The flavor was also delicious as well being a pumpkin spice cake with a cream cheese frosting!!! The cake was gone within minutes because of how good it was. Definitely would recommend and try and use again for any other special occasions like future anniversaries.

to design a cake that was beautiful and perfectly fit for the occassion. We went with pink champagne and red velvet cake with buttercream frosting....and it was delicious! The entire process was done remote, as we live out of town, but Renee was there with us step by step, even helping to deliver the cake to the wedding venue and decorate it with our homemade flowers. p and then were able to try several varieties of her cake at home! They were all fantastic! Once we booked with her, she worked with me to design the cake of my dreams, to fit our colors and theme! I was adamant that the entire cake be edible, and thus requested Renee to make sugar daffodils to decorate the cake. I think Renee was as excited as I was, as she said she actually took apart, dissected and measured real daffodils to model the sugar ones off of. Renee also worked with me as I changed the amount of cake at least once, if not twice. On wedding day, she delivered the cake and set it up...and it was stunning!! Better than I'd imagined. And, can we say delicious!?!? Everyone raved about how great the cake tasted! I recommend Renee and Bella Manse for your wedding cake needs! She is talented and passionate about her work, as well as super professional and friendly!

ugh I have seen examples of what Renee creates I was blown away when I saw our cake for the first time. Words cannot describe how perfect it looked and she indulged me when I requested a paw print on the cake to incorporate our pup into our day. We had to postpone due to COVID and Renee made it easy for us to switch our order to a new day. She was also understanding when our guest list shrunk and we needed a smaller cake.

Due to COVID, we had to reschedule our big wedding celebration, but we got married in a small backyard wedding on 6/6/2020, and Renee was so flexible and was able to make us a small cake to enjoy at that celebration. Our families are still raving about how good it was! We can’t wait to work with her again in November for our full wedding celebration and are so excited to eat more of her delicious cakes!

ing from this bakery... well it just blows every other bakery out of the water. The cake is so light and fluffy and moist and the frosting isn't too dense or sweet.. perfection all around. As soon as we had our tasting and booked her for our wedding cake, I put in an order for a birthday cake for my husband too (his bday was the day before our wedding, so we got to share with our family/bridal party at the rehearsal dinner). Everyone RAVED about the cake and wanted to take some home, but I had to tell them to just wait until tomorrow to eat more at the wedding. haha So yeah... knocked it out of the park, Renee. ere amazing over our wedding weekend and throughout the planning process! The cake was absolutely stunning, and I loved the way the flower decor worked out. We had so many rave reviews about how delicious the cake was too! We went with two flavors - Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing and White Cake with Raspberry Filling - the latter being my favorite. I know some people got one slice of each, haha. It was just the perfect "sweet treat" to end the meal. My mom (who can sometimes be hard to please) was comparing the red velvet cake to the one we got for the bridal shower down in MD, and she kept saying, "That was just so much better! That was actually a well made cake!" Could not agree more :)

at the end of the night eating all of the leftover cake slices because it was THAT GOOD. He said he wished he had tupperware to take some home!) I gave her a few ideas of what I was thinking of and she designed a perfect cake for us. A month before the wedding, I decided that I wanted a Groom's Cake and she accommodated me even on such short notice. The day of the wedding, the cake arrived promptly on time and was decorated exactly how we designed it. We got so many compliments on the cake, it was loved by everyone! Thank you Renee so much for all of your hard work, the cake was absolutely perfect!

The cakes were just what we had wanted and exactly as Renee had designed for us during our entire wedding planning – they were beautiful in every single way possible! We were beyond pleased! Every single flavor was so delicious too! The chocolate cake with chocolate mouse, lemon cake with blueberry mouse, and pink champagne cake with the vanilla mouse. WOW!!! It was evident that Renee spent substantial time and effort to ensure that our cakes turned out so perfectly. Renee's efforts were very much appreciated and will not soon be forgotten.
