Bella Flora was the BEST vendor we worked with for our wedding. From start to finish, Lindsay made the process easy and pleasant. She was quick to contact me following my inquiry and truly made my flower dreams come true. Our meeting with her was so fun and she had wonderful ideas that we hadn’t even thought of. Bella Flora's tagline is "Wedding Flowers So Perfect Even Your Mother-in-Law Won't Complain!" Well, this spoke true at our wedding as my mother-in-law was carting out as many of the flowers as she could! The florals were absolutely breathtaking and even better than we imagined. Lindsay was amazing to work with: she helped guide us to what we wanted. Originally, I wanted just white florals, but Lindsay suggested adding some light pinks and purple and boy oh boy did that make a difference! We received many compliments regarding the florals and cannot thank Lindsay and team enough for being a part of our special day!

We truly had no idea what we were getting into when we got engaged in the Fall of 2022, the number of vendors we needed to sort out was definitely overwhelming (especially when there are so many great options in and around Chicago)! We had such a great experience with Lindsay and Bella Flora though that made it all seem easier. Lindsay was one of the first people we had a pleasure of speaking with as we started developing our vision for our big day. One of the things we loved MOST about her (setting aside the obvious skill and artistry of her team's work, which we were already in love with from Instagram and other reviews) was how upfront and honest she was with us. She helped us by giving her opinion on how best we might utilize our medium budget to get the most meaningful things for us on the big day. We wanted to make sure we had those WOW moments we were really looking for, and we absolutely did! The extensive rental catalog she has is a life saver, and really helped ease our minds about the one-off items you know you need, but don't necessarily want to purchase and keep forever like table numbers and card boxes. We went through a few different mood boards as the design of the day evolved over the next year or so, and Lindsay was so helpful in chatting through some of the finer detail. Like what should we do if all the bridesmaids are in different colored dresses? Does that affect what kind of bouquet they carry? We knew we were in for a treat when our big day finally came. She was also very professional about providing recommendations and feedback when our vision wasn't complete in a particular area, and that was incredibly valued as you really can't think of everything yourself. The morning of when the bouquets were brought into the getting-ready space... it was truly magical and my jaw definitely went through the floor. The colors were PERFECT. The flowers just screamed fall elegance, just as we'd hoped, and you could absolutely see that flow through to the décor we saw later on at the ceremony and reception. We ended up choosing the geometric gold arch she offered for our ceremony backdrop, and were able to use it in the reception space as well for formal family photos and fun Instagram moments for the guests later on. The minimalist clusters of bright oranges, rust, and burgundy flowers on the arch were stunning. Everyone was obsessed. The groom may or may not have teared up a little bit when we got our preview of the reception space before all the guests entered. All in all, could not recommend Lindsay and this team more. They were all incredibly responsive, helpful, up front, timely, and the worlds' greatest professionals with their timeliness and flexibility on the day of the wedding.

Lindsay was so great to work with! My bridal bouquet was BEAUTIFUL that I had it immediately preserved the next day so I could save it forever! The boutonnieres, bridesmaid bouquet, and corsages were lovely as well as the ceremony flower and centerpieces. I loved how we were able to reuse our ceremony flowers for our sweetheart table. She also had lots of other decor that we could rent. I've already started recommending Lindsay to my friends who are getting married next year!

Lindsay was a dream to work with! She made my floral dreams come alive! From the flower arch, to the hanging installation and personal flowers, everything was incredible. She was patient in answering the millions of questions I had and ensured me everything was taken care of the week before the wedding. Everyone commented on how stunning the flowers were for our wedding! Lindsay did a great job helping us to fulfill our vision for the floral design we were wanting to achieve. Lindsay was very easy to work with and extremely professional. We had built our own arch for our wedding - and Bella Flora was extremely accommodating with figuring out how to best decorate and arrange the floral pieces. It looked beautiful! Lindsay and her team do an amazing day of job with setting everything up. They are also very crafty and resourceful with how to use the floral pieces for multiple areas (for instance, the flowers used along the aisle were repurposed and used at our welcome tables). We would definitely recommend Lindsay and her team!

Lindsay and everyone from Bella Flora did an amazing job with our wedding. I had about a million questions and changes that I made all the way up until the final moment, and they still got everything done just the way I asked. On the day of, the flowers more even more gorgeous then I expected. I also rented a few things from them (candles and such), and they set everything up perfectly. If I ever need floral décor for another event in the future, you can bet that I know who I’ll be calling!

Lindsay was awesome to work with. All she needed from me were just a few inspiration pics and she delivered exactly what I was looking for. Two weeks prior to my wedding, just to ease my nerves, she set up a meeting with me and my husband via zoom to go over everything and to add a few things that I completely forgot about. She also assured me that if I needed a backup arbor in case of emergency, we can decide and grab it the day of. I felt so much better! Everything that she brought was gorgeous and I received so many compliments on my flowers. I highly recommend Lindsay/Bella Flora, best decision for the day!

I am so glad I booked with Bella Flora for our wedding in May 2022. We had neutral dress colors so I wanted the flowers to pop with color and the flowers definitely delivered! Lindsay was so easy to work with, I would send inspiration from her Instagram and even sent her pictures of what our programs would look like with florals on it and she completely matched the look with our flowers day of. Bella Flora was PERFECT for our wedding! To be completely honest, we originally went with Bella Flora because of the price relative to other floral companies. However, we would recommend this company based on more than just that. Our floral arrangements were absolutely gorgeous! This was one of our favorite aspects of our wedding because it was one of the only surprises we had. We only provided Lindsay with an idea of what we wanted and she executed it beyond our expectations. We actually already recommended Lindsay to a coworker, and she was also blown away.

Wow! Lindsay and team did a fantastic job with the flowers for our wedding in Sept. 2021! We received so many compliments from the bouquets to the center pieces. I received so many compliments about my wedding bouquet and flowers! I had no idea what I wanted, but Lindsay helped me figure out my needs. When I asked for a mix of fall flowers, she delivered a delightful mix of colors and textures. My bouquet was definitely a statement piece and was big! Lindsay was great about communicating by email (my preferred method). She helped me to determine the appropriate budget and flowers needed. She was also familiar with the venue (River Roast) which was super helpful. Delivery was also simple and seamless.

Bella Flora and Lindsay are truly incredible! From the first contact with Lindsay, I knew I wanted to use Bella Flora. She is so kind and easy to work with. Like most 2020 brides, I had to essentially abandon my wedding plans not once, but twice. After postponing and then ultimately deciding to down-size, I leaned on my venue manager's expertise to find an amazing florist who could take me on with little heads up and who would be able to design table arrangements that would seamlessly tie in with bridesmaids bouquets (made by a different florist). This seemed like a tall task to me, but Lindsay at Bella Flora nailed it! She referenced images of the bouquet design and the girls' dresses and was able to put together beautiful arrangements for our intimate evening. Lindsay was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I'd recommend her again and again!

I couldn’t be more happy with our experience with Bella Flora! Lindsay was so easy to work with from the very beginning. I didn’t know much about flowers, but I gave her a vision and she made it come to life! She is so creative. When we had to make changes to our plans due to COVID, Lindsay was so flexible and accommodating! Our backyard wedding was made BEAUTIFUL by her arrangements!

Lindsay and Joe are amazing to work with! They did the floral, boxwood wall and photobooth for my wedding on 11.2.19 and exceeded all expectations. They helped execute my vision perfectly. Lindsay and the Bella Flora team far exceeding our expectations for our wedding! Our flowers were beautifully done with hints of both of our wedding colors as well as our accent colors. We loved all of the floral arrangements she did for us and were impressed by her organization and timing. Every flower was labeled and she even moved a floral arrangement from one venue to another! This involved setting it up at our ceremony, waiting for our ceremony to conclude, breaking it down, and then transferring it and setting it up at our reception venue before our guests arrived. We would highly recommend Bella Flora for beautiful flowers at a very reasonable cost!

Lindsay at Bella Flora was absolutely wonderful to work with! We started our wedding planning long distance and she was readily available via phone or email. She provided a great initial wupte, and didn’t complain when I COMPLETELY changed my vision, which made her redo everything. After moving back to the area she was also available in person, and even came to our house to pick up some items for our wedding. She quickly returned our items in perfect pristine condition (despite some people messing with some things). I wouldn’t hesitate to reuse her. She made our vision come true and it was everything and then some! She was also willing to work within our price range and suggest less expensive alternatives that were just as beautiful as our inspiration pictures.

Meeting with Linsday was short and sweet. In that short amount of time the flower arrangements she sent over were absolutely beautiful and perfect. Lindsay was fantastic for our winter wedding! She made it easy to plan from across the country. Lindsay did a beautiful job on the flowers for my wedding. I wanted a simple, clean, yet elegant look to my flowers and they were just perfect. She was so easy to work with. I picked Lindsay about a year in advance for my wedding and had a completely different vision then. She was so flexible as we met closer to the wedding. I showed her my dress and she created flowers that suited my dress rather than overwhelm it. Everything was perfect. Even the women at the church where we got married had mentioned how nice she was and how fragrant and beautiful the flowers were. Everyone loves their flowers and looked beautiful as well.

One of a kind! I knew from the moment I met Lindsay from Bella Flora that she was going to be the florist we used! She is so personable and you can truly tell that she loves her job. She got back to me right away with a date to meet. She is very organized with a rental catalog and pinterest pages broken down very nicely. Her prices are unbeatable and the rental catalog is extensive. We were blown away when we walked into the venue on our wedding day. Everything was BEYOND perfect! Her and her team set up the ceremony and then moved the decor into our reception. We received so many compliments on the centerpieces and all other décor. At the end of the night, guests took the flowers home because they loved them so much! I can’t thank her enough for making our wedding day so magical- we highly recommend her!!

Lindsay did an AMAZING job with our wedding flowers! We wanted lots of greenery incorporated into the bouquets and centerpieces and she totally understood our vision. We had considered working with some large scale florists, but when we talked to Lindsay we knew it was a great fit for our wedding. Lindsay's home based business was the best prices we could find, and she also had many great tips and tricks for us to save money in other ways. We decided to forgo church flowers due to the already pretty backdrop, and she also recommended buying vases at Dollar Tree in order to save from having to rent them and pay for returns. Lindsay took our visions from Pinterest and other images and was able to put together a great vision. She also had a reasonable timeline for knowing our final table count once we had received our guest RSVPs. The bridal bouquet was large and gorgeous and stood out from the bridesmaids. She also delivered and set up all the centerpieces at our reception site and put up vases for the bridesmaids' bouquets. Everything about working with Lindsay was straightforward and easy to understand. Our flowers were something we didn't have to think about because she provided plenty of visuals and information along the way.

Lindsay was so easy to communicate and I loved all the floral arrangements she provided. Our first meeting was fast and hassle free and she understood quickly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations.
