My friend had a really good experience here but for me it was not the best. After my boyfriend proposed I notice a gap in the halo of the ring as well as it was so sharp I ripped a... whole in my bed spread and took it in immediately. Although they fixed the ring and everything for free I was kind of upset that they had noticed the sharpness and the halo but yet they still sold it to my boyfriend anyway. They sent the ring back to be fixed but then we ran in to copy right issues and and They had to re configure the design to the ring. So needless to say I didn’t have my ring for almost two months of being engaged. Although I was very gracious for them to fix it I was just not happy with the whole process and that it was even sold in the first place. I do love my ring and like I said my friend had a really good experience with them and I probably wasn’t the best customer after all that but It was very frustrating
