ions but Bella Limousine is not one of them. My fiance reached out through their online quote/contact system, no response. He followed up with an e-mail days later, no response. After waiting several days between contact attempts to allow time for the company to respond, he followed up by phone. Cause hey, things can happen with e-mail and online systems right? We wanted to assume the best. He spoke to someone on two separate occasions (days apart) who promised to send a quote over for bus service to/from our wedding. No response or follow up by either person with the company. He called for a third time and they indicated they had no records of him reaching out on FOUR separate occasions; two in writing, two verbal. Then without much explanation advised they couldn't accommodate us due to their buses being broken down or something to that effect. Needless to say, we'll be going with someone else. You should too. If this is any indication of the service and quality they provide...you don't want to rely on them for something as important as time-sensitive transportation!
Bella Limo was the vendor that my hotel used for their shuttle service. The driver was prompt and the limo was super clean. Everything was great. I definitely would recommend them.

air conditioner was leaking on our guests ! I was charged an extra $112.50 for running a half hour over our time limit... but the driver took 25 minutes to pick us up from the bar when we called! I dont get how that is our fault when we were waiting for him. (Our driver was very nice though!) Also my friends phone fell behind one of the mini bars, and they told us for 3 days the phone wasnt on the bus, yet come to find out it WAS on the bus and it slipped under the mini bar.. (why was there a whole for it to slide through is still unknown) and then the company had the nerve to charge us another $125 to have the mechanic move the mini bar to get it out! So for one night with this company it cost $1837.50 and we all went home miserable! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE THIS COMPANY! Don't be fooled by the nice women in the office like I was, they will tack on additional charges whenever they can!
