I booked this company for day of coordination. She seemed friendly and kind. Saw the good reviews and trusted I made the right decision. Booked her a year in advance. She sent packets to be filled out after I messaged her 2-3 months after booking with her. I never heard from her after that. I sent numerous emails, texts, and tried calling. The business phone numbers were disconnected. Now there are all different addresses for the business. I believe 4 to be exact. So I am 61 days away from my wedding, am out the money that I paid to her and out a day of coordinator. Please do not book this woman. You will be so stressed out, even more than you already are. I did reach out to the knot about her scamming wedding couples, but they said they do not endorse any vendors on here. Please do not consider this scam artist.
Unfortunately my fiancée and I decided to go with a more affordable option for wedding planning services and were greatly disappointed. Initially we thought Sarah and her assistant Cassandra were very nice and knowledgeable. However as time went on they became less responsive even though their contract promises weekly meetings. At one point they took 5 weeks to respond to us and they still had no updates. They never sent personalized budget sheets or planning timelines. They continued to tell us that they would keep us within our budget but then didn’t help book any vendors. By the time we decided to terminate services we were 5-10k over our initial budget. Although we paid for full planning services we received very little assistance and guidance. My fiancée and I found ourselves more stressed with these wedding planners. Please don’t get fooled like we did.
Sarah was great! First of all she actually took the time to contact me back and send me the information I requested. After meeting her, she listened to what I wanted and is absolutely lovely; she was hired! She has come up with great ideas I never would have thought of!
Bella Flair was very professional. They also made us feel like we had known them forever. Our day was very stress free thanks to them and we are so grateful. We also rented decorations from them and also used their decorating services and the made our venue look amazing!
We decided last minute that we wanted a day of coordinator for our wedding day. Sarah was amazing right from the beginning and made us feel very comfortable. She also planned our post wedding brunch and helped with returning our rentals. We were very thankful that she was available at short notice but she made it feel like we had been working with her for months with as much details that she put into it. She definitely went above and beyond.
I decided to plan a last minute wedding with 175 guests. I only had 1 and a half months to try and plan everything. Bella Flair was quick to call back and make sure that everything was taken care of so I did not have to stress. I loved also that I was able to rent decorations from them and they also set them up for me! I will be using them again in the future for other events and will definitely be recommending them for anyone that wants wedding planning or decorating services.
The Bella Flair team did a wonderful job of going above and beyond before and after our wedding. Sarah was always quick to respond and always had a solution to any problems we had. Mine and my husbands wedding day went so smooth thanks to Bella Flair. I would recommend them!
Sarah and her team were very professional and were working with us for 14 months while we planned out wedding. For everything we needed or had questions for she was quick to respond. Our wedding day from beginning to end would not have been complete without her.
