nt to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Working with Rheannon unfortunately added unnecessary stress to an already stressful wedding planning process. Her communication was exceptionally poor for someone in a client-based business. She was very responsive at first, but after I signed the contract and paid the fees, things quickly went downhill. Early on, she rescheduled our engagement session at the last minute. I tried to be accommodating—things happen—but that proved to be the first red flag. It then took months to receive our engagement photos, with repeated excuses about equipment issues. There always seemed to be a reason for every delay. As the wedding approached, I grew increasingly anxious about her reliability. It took three separate follow-ups just to schedule a pre-wedding touch-base call. Our package included a second shooter due to our larger guest count, but when we finally spoke, she seemed unaware that a second shooter was even part of our agreement. That was very concerning. About ten days before the wedding, I followed up again about the second shooter, and she assured me she’d confirm the details. Then, on the morning of my wedding, she texted me to say the second shooter had cancelled last minute. It was an incredibly stressful message to receive on such an important day and I couldn’t understand why she didn’t contact my wedding planner, whose information she already had, to handle it. The wedding day itself seemed to go smoothly otherwise. However, when we received our photo gallery, Rheannon informed us that she had lost all of our reception photos—including our first dances, speeches, and sparkler send-off—due to a corrupted SD card. A photographer friend later told me that most professionals use backup systems to prevent such losses. I was heartbroken. Rheannon offered a partial refund, but nearly two months later I still haven’t received it, despite multiple follow-ups (many of which she hasn’t responded to). She also refused to send me the damaged SD card so that I could attempt recovery, saying she had already thrown it away. It’s baffling how unwilling she has been to make things right. It sems like she used to care more about her clients, but based on my experience and others’ recent reviews, that no longer seems to be the case. While the photos we did receive are beautiful, the overall experience was stressful, disappointing, and heartbreaking. I strongly caution any bride considering Bella Luxe to look elsewhere—it’s simply not worth the risk or the heartache.
