e have since told me that the cakes were the best they’ve ever had tasted/seen and we completely agree! The cakes were just what we had wanted and exactly as Renee had designed for us during our entire wedding planning – they were beautiful in every single way possible! We were beyond pleased! Every single flavor was so delicious too! The chocolate cake with chocolate mouse, lemon cake with blueberry mouse, and pink champagne cake with the vanilla mouse. WOW!!! It was evident that Renee spent substantial time and effort to ensure that our cakes turned out so perfectly. Renee's efforts were very much appreciated and will not soon be forgotten. I hope that our cakes, in particular, will help portray the excellent quality, dedication and service that Bella Manse offers its clients. The ones that did eat it were not shy about telling us how great the cake tasted and thankfully we had some left to eat at our brunch the next day (there was none left after that because it was TOO GOOD not to finish!) When I saw the cake for the first time, I was so excited because it was even better looking than I could have imagined! We are so excited for a year from now when we get to eat our anniversary cake, which is so cute with a "P" on it, and because we know how delicious it it going to taste! Thank you so much Renee!

We raved about this cake for months leading up to the wedding and recommend Bella Manse for any upcoming cake needs you may have. She came highly recommended from our venue and our wedding day of coordinator specifically. We even ordered extra servings of our cake because we wanted to guarantee left overs for ourselves!

She also made the groom's cake which she was very flexible with helping figure out how to execute it. (It was a super large Reese's peanut butter cup. She suggested a deep dish fluted tart pan to get the rippled edges we needed). My groom loved it - and loved the fact that it was chocolate and peanut butter even more. Renee does excellent work and was fantastic to work with. I even shipped my cake topper directly to her so I wouldn't have to worry about bringing that to the venue and she handled setting that up for us! Overall - she is very talented and creative and best of all, a fantastic baker!

the best cake I have ever had in my life. I didn't have a chance to really eat a lot of the food at my wedding but I made sure to eat a piece of our pink champagne cake and saved some for the next day. Renee provided a separate anniversary cake and it even had our initials on it. I'm sure that even after being in the freezer for a year, it will still taste amazing!

what we wanted because it was all so good! We ended up with a white cake with fresh strawberries in the middle and white buttercream. And for the other layer we did chocolate chocolate chip with chocolate mousse! SO good! and Very beautiful.

the day of the wedding and the cake looked absolutely perfect, exactly what I had hoped for. Renee is also such a sweet, open, responsive person. She returned all my calls and e-mails and always accommodated our requests. We got compliments from EVERYONE about how great the cake tasted. I literally have never had better wedding cake and I'm so grateful that I can say that about MY wedding cake! Professional but also a really great person, you can trust that Renee will take care of business.

zing - we chose to go with a lemon cake with a blueberry-white chocolate filling and a pumpkin spice cake with a cinnamon butter cream filling. The whole cake (4 tiers) was then coated with a vanilla buttercream frosting and decorated with hand-designed sugar flowers, leaves, and ferns in addition to colorful fondant "ribbons" to set the layers apart. The cake was breathtaking to look at and heavenly to eat. I am not typically a fan of fondant, but Bella Manse found a way to make the fondant ribbon taste good, too. I cannot recommend Bella Manse highly enough!

f them was delicious. We loved them, but wanted to try some other flavors. At that first meeting we brought some pictures of cakes we liked. Renee asked us our colors and flowers. She asked what styles we liked the best. After looking at the pictures we brought Renee drew our cake. She sat there and sketched out the most beautiful cake. She knew exactly what we wanted. We tried a few more cakes from Renee and agreed on the Pink Champagne. It was delicious- a moist pink cake with filling that tastes like pudding but way better. Our guests loved it. Renee was incredibly easy to work with. She bakes the most delicious cakes and they’re affordable too!

ate cake with raspberry filling. She matched our blue that we used perfectly, and in the planning/tasting meeting drew what our cake would look like so we knew what we would be getting. She also was willing to make a red velvet grooms cake, and it looked exactly like a bowling lane! Everything tasted great, very moist, and it held up well in a hot room.

We ultimately ended up using one of her original sketches but she humored us as we worked through our other ideas. The cake was beautiful, in excellent condition, arrived on time, and the leftovers remained fresh for a few days after our wedding. We heard many guests comment on how much they enjoyed the cake. She also provided an anniversary cake that was packaged separately and ready to freeze. I would recommend Bella Manse with no reservations!

We got oreo cookie cake with vanilla icing and chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. They were both delicious. The only downside is that one of our groomsmen sat on our anniversary cake on the bus home :(. Along with my bridesmaid, I still dream about how delicious that cake was!

Guests were especially excited about the cookie cake, a completely unique, soft, and tasty dessert, inspired by the groom, but taken on as a new challenge by the talented Renee!
