Krista is the best!! I started seeing her months before my wedding for facials, eye brow waxing, dermaplaning. She made me feel so comfortable from the beginning and took the time to learn exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. Things went great for my trial day and she made me look absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! She also took such good care of my mom, who was anxious about getting her makeup done as she doesn’t usually wear makeup. She let my mom come get her makeup done prior to the wedding and on the day of, my mom looked so natural and gorgeous. Would deffo recommend Krista for your wedding day and your pre wedding beauty needs!

Krista, along with her amazing assistant Jenna, did makeup for me and my 8 bridesmaids + mom for my May 2024 wedding in Petaluma! From the first time I met her for my makeup trial at her studio, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! The makeup she and Jenna did on the big day was so stunning and beautiful and made us all feel so amazing! She was nothing short of professional, punctual, kind and easy going! I feel like she and Jenna captured what each individual girl envisioned for their makeup in the best way! I cannot recommend her and her business enough any type of event!!! She is the best!

Krista was an absolutely fantastic makeup artist for both myself and my wife, along with our wedding party. My wife and I were extremely nervous for the makeup portion of our wedding before meeting Krista. I love makeup and love doing my own, but have never had a good experience with getting my makeup professionally done. My wife on the other hand does not typically wear makeup, so she was very nervous she wouldn't look like herself. After each of our trials, we knew instantly that we found the best fit with Krista. She was attentive and executed exactly what we were both looking for. We felt the most beautiful we've ever felt, but also looked like ourselves. And we got SO many compliments! Both of our moms and sisters equally loved Krista - they still rave about how wonderful she was to work with and how beautiful they felt. Also, Krista gave me and my sister-in-law a bridal spray tan before the wedding and it was PERFECT! I'm typically very pale, so it was nice to have that extra glow without looking too tan. 1000% recommend Krista - she's an expert and the best! She'll bring your vision to life wonderfully! I hope we can find another way to work together again soon!

Our experience with Krista was absolutely outstanding! The bridal party's makeup looked phenomenal, and we all received so many compliments throughout the day. I don't usually wear a ton of makeup, and she did exactly what I had envisioned while making it look so natural yet elevated. Krista was also a joy to work with and made getting ready a blast. Oh my gosh Krista is amazing. She understands the assignment. I was very nervous about not doing a trial before booking her (I had already spent money doing a trial with a different artist that I didn’t like) but I collected photos of her work that I loved and asked her to do something for my skin tone and girl did she deliver! Hiring Krista was one of the best wedding decisions I made! All the other times I’ve had my makeup done, I didn’t feel like myself. Cannot say enough amazing things about Bella Glow Beauty Studio! I was a COVID bride and had my makeup artist booked for nearly 2 years who ended up cancelling on me a couple months before the wedding. I thought there would be no way I could find someone available for my summer wedding who’s work I actually liked! After looking through literally hundreds of makeup artists pages I finally stumbled upon Krista! Her work is absolutely gorgeous and everything I was looking for AND I couldn’t believe it but she was available for my date. I cried happy tears. My maid of honor and I were able to book a spray tan with her the week of the wedding and both agreed it was hands down the best spray tan we’d ever gotten! It lasted through my honeymoon the following week! Getting ready on the big day with Krista and her second artist Teresa was perfection all the way around! Not only were they prompt and joyful to have in the bridal cottage with us while we were getting ready but everyone looked amazing!! I’ve been in a lot of weddings and there are usually at least 1-2 girls not happy with their makeup and that was not the case out of the 12 girls they did. Everyone loved their makeup and looked HOT! I was in school and had quite a full plate leading up to the wedding so never booked a bridal trial and my wedding day makeup was better than I could have dreamed! Bronzed soft glam was on point! From the moment I met Krista, owner of Bella Glow Beauty Studio. I knew that I had made the best decision. She was sweet, fun, & all around amazing. We talked the entire time during my trial and she made me feel like I was with someone I had known forever. I could not recommend Krista enough to be your makeup artist on your wedding day! She was so communicative throughout the process and her rates were very reasonable compared to similar options in the area. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed while doing my makeup at my hotel for my elopement. The final look was stunning and stayed on with no problem for the rest of the afternoon and evening. I was so sad to wash off my makeup at the end of the night! I would definitely try to book Bella Glow for makeup for any future events I have in Sonoma.

Loved working with Krista! She made sure she was early and brought her entire set up including lighting. I was concerned the hotel room was too dark for it but she brought her light which made all the difference. Make up lasted all day long for my wedding. It was perfect! She even made sure to get my mom and flower girl all done up during my first look which helped keep to our timeline.

In March, when the pandemic hit, we were forced to reschedule our May wedding, and then reschedule AGAIN, and then ultimately cancelling our big wedding in Sonoma County and opting for an elopement at home. I was distraught about not getting to wear my dress, so I coordinated a wedding portrait session and when I reached out to Krista, she was more than willing to be part of it. KRISTA. SLAYED. My makeup looked flawless, stayed flawless and she brought the mother effing GLAM. I will look back on our photos and truly feel like the beautiful bride I have wanted to be all of 2020. Krista is amazing! She is a very talented makeup artist, with an awesome personality to boot. Bella Glow Studios was the perfect vendor for our wedding! I’ve never felt so beautiful or supported by an awesome girl gang, then I did on my wedding day. Thank you Krista! She listened during my makeup trial, was super accommodating on the big day and she nailed the looks of not only me, but of my 11 other ladies (bridesmaids, moms, g-mas and flower girls.) I felt like Krista went above and beyond to make sure I was supported and that everything ran smoothly on the big day. There was one point when there were a million people talking to me when I was getting my makeup done and she was able to shoo them all away, so I could have a moment of peace. I don’t think she knows how much that moment meant to me, but it was everything. If you’re getting married in the Marin / Sonoma / Napa area – def hire Bella Glow Studio for your makeup needs. Oh and her spray tanning abilities are unrivaled. If you do hire Krista for your big day, please make sure you also book her for your spray tan. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED... I was suppose to be getting married this weekend. Due to the Pandemic Krista cannot perform her services. My family is from Canada and we do not know when we will be allowed to have our wedding due to the Canadian border being closed. I asked her for my deposit back that I left to hold the date and to pay for 11 bridesmaids make-up. She told me she cannot give me my money back because she has a no cancel policy even though she cannot perform the services and, in fact, did cancel. She is the only vendor out of ALL of our vendors to not return deposits during this time. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth. When we have the opportunity to finally have our wedding I would not want to work with someone so greedy. I own a small business and like all businesses during the pandemic we have suffered.  Even her business partner Kendra who does hair returned our deposit without question. Sometimes being a good person and being great to work with is more important than the service itself on your big  day. I just wanted to leave this as a warning for all brides considering working with her at this time. She cancelled no more, no less than me.

AHHHH-MAZING! Krista did my makeup and spray tan for my wedding and she surpassed my expectations to make me look and feel like a princess on my wedding day. We planned our wedding from afar and Krista was there every step of the way guiding me through and making sure I would look my absolute perfect. And I did! She dedicated Thursday night (staying late) to do my spray tan once we arrived in Sonoma and devoted Friday and Saturday for makeup for both the rehearsal and wedding. Everyone raved about my makeup both events. On top of that, Krista was able to save the day when my hair stylist cancelled on me Friday before the wedding and left me hanging. Krista immediately jumped in to the rescue and called everyone she knew to help in the emergency. Turns out, the hair stylist who she found was also aGEM and together they made my day PERFECT!!! Thank you Krista for your professionalism, your talent and your dedication to your clients. You are the best!

I cannot recommend Bella Glow Beauty enough! Krista was incredibly professional from the moment I reached out to her until after the wedding. During the trial she understood my vision and my makeup was exactly what I was looking for. Somehow it was even better on the day of my wedding! On my wedding day, she managed to do makeup for nine of us (me, six bridesmaids and two moms), and was even ahead of schedule! Most of the girls said their makeup was the best they'd ever had professionally done! For a small fee, Krista even stuck around to help touch up my makeup after first looks with my dad and groom. Krista's sweet and professional demeanor was exactly what I was looking for and helped keep the day incredibly low-stress and fun. 5+ stars!

We decided to have a destination wedding and I was having a really hard time finding a group to do our hair and makeup. I was even more anxious because I've heard horror stories about hair & makeup trials gone awry. I stumbled across Bella Glow Beauty Studio from the Knot and reached out immediately. Krista responded immediately and didn't even blink when I told her how big our bridal party was. She made all of the accommodations to have a full team ready to go for our day. I was able to schedule a hair & makeup trial a few days prior to our wedding when we made it to California. Krista and Kendra were very welcoming and personable. I showed them ideas from my pinterest page for hair and makeup. They executed it perfectly! One of my sisters was upset about her hairstyle hours after it was completed and had a ridiculous dramatic meltdown. Kendra was very accommodating and re-styled her hair without a fight even though I thought it looked just fine. They were very professional and did a fabulous job!

I first found Bella Glow Beaty Studio and Krista after having canceled my contract with a different makeup studio due to a bad experience with my trial. She listened to my ‘vision’ and ideas and was able to execute exactly the look I was going for. She and her team did my bridal makeup and 9 other people. The actual wedding day went perfectly as Krista was able to stay fully on schedule with everyone. Every single one of my girls LOVED their makeup. From the first email sent until my actual wedding day, the ladies from Bella Glow have gone above and beyond in all aspects. Krista was informative, kind and quick to respond. She set me up with Kendra to do my hair. Kendra asked if I had any inspiration before my trial and at the trial created something that encompassed the entire vibe I was going for. She was so friendly and flexible and made sure everything was to my liking several times. Because I had 7 people including myself, she had 2 assistants on the day of (sorry I forgot their names) who were equally sweet and accommodating. The room my bridal party and I got ready in was quite small but they were really efficient and professional. They did everyone's hair beautifully and on time. I can't recommend Kendra and her team enough. Brittany took care of our makeup and she was amazing as well. I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted and only showed her a few pictures for inspiration at my trial and she did exactly what I asked for. Upon more research, I changed my mind and asked her if she could go with a different eye shadow and a less heavy brow for my wedding day. She was completely understanding, flexible, and sweet and even asked if I wanted another trial to try it out (I said no since I trusted her and she said they were only minor tweaks anyway). On my wedding day, she took my changes in consideration and carried it out perfectly. I loved it and her work made me feel beautiful but still looking like myself. All my girls looked great as well. Everyone worked really well together and communicated with each other and I thought it went really smoothly. Overall, they were so skilled, kind, and professional. Highly, highly recommend.
