Kelly and her team at Bella Flora were amazing to work with for our wedding! From our first meeting, Kelly was very attentive to listening to what we were interested in and making recommendations that would fit the space best and our budget. Emily, the lead floral designer, designed a beautiful bridal bouquet for me taking into account the style of my dress as well as a floral arch that our guests couldn’t stop complimenting. The Bella Flora team is incredibly detail oriented and will treat every aspect of your event with care as if it was their own!

Kelly and her team provided exceptional service for our daughters’ wedding receptions in 2020, 2021, and 2024. Bella Flora brought our wedding vision to reality and made it beautiful! We wanted an elegant and classic design with a subtle woodsy/rustic theme, and that is exactly what we got! The team was so fun to work with and had a way of knowing what we wanted before we did. Their warehouse has a great selection of accent pieces, tablecloths, vases, etc. The ordering process was very efficient. We appreciated that the invoice itemized everything and even included photos so we knew exactly what we were getting. Working with Bella Flora gave us peace of mind that all the details would be taken care of and executed flawlessly.

Bella Flora went above and beyond for everything we envisioned on our Wedding day. We had multiple meetings with their team going through everything in detail and they are meticulous. You could not ask for a harder working team that are so professional and knows the industry inside and out. I loved that they set up possible table arrangements so you can see them in person and you can see the floral arrangements before you commit to it. The head florist Emily is a FLORAL MASTERMIND. Her arrangements are truly breathtaking and we had SO many people comment on how beautiful the flowers were. I know she spent a lot of time getting certain flowers I wanted and adding little details that really made everything special. I can't thank her enough because I still look at those photos and they are everything I could have hoped for. We hired the Bella Flora team because we fell in love with the numerous photos of previous weddings they had done and we were beyond thrilled with everything they did and provided for our daughter's wedding day. The florals were completely custom/original and beyond gorgeous!! The floral arch, draping, dance floor, table scapes, etc...it was a dream come true and I can't tell you how reassuring it is to have such an experienced, competent team working for you when you have so many other things going on - this MOB 100% recommends them and would do it again in a heartbeat, they are truly wonderful!

Kelly and Bella Flora Event Design were so amazing to work with. I was planning from AZ and gave Kelly inspiration pictures and she took it from there. Not being able to see the flowers or table arrangements in person can be hard. But I walked into our ceremony spot and it looked magical. It was even MORE than I could have ever imagined. Kelly and her team were an absolute dream to work with! In our area there are a few well established wedding florists and designers. I knew from the start I wanted to use Bella Flora after seeing their work on instagram and in a few friends weddings. I had a general idea of what I wanted for our flowers and decor after graduating with an event management degree and interning for a wedding florist in college. Kelly made that vision come to life and exceeded all expectations I had for our wedding. One of my favorite parts about the planning process with Kelly and team if a few weeks before the wedding they mock up the centerpieces for you to come look at and give the OK on everything! I had never heard of this before with a wedding florist but I loved it. Kelly is always quick to respond and was overall incredible to work with. I will use Bella Flora for any future events I have. I can't recommend her more!

I cannot say enough about this team!! Kelly was fantastic to work with. We had to make some pretty big changes two months before our big day because we cut the guest list way down (COVID). They were so flexible, and helped to make our 15 person microwedding feel just as special (if not more special) than our original 300 person wedding. I had a Pinterest vision in mind, and showed here what I liked and they recreated it perfectly. I was so impressed because my design ideas were not your typical wedding colors, and they brought it all to life wonderfully. We had our ceremony and reception at St. Kilda Collective, and Bella Flora brought that room to LIFE with their decor. The fact that we could get floral and decor all from the same vendor was huge because that was less people to coordinate day of. I didn't want to worry about making sure that the decor was there before floral so that everything could be arranged perfectly and this took that worry off of me. I've been to weddings where the bride & groom's family and friends had to tear everything down the night of the wedding and that was always such a mood killer. I'm so thankful for Bella Flora's set up and tear down because that took one more task off of our hands on the big day. My cousin used them a few months prior to us for their large wedding at the Tea Room and had the best experience as well. Look NO further than Bella Flora, you will not be disappointed!

Bella Flora was suggested to us by two different friends who had great experiences. Our wedding was one of many that were rescheduled due to the virus. Once things started looking certain we would be moving forward with our second date as time got closer, Kelly was very quick to help us with the ideas we had. We had photos from Pinterest with our ideas, and she was specific in questions about what we liked and didn’t like. The outcome of Kelly’s design and efforts were beyond any of the Pinterest photos I had seen. I can say without hesitation that the space was transformed into the most beautiful room I could have imagined. The bridal party bouquets were stunning. There is not one part of it we wished had been different. Kelly was exceptional to work with...calm, reassuring, kind, and just delightful. In this Covid world that had to be equally stressful for her navigate, she worked with grace to make it look simple. Thank you Kelly for the experience of working with you!

I worked with Kelly at Bella Flora and she did AMAZING! My venue looked incredible!!! Kelly was so professional and personable. We had a COVID wedding, and Kelly was so awesome to work with during it. She took my vision and gave me the best wedding and reception ever!

The flowers for our wedding were STUNNING. When we first met with Kelly, my mom and I were struggling to find the direction we wanted to go with flowers. But after giving Kelly a list of what I wanted, what I didn’t want, and some inspiration pictures, she was able to put together arrangements that everyone was commenting on. The bouquets look amazing in the pictures, too!

Working with the Bella Flora team was such a fun and easy experience. They took all the things I liked (and didn't like) and created exactly what I pictured! Walking into our venue on the day of the wedding and seeing what Bella was able to do was truly magical! Everything was PERFECT.

Kelly and her team are amazing and you won't be disappointed. If you are wavering between several florists, book Kelly! She is professional, provides great customer service and you will feel comfortable handing over your wedding. I knew nothing about flowers or what I wanted, but when my flowers showed up on our big day, they were more perfect than I could’ve dreamed. During the consultation process, Kelly asked so many great, unexpected questions and got right down to what our dream wedding looked like. They were extremely organized and were already starting to paint a picture of what my day would look/feel like. I had a meeting with Bella Flora and after my meeting I never heard from them again. They were supposed to send me a quote and update a few things and nothing ever came of that. Also, during my appointment with Bella, the girl was very judgmental and not helpful at all. She gave me the impression my budget & flower vision wasn’t good enough for her. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Kelly and her staff were wonderful! They worked to make all my pinterest dreams come true and within my budget! I had a last minute change to my bouquet (yes, I was THAT Bride) and Lacey made the change without question. The BEST money I spent on my daughters wedding! Bella did all of the decorating for my daughters reception. The bouquets were the most beautiful I've ever seen. The room was spectacular with centerpieces, linens, place settings, drapery and a chandelier. It was so wonderful to not have to worry about a thing that day and to be able to enjoy every moment. Kelly and her crew were so helpful every step of the way and just made the room look so elegant. The best part was how reasonable it all was. I can not thank them enough for all they did. Kelly and the Bella Flora team exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. Kelly was always reachable no matter the time of day, or how trivial the question was. My special day was perfect and I owe a lot of that to Kelly and her team. I always had fun meeting with them, something that is so difficult when you are a perfectionist planning a wedding! I wanted a short engagement so Kelly only had three months to pull together my glitzy wedding day vision. Her and her team KILLED it!! Once I told her the style I was going for (Gatsby classy, but not themed, with bling everywhere), she ran with it and made amazing adjustments I never would have thought of. She found bling candle holders for centerpieces, strings of bling to accent my altar floral arrangements (which were PERFECT), she even put black sequin table cloths on my dessert tables and sequin runners on my guest tables! I wish I could attach pictures because words cannot describe how gorgeous my day turned out to be. Having the floral expert with you in every step of the planning process was wonderful! Emily offered a different perspective on general decorations and put together gorgeous arrangements that complimented our vision perfectly. I am a huge fan of orchids and she somehow found phalaenopsis orchids (pretty sure they were out of season) with a purple/pink center for my bouquet that were so perfect they looked fake. She even turned one of the orchid blooms into a boutonnière for my husband! Overall, this team was phenomenal and I was so lucky to work with them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
