Bella Mera Bridal Boutique is wonderful! I was looking for Greek Orthodox stefana (crowns) for my wedding ceremony and it was the only store in the area that had a wide selection to choose from. Their customer service team was responsive to my emails, and even followed up with me after my online purchase to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend them!

I ordered my veil from Bella Mera Bridal Boutique for my upcoming wedding in April 2021. Not only did they have fantastic prices but they also shipped my veil earlier than expected. My veil is in pristine condition and I cannot wait to wear it soon!

I had such an incredible experience with Bella Mera Bridal! I live in Wilmington, North Caroline and I was on the hunt for a cathedral veil. I fell in love with a veil at the Boutique I got my dress, but it was way out of my price range. I began searching everywhere else - etsy, other local boutiques, and random google searches. Finally, I came across Bella Mera Bridal who had the exact veil I was looking for for less than half the price I originally found it at! They were so quick to respond to any questions I had. I absolutely love the belt I ordered from them. It was stunning and exactly what I ordered. It was the lowest price I found for the belt I wanted. My dress was a little larger then expected due to recent weight loss but they gave me a few alteration places to call. The dress I chose was a bit pricey but worth the experience. I ordered my veil online from Bella Mera Bridal during their Cyber Monday promotion. The shipping was a bit over the 2-5 weeks listed and came about 7 weeks after I ordered. That being said, they were quick to answer my email and give an update on the shipping status when I reached out. The veil arrived in great condition as promised and looked great with my dress!

Bella mera was absolutely incredible. I am a NJ bride who decided to work with Bella mera after going on their website and seeing they carried a veil I loved. After speaking with Jennifer who is the manager there, I knew I had to buy my blusher and custom cathedral length veil from them. From the beginning, she made me feel very comfortable. She was so sweet, helpful, and caring. She truly cares about the happiness of her brides. And also their prices are amazing! I had an issue with two of the veils I ordered. One was too long (but it was the length I ordered it at, I just needed it to be shortened after I tried it on with my dress) and the blusher I had ordered to be more poofy, came in way too poofy from Ansonia. I immediately called and sent an email to Jennifer about this. She made sure to call the company and explained my concerns to them. Unfortunately, Ansonia's customer service was absolutely terrible and they made NO effort at all to help me. However, Jennifer did everything in her power to make sure my situation was fixed and she quickly sent me a new blusher from her inventory, which ended up being perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend Bella mera to other brides. Jennifer was so amazing and TRULY cares about her customers. She was by far one of the best people I had the chance to work with during my wedding planning process. Thank you again Jennifer for all of your help and support!!

Purchased a crystal headband for my daughter from Bella Mera Bridal. We originally saw it in a retail store in the mall. Way out of our budget. Went home and found it on their website. Their constant status updates and prompt replies to my inquiries were greatly appreciated. Quality of the crystals are amazing and so were their prices. One happy bride to be.

Highly suggest to any bride with a larger bridal group. I had my entire bridal party signed up here for Bill Levkoff Dresses and all the dresses came on time with a free garment bag! Every time I called them they made feel like an important Bride and my 13 bridesmaids including my four plus size bridesmaids. I wasn't expecting this type of service and was taking back from the prompt customer service. The staff was always pleasant every time I called or emailed. We just loved the entire experience from the easy registration for my bridesmaids and surprised how smoothly everything was. They were very transparent about about arrival times and even helped me pick out matching necklace sets for everyone. Jennifer was so incredibly helpful in finding a veil for my wedding day. When we discovered I couldn't get the one I wanted by the wedding date, she wored so hard at finding me an alternative. I ended up finding one on a different website, but called her to ask if they had that one and they did! She was able to rush it to me and I felt the veil was just as beautiful as the one I originally wanted! It was perfect!

I ordered a beautiful cathedral veil from this company and could not be happier. I was dress shopping in NY and fell in love with this one veil but could not believe the price tag on it so I left it at the store. My mother happened to stumble upon Bella Mera Bridal on the internet and ordered the SAME exact veil for a MUCH better price. I bought my dress online through their Tradesy account. It was a floor sample and I was nervous about ordering a dress that I hadn't seen in person. They were very helpful and sent lots of pictures and even worked with me on the price. The dress arrived just a few days after ordering and is in perfect condition and fits like a glove! They were very helpful and professional and genuinely excited for me when I told them it had arrived and that it was perfect. I highly recommend working with them!

This should be your first stop when shopping for wedding gowns, etc. Their prices are terrific, and sales people are very professional and helpful. My daughter found her veil here for considerably less than where we purchased her gown. The staff went the extra "mile" to call and verify the length of the veil before shipping it. And no shipping charges (just a modest handling fee)! The veil arrived in great condition and on time.

I found a belt at a local store that I fell in love with, but it was too expensive. I ended up searching online and found it at Bella Mera for 1/3 the price. I was skeptical so I read some reviews and then gave them a call. Jennifer was super nice and helpful and answered all of my questions! I was incredibly pleased with the product I received from Bella Mera Bridal Boutique. I live in Texas, and had been to upscale boutique, where I fell in love with a jeweled headband that had a ridiculously high price tag. I came home and googled the product number and found the same gorgeous headband for a quarter of the price on Bella Mera's website. It was shipped and arrived within the timeline set by their website in perfect condition. The headband is perfect and I can't wait to wear it on my big day!

As part of our family tradition, my mother gave me her 47 year old wedding gown so I could have it reconstructed into my daughters’ Baptism and First Holy Communion gowns. The gown had not been cleaned nor preserved, and after years of unsealed storage, the beautiful hand-beaded silk and lace was yellowed and disintegrating. I thought the condition was irreversible, but in hopes of preventing further damage, I took it to a dry cleaner who offered preservation services. The gown came back clean, pressed, and boxed, but much of the yellowing remained. I assumed it was permanent. I then took the gown to Bella Mera Bridal Boutique, who coordinated the preservation with a specialist. Jennifer was very accommodating and cautioned that it was unlikely the gown could be returned to its original condition. She explained it would take approximately 8 weeks, but provided me with a tracking number to monitor progress. When it came time to pick up the dress, I was stunned! It looked practically new. I still can’t believe they were able to repair years of neglect on such a delicate gown. The gown was packaged with archival paper, boxed, and sealed. Bella Mera helped me restore a priceless family heirloom that I no longer fear will fall apart. I highly encourage anyone who is seeking to restore a gown to visit Bella Mira. I also encourage every bride to preserve her dress so it can become a family heirloom too.

Jennifer was great. I was discouraged and disenchanted with bridal shops. At other shops I found the mother of the bride selections very expensive and matronly. I wasn't sure I was going to find anything different at Bella Mera Bridal and had been putting off the trip to Middleburg. But, when I arrived I told Jennifer what I was looking for and she was able to key in on my style and help me select several dresses that I liked. I knew I would need alterations, but did not know anyone who would be able to do the alterations quickly--I was getting my dress just 2 weeks before the wedding. She gave me a referral for someone local who was amazing. Bella Mera Bridal has a beautiful selection of dresses, shoes and accessories and their prices are very reasonable. Jennifer is very helpful and knowledgable and friendly. Don't hesitate to make an appointment and go in for a visit! You'll be glad you did.

I am so very happy with the service I received from Bella Mera. I didn't want my bridesmaids to spend a lot of money on their dresses so we went out shopping at local stores and found a style we loved which retailed for about $250. I found the same dress online from Bella Mera for about $150 and decided to purchase through them although I was hesitant about ordering online. The associates at Bella Mera couldn't have been more helpful. They quickly replied to my questions about size and shipping via e-mail and gave me instructions for how to set up a group so that each girl could order through me, thus getting the dresses from the same fabric lot, while paying for their own dresses on their own. A few of my bridesmaids are taller so they ordered the longer length dresses. Due to a backup at the manufacturer, the longer length dresses were backordered a few weeks. I received an e-mail from Bella Mera right away alerting me of the estimated shipping date and offering to send my regular length dresses right away. During this time, I also moved and Bella Mera was able to update my shipping address within just a few days of the dresses being shipped so that they arrived at my front door on time. The quality of each dress is exactly as I would expect purchasing from a local shop. I really can't say enough about how happy I am with my entire Bella Mera Bridal experience.

I was able to purchase my dream wedding dress at Bella Mera Bridal. Jennifer the owner was great and offered a very unique personal touch to shopping for my dress. When you book your appointment she caters specifically for you and your party. We have an unusually large group for all the times I went to the shop, atleast 5 people plus myself. I was trying to find nice, long dresses and their online prices are great. Also, they would respond to any email or phone call immediately. They have incredible customer service and are so helpful. I emailed them once at midnight. When I woke up at 6:00 am, they had already responded. Awesome!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing my wedding dress. I had to been to two stores prior to going to Bella Mera. I felt overwhelmed by those experiences because there were a lot of other brides there and there was just a lot going on. At one store, I found a dress that I loved, but a woman who worked there was particularly rude so we left. I grew up a few minutes from Middleburg and ended up finding out about Bella Mera online. We made an appointment so that I could try on some more dresses. I ended up wanting the dress that I found in the other store, but Jennifer said she could get the dress for me, although she didn't have it in the store at the time. We went back two days later so I could get measured. Jennifer made my mom and I feel very comfortable about getting the measurements and ordering the right size. I also ordered the dress pre-hemmed, so that it was already the right length when I got it. I just went to pick up my dress this past Friday, and it was perfect! The dress is even better than I remember, and it fit perfectly. Jennifer does a great job of giving you one-on-one attention and answering all of your questions. One thing that I liked about the experience versus others is that there aren't a bunch of other brides trying on dresses at the same time as you. We were the only ones in the store both when I went to try on dresses and pick up my dress, so it was a really calm experience and not overwhelming at all. We also loved that the store was really close to us and we like supporting smaller, local businesses, so I am so glad we found it. Thank you to Jennifer for a great experience! I was hesitant to buy something on line but I read the reviews of Bella Mira & felt comfortable. The communication was clear & quick. I received my merchandise in a timely manner & it is beautiful. Bella Mera went above and beyond to ensure our groomsmen vests, ties, and pocket silks arrived on time, in the right color and style. I was having trouble finding this particular designer and not only did they carry it, they ensured it arrived in plenty of time even though I only found the boutique about 6 weeks before the wedding. Bella Mera is a quaint shop in the heart of Middleburg. It is mainly appointment only, which is great because she locks the door to the public during your appointment. Having that one on one time with Jennifer was great, it made me feel so special. For the size of the shop, which is relatively small, she has a great selection of dresses! They are all in pristine condition. Jennifer took her time with me, let me try things on twice and did not force anything on me! You can really tell Jennifer has experience in the industry and knows what she's doing. I did look at other shops and my experience with those was poor compared to Bella Mera. The other shops were busy with other brides there at the same time and you could tell those places were just out to sell a dress. Bella Mera was such an intimate experience for me and my family...we even had a champagne toast when I said yes, to the dress! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an upscale experience with dresses that aren't over the top expensive.

I found the dresses I wanted my girls to wear at a local shop, but they didn't have the long style, and their price was the same as everyone else's. Searching the web, I found Bella Mira Bridal...and called to make sure that it was a legit place. The woman I spoke with was so nice, and explained they can offer lower prices online because they are not there to help you with your measurements, etc. Also, they have great tracking, and offer additional items that you can purchase to match your dresses.

I order my daughters veil and it was just what we wanted

My daughter searched high and low for a particular wedding sash...happened upon Bella Mera during an internet search and immediately engaged in the online chat. The representative was SO helpful...even took a picture of the one we were discussing with her telephone and texted the image to my phone so we could be sure! It arrived quickly and was fabulous. I would certainly tell any bride or mother they could be comfortable ordering from this vendor...I find myself back on their site frequently to see if there is anything else we need that we can get through them!

I have 3 words for you all considering doing business from a far with Bella Mera: JENNIFER IS AMAZING!!! Sorta a a long story, but here is the short of it. Was looking for the perfect wedding shoes for months. Found them finally through Bella Mera. I'm not a huge online shopper so I was nervous about buying shoes online. But they were the ones! Bought them, they arrived in a timely fashion but were way too big even though I ordered the size I typically wear. And my wedding was only 5 fives away! Jennifer came to the rescue. And when I say she was the most helpful person ever, I mean it!! She calmed down this bride (who was having a year from H E double hockey sticks), and was there to be of service. I followed her instructions, ordered the size I needed and the shoes arrived in plenty of time till the wedding! Jennifer is awesome. I mean awesome!! If you are ordering from outside of VA, just know that you'll be in goods hands. She'll handle all and any questions you have promptly.

My experience was wonderful. I called to make sure they had the veil that I was looking for and Jennifer assured me that if she didn't have it in stock, she would order it and ship it out to me immediately. I am not getting married until March 2014, but I ordered my veil on August 21st and received it in the mail on September 6th. The bridal shop where I ordered my dress told me that it would take about 6 months to come in. Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and my interaction with Bella Mera Bridal. I only wish I lived closer to VA to have gone there and ordered my dress.

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Bella Mera. I found a particular LC Bridal veil in my local bridal shop and fell in love. It was in a fingertip length, but I needed a cathedral (which the veil could be ordered in). My local bridal shop wanted to charge $385 and told me it would take 4 months to get in. I did some research online and found it for $200 at Bella Mera. I signed up for an account, and had it in my cart. I hesitated as I wasn't sure if I was really getting an authentic product so I decided to sleep on it. I received a phone call the next morning from bella mera, asking me if I had any questions, if I needed any assistance, and even offered me a better discount than the current special on their page. I was floored! She advised she would sell me the veil for $200 which included shipping, and guess what, would only take 2 weeks to get!!! I can testify they are a legitimate real company, with a real store and have authentic designer bridal accessories at great prices. I don't have any experience with their dresses, but I assume from the quality of service I got with just my veil that they would be just as good with dresses. Highly recommend!

Two weeks before my daughter's wedding, the headpiece she was going to wear didn't work in her hair. We found one at our local bridal store, but it was out of our price range. We got online at Bella Mera Bridal and found it at half the cost. I called and was assured it would be sent via rush delivery the next day. They even upgraded my shipping method to assure prompt delivery. Two days later it arrived. I would definitely recommend Bella Mera Bridal Boutique!!! BMBB provided one of the best experiences I've had during my wedding planning process. I found their website online while searching for a specific bridal belt style that was extremely expensive in the store. Not only was their price lower than anyone, the customer service was fantastic. While their website is a bit different than most, because they don't provide prices on every item. You have to send a "request" for the price if it is not posted. They responded to me the same day, and explained their ordering process. After I placed the order, they called me personally to explain that the designer was a little back ordered and it would take a couple of weeks longer than the estimated date, and they wanted to make sure it was okay. I had plenty of time and was in no rush. Then I began receiving emails a few weeks later once my belt had been delivered to their store. Then I got an email as the USPS was processing their shipment to me. Their communication and customer service was fantastic, and the price was unbeatable! I did have one issue with the shipping but it was because the post office made a mistake. I received the email that the order was delivered on a specific date and time, but when I got home it was not there. After contacting the post office and receiving little to no information, I called Bella Mera and explained. They filed a case immediately with the post office to help me track down what happened. I finally found that the pkg was delivered to the wrong address, and my neighbor took 5 days to get it back to me. They were so professional and understanding with my issue. My recommendation when ordering from Bella Mera: BUY THE INSURANCE! It is very inexpensive and worth it. Even though my mishap was not their fault, I would have lost out on my purchase because I decided to just do basic shipping for a lower cost (it didn't require a signature and that could have prevented my issue). I would definitely recommend this Bella Mera Bridal Boutique!

Bella Mera Bridal Boutique is absolutely wonderful! After visiting three bridal shops I found the Giselle tiara and veil that I had my heart set on at Bella's website for $100 less than the bridal shops were offering! The tiara wasn't on the Bella website but they looked it up and ordered it for me. I was so grateful for their responsiveness in helping me. I received my items in about 3 weeks from Bella's when the bridal boutiques said it would take 6 weeks.

I was searching for a specific pink-colored sash to go along with my bridal gown and the boutiques in Boston were sold out. I did a search online and found that Bella Mera Bridal had it in stock on their website. I called and even though I was out of town, Jennifer was able to help me pick out a couple of sashes and get them to me very quickly! Also, the prices she gave me were much more reasonably priced than the boutiques in Boston for the same exact sash!
