selection! (Phew.) When I came back with my mom, who wanted to see the invitations in person before we ordered them, Nancy was again incredibly helpful and generous with her time, not even knowing if we were going to go with Bella Figura. After getting the green light, Nancy helped walk us through the process again in more specifics. She spent hours helping us decide on language and wording and every little detail, from colors to fonts. It is an incredibly time consuming process, but Nancy was happy to put in the effort, even when we got frustrated. She came up with great solutions when we wanted to figure out how to do RSVP cards since we had a situation where not all guests were invited to the rehearsal dinner. Each time we met with her, she’d follow up with updated quotes and emails to help keep us on track. She’d also call about small details that’d come to her, showing how much thought she was putting into our invitations. When it came to ordering our day-of pieces—our menu and welcome booklet for hotel gift bags—we were in a bit of a time crunch. The latter had so much information: bus schedules, activities, addresses, etc. Nancy stayed late so that we could get our order in ASAP in order to ensure the items arrived when we needed them. She was just the best, every step of the way. Of course, Bella Figura isn’t cheap, but everything came out beautifully. Every person that we worked with—from the designers on the proofs to the client coordinators on billing—was helpful, kind, and responsive. They made changes quickly, offered helpful solutions when spacing was an issue, and even caught the tiniest of typos. One of Bella Figura’s calligraphers, Debi of Blooming Quill, did the calligraphy for the design of our invitation and Nancy connected us with her to do the actual addressing of the outer guest envelopes. She was so much more affordable than other quotes we’d gotten in New York and her work was beautiful. Though paper invitations are certainly costly and are becoming more rare in favor of e-vites, we are so happy to have a tangible momento and our guests loved receiving them in the mail. To us, it was worth the hefty price tag and we are thrilled with how everything came out.

We were absolutely delighted with the entire experience at Bella Figura. After investigating several other local and not-so-local letterpress printers plus a variety of online invitation sources and finding them to be either exorbitantly priced or of inferior quality, we were starting to despair. Then my mom told me about this place in her neighborhood on the upper east side. I assumed they'd be even more expensive as the others we'd investigated, but then we stopped in and met Sue-Queen. We immediately realized that the personal attention we'd get from her and this company would be worth extra expense, but then it turned out that their prices were more than competitive for similar products elsewhere without half as terrific service. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, with options as broad as one's imagination and no up-selling involved. I was really surprised by how many people told us they loved the invitations as much as we did. Sue-Queen went above and beyond good salesmanship, even taking a sample to the post office near the shop to get a postage quote for me as I was out of town for a family emergency, and offering to collate and stuff the invitations for us simply because she is that nice and helpful. Go here first. You will save yourself a lot of time and effort and find what you want with great service and a fair price.

Bella Figura was WONDERFUL! Marina was great and sat with me for an hour to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. The invitations were absolutely perfect, the service was fantastic, and the entire process was quick and seamless! Sarah was also amazing and replied to my email questions within minutes (and I had a lot of them). It was an absolute pleasure to work with Bella Figura. I would do it again in a heartbeat...but hopefully won't have to :)

Bella Figura was such an incredible vendor. They took our vision and executed it to perfection. We wanted something unique around our peacock theme and we were blown away by the result. They can be expensive but for what I wanted I think it was worth it. We also were able to get a deal (order 75 invites and get 25 free). I also love that they used recycled paper for their invitations. Mariana Stein was SUPER patient with us!

My husband and I ordered our invitation suite and other wedding paper from Bella Figura through a third party vendor. The invitations were simply stunning. They are quite pricey, but they are so worth it! We received so many compliments on our gorgeous and classic invitations/programs/menus/etc. with gold foil hand calligraphy. Word of advice – be sure to proofread, proofread again, and then proofread one more time. Thank you, Bella Figura, for our beautiful wedding paper!!!

It took us a while to find the right wedding stationery company but when we finally found Bella Figura they were everything we were hoping for and more! Their designs are truly elegant without being stuffy or sparse—really delicate, creative, vibrant, and with a lot of variety and options to customize. The designs and papers are extremely fine quality and have a really special look. We started with a sample we saw in the store and customized it for font style and color. We ended up with the most beautiful floral invitations with subtle rose gold touches on oversize thick paper and envelopes with rose gold liners. The invitations feel elegant but also creative and unique. The pricing is on the higher end, but for what they offer it is truly much more reasonable than comparable companies, which, from my initial search, charged far more for far less. I am even more excited about these invitations than I even imagined and I know they will make an amazing introduction for our guests to what we hope our wedding will be. We worked with Su-Queen who was absolutely amazing in every way. She spent a lot of time answering our questions and giving thoughtful guidance—she’s really an expert in this, both regarding design and etiquette (which designs make sense together or not, options for wording for the invitations etc). She was extremely attentive but also gave us time to look through and think about the samples on our own to make our own decisions. The coordination of the shipment/delivery was seamless as well, as was the responsiveness to emails as we were sorting through our designs and our final order. The combination of the amazing people who work here like Su-Queen and the stunning quality and range of the invitations themselves make this place truly special.

Our experience working with Mariana and the Bella Figura team was beyond exceptional. We received countless complements and praise from our guests, saying that our invitations were the most incredible they've ever seen. She patiently guided us through every step of the process and her attention to detail was phenomenal. Mariana added personal touches to our invitation suite that really enhanced the entire look. She not only brought our idea to life but made it fun and took the time to educate us on the etiquette around some of our decisions. She was funny, kind, easy to talk to and always honest. The perfect combination! The production team at Bella Figura was very responsive. We never waited even a business day to get an answer to a question or a small edit done. Everything was handled in such a professional, organized and friendly way. Our entire invitation suite was more beautiful and perfect than we could have imagined. It was wonderful working with a "small" shop for it felt personal. We have already used them for additional stationary and hope to work with them again soon. We had an amazing experience with Su-Queen Teo at Bella Figura. Not only did she show us ideas for our wedding invitations that perfectly matched our description, but she was fully aware of the proper etiquette for everything from what types of inserts to have, to the wording, to how to address specific people. We considered doing our invitations through an online site like Minted but are so glad we ended up going to Bella Figura. The quality of our invitations was incredible and working with them was a dream! We still get compliments to this day, months later, about how beautiful they came out. Plus, we compared their pricing to some other smaller stationary stores outside of New York City and, shockingly, found them to be more reasonably priced!

Exceptional experience! Bella Figura has it all for all budget types. We ended up with beautiful invitations I never thought we would be able to afford. Bella Figura was willing to work with us and came up with great suggestions on where to save, without much compromise. They turned around designs quickly, and worked with us to perfect our invitations. Highly recommend! The only thing I wish we did was consult with the Post Office more. Even though we weighed our invitations twice before sending to make sure we had the proper postage, a lot of our guests did not receive them, which was very disappointing. Also, pointer for those brides in NYC. The only Post Office that offers hand canceling is the one by Penn Station on 8th Ave.

I had such a wonderful experience getting our wedding invitations with Nancy at Bella Figura! I was able to mix and max pieces from different lines to get the exact look I wanted, and everyone said they were the most gorgeous invitations they had ever seen! Nancy was so helpful and thoughtful, and made a point to help it be as cost-effective as possible, even reminding me to make an order during a week with a special promotion (and champagne!) at the elegant storefront! I had considered just making my invitations online, but having the guidance of an expert not only made my life easier... it also made our invitations impeccable! Worth every penny!

My fiancé and I walked in to the NYC location one day on a whim and loved everything we saw! We sat down with Nancy Hill who was so helpful and patient throughout the entire process. LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I am 110+% thrilled and excited when our wedding stationary came in! But before all of that I was so lucky to have the help of Su-Queen and Lisa guided me through the process. They were so patient and thoughtful to those special design details and the vision I had. They are very professional and friendly. Not only do they execute beautiful stationary they are eco-friendly and sustainable and donate % to charity. Its a feel good purchase! I highly recommend using their company.

We really liked the look of letterpress invitations, and were happy to visit Bella Figura’s flagship store on the UES. Our first appointment with Mariana, we spent about an hour going through all kinds of possibilities for invitations, save the dates, envelopes, liners, etc. Our selections were typography based, and we were able to modify their original designs from different lines to create our invitation suite. Everything arrived beautifully boxed with envelope moistener (which we realized after 175 save-the-dates). We had one hiccough with our invitation envelopes, which had a printing error in the zip code. I was worried we would have to wait the full additional production time to receive the corrected envelopes, as they had a special liner, but Bella Figura printed and shipped them immediately for us at no additional expense. Their proactive customer service and attention to the client is the best reason to work with Bella Figura. We later added to the suite with brunch invites, escort cards, and menus, and loved having everything match on our big day.

We had the best experience with Linda Hays from Bella Figura. She was knowledgeable about all invite etiquette, extremely patient and thorough with all her details. Our invitations are GORGEOUS. I would highly recommend her at Bella for your upcoming wedding.

Bella Figura did our wedding invitations and we couldn’t be happier. We received so many compliments on these invitations. One of our guests said they were the nicest invitations he’d ever received, and that says something coming from a large family with lots of weddings! The staff were helpful at every stage of the process, from choosing styles and fonts and colors to doing the final proofs. They have a great attention to detail and offer many very elegant designs and beautiful papers. While every quote will be different depending on many choices, we felt we got great value at $1500 for 100 invitations/RSVP cards/return addressed envelopes.

I had such a great experience with Bella Figura. My mom and I went into the store without any specific ideas and Mariana guided us to something that was just perfect for the style and feel of my wedding. She worked with us every step of the way, following up when she needed to and was always very responsive, as was the designer when it came time for reviewing the proofs. They are truly a work of art and I'm excited to frame them and have them as a keepsake forever!

I never thought I would get so excited about a paper product! I had an idea in mind about colors and design for my invitations, and Bella Figura made it happen. I went with my mother one day, and they were welcoming and immediately showed interest in what I was imagining. When knowing that we wanted to stay local, the staff offered and took us on a tour of the entire facility. They emailed quickly and often with proofing, always quick to adjust changes. The final products took my breath away, and I have received so many compliments on our invitations. Wonderful to work with!

Overall I had a great experience with the NYC store. I worked with Lynda and Mariana (mostly Mariana). I liked the one on one attention I received in the store. They had a great showroom and plenty to choose from (but not an overwhelming amount). They were patient and responsive via email. The invitations were packaged beautifully and delivered in mint condition. I loved my invitations- the quality was superb. One issue I found was that the ink from the stamp on my RSVP card transferred slightly to my accommodations card. Not something I was anticipating and I wish I had received this tip. I tried working with one of the artists in the Syracuse location to create a custom monogram but it didn’t entirely work out. I don’t think this was necessarily her fault though. If anything she was quick and responsive. Mariana sent a nice card congratulating us after the wedding. I do think they need to work on their model a bit and offer better packages/discounts. I wasn’t looking for much honestly but Bella was the one and only vendor that did not throw in something extra for me or provide some sort of discount for my business.

I can't express how easy our client manager Sarah made working with Bella Figura. My fiance designed our invitations but we were having a hard time finding a place to print them in a timely manner. When I contacted BF, Sarah got back to me within 15 minutes, and was able to provide me an accurate quote based off of my fiance's design by the end of the day. She was responsive, helpful and there to answer ANY question we had - and helped guide us through etiquette questions, font styles and quantity questions too. Even though they were a bit pricey, the ease of the transaction (and the beautiful paper, letterpress and foil additions) made it an easy choice for an overwhelmed bride and groom. I am raving about them and recommending them to all of my NYC friends! Thank you, Sarah!

From start to finish, Bella Figura has been absolutely AMAZING! We made our first appointment in August of 2014 to get the ball rolling for wedding invitation ideas and we were so impressed, we ended up ordering everything for our July 2015 wedding: Engagement Party invites, Save the Dates, Bridal Shower Invitations, Thank You Cards and the entire Wedding invitation suite. Bella Figura, and more importantly, Kyle and Mariel have been so helpful with everything. They listened and took our ideas to put them into the most beautiful invitations. I knew I wanted to go somewhere local to feel the paper weight, look at the examples in person, and talk to actual people about the ordering process, and Bella Figura was the place to do it. Now I want to throw parties all the time to order from them! We will definitely be back!!!

I decided on Bella Figura invitations after a very long process of comparing samples and services of other national and local companies. Their customer service, quality, designs, and customization stood out to me, not to mention their eco-friendly policies. Knowing that a lot of people were long distance and would not be able to come to the wedding, it was important to me to set a good tone with our invitations and the final product definitely did that. We received several comments that they were the most stunning invitations a person had ever seen. The paper quality is the best I have ever felt, and their customer service is quick to respond. Thankfully, a guest had the invitation framed as a gift for us, and they really are gorgeous.

I was a little nervous to go with Bella Figura because I wasn't able to work with someone face-to-face. It turns out that didn't matter at all. I had a designer work with me via email until we nailed down the exact fonts, design and coloring that I wanted. It took some time but ultimately came out absolutely beautiful. When the boxes arrived in the mail they were very neatly packaged and labeled. The 2-ply paper and embossed lettering was so elegant and really made a statement. Bella Figura does an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I knew I wanted nice invitations- I wanted classic letterpress invites but wanted them to stand out a little too. I LOVED THE WAY MY INVITATIONS TURNED OUT. They sent lots of samples so I could get ideas, they make pricing so easy on the website and let you opt in/out to all kinds of features so you get exactly what you want. They make your invitations unique and personal. And they proofread them over and over again. I loved them and will always love them I think. Worth paying a little more for something truly special. I also loved that I could do 2-ply invitations but 1-ply reply cards and reception cards. Easy way to save money and I didn't see that feature a lot of places I looked.

I have always loved paper goods, stationery, and cards, so while planning my wedding, I was prepared to prioritize the invitations and spend less on other categories. I first heard of Bella Figura in Summer 2013 when I received a letterpress wedding invitation from a family friend. It simply took my breath away. All other invitations, no matter how artisinal, now look cheap, boring, and flimsy in comparison to the absolutely stellar product that Bella Figura puts out. Be aware, it is not inexpensive -- we ordered 150 two-color invitations with double envelope sets and did two-ply cards for everything, but to me, it was absolutely worth the money. Bella Figura says all of their designs are customizable, and this is absolutely true. They worked with us to design a custom reply card and a custom card referring guests to our website for more information to match the invitation suite we selected at no extra cost. The product is packaged beautifully (gift wrapped like it's wedding Christmas!), a tube of envelope moistener is included, and a card with step by step assembly instructions is provided. The response to our invitations was unheard of -- we got dozens of comments about how beautiful they were -- the most beautiful anyone had ever received. It didn't hurt that I hand-wrote Chancery Cursive calligraphy for the names and addresses on each double-set. ;) All in all, the invitation suites were first-class, elegant, and simply incredible. Thank you Bella Figura for helping us announce our wedding so stylishly. Brides, if you use Bella Figura, save a few invitations so that you can frame them -- they truly are works of art to be displayed proudly!

Let me start by saying that I was so picky about all of my stationery. I ordered so many samples from all of the usual suspects, but never found anything that "wowed" me. A former co-worker recommended Bella Figura and I'm so, so happy that she did! I ordered a sample pack and it arrived to my door in a beautifully packaged display box complete with font samples, color swatches and different card stocks. The letter press was just so beautiful. I had never seen anything like it before and it gave the invite such an elegant and regal feel! I worked with a client coordinator named Jessica and she was just fantastic. She helped me to customize the invite I chose - it was the Fitzgerald and was GORG! - and offered suggestions on wording, etiquette, design and color-coordinating. She gave me three proofs and made any changes or updates quickly. When the invitations arrived...OH. MY. GOD! I was SO SO SO impressed! Not just with the invitations themselves, but how thoughtfully and beautifully they were packed and shipped. It was a wonderful experience - a little pricy, but totally worth it! One thing to note - and of no fault of the company - BUT, I ordered a pocketfold invite with an outer envelope and I should have also ordered an inner envelope for added protection. For the most part, all arrived in tact, but a few that were traveling further distances got a little mangled in transit. Just a heads up to any other brides ;)

Bella Figura has beautiful letterpress stationary! Everything was customized to our tastes from a selected theme and they were so easy to work with through their online forms and during the entire proofing process. Once we received our invitations, all of the colors and extras were exactly as shown in samples and the details came out beautifully! If you are looking for an immediate way to wow your guests and have something that will be memorable, you should definitely do letterpress invites with Bella Figura! We received so many compliments on our invitation suite and I am glad we have something so beautiful to commemorate our wedding.

I purchased a few samples from them. I was able to select the colors that I wanted to see. They were able to send me chips of the colors and swatches of the actual paper and the color how it will appear on your actual wedding invitation. Our wedding invitations were custom made it took me months to finally to decide on a invitation. If you want to see unique invitations this is the place to get them. They are far, but it's worth it. If there is something that you would like to change of the actual design they have on their website, you can make changes too!!!! That's what sold me. :) I selected our colors for our invitation and the envelopes too. I had fun doing that... FYI.. It's expensive. We sought some place else to do our RSVP cards. Good Luck!

The staff at Bella Figura is extremely helpful and courteous, and even sent us a congratulations card for our marriage. I found them on a wedding blog and even though they were on the opposite end of the country from me, they did not miss a beat with customer service and quality. They were a bit pricier because they do letterpress but it was so worth it. They are so nice and they truly care about giving you exactly what you want. It's hard to find companies that have that quality of service. They sent me samples for free and they weren't irritated by my million questions about colors and font etc. I even received a hand written note after my wedding wishing me a wonderful marriage and asking to see photos. I would highly HIGHLY recommend them no matter where you are.

The staff at Bella Figura was incredibly helpful in helping me word my formal wedding invitations. Though I live in the Midwest, it was incredibly easy to communicate with the staff in Syracuse over the phone and via email. I chose the Modern Calligraphy sample designed by Debi Zeinert, and found the final product to be breathtakingly beautiful. While letterpress costs a pretty penny, it left an incredible impression on my guests, and set the tone for the day.

My husband and I eloped in Europe and wanted to send out announcements that made a statement. We had ours custom designed and could not be happier with the results. The quality is excellent. Thick cotton paper. Very luxurious. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They are individually letterpressed by hand, not mass printed. The design was gorgeous and the staff were so helpful and easy to work with even when we had a last minute shipping change! Cannot recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed if you are looking for quality.

Bella Figura was AMAZING. They were very helpful and listened to everything I said - they really wanted the invitations to be perfect for me and were willing to do whatever it took. We had a challenging two-sided (English/Italian) invitation that came out completely gorgeous. Their papers and inks are so rich looking, and they're eco-friendly to boot! Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Let's be clear. This is not a budget option. But if you are a stationery fanatic and really want something that will set the tone for your wedding, Bella Figura is the vendor for you. The calligraphy line is amazing.

If I could pick one favorite thing of my wedding it would be my invitations. They were absolutely stunning! When I found Bella Figura I knew I couldn't settle for anything less. Unique, beautiful, timeless. For the cost of them, it was well worth it. We received so many compliments on them after we mailed them out, none of our friends or family had seen anything like them! Only downfall, after the expense of them we also had to pay extra postage because of the size/weight. Well worth it though!
