wn. Their customer service has been impeccable. Even with a natural disaster they couldn't be stopped (Ventura fires). When I called to ask about status of my dress they made me at ease, promising to keep me in the loop every step of the way. If you want a unique buying experience without the high pressure tactics and unreliability of large chains, but still having great pricing, Bella Mucci is your place.

ong drive down to LA to find what I wanted! They also knew exactly what kind of veil and belt would look best with my gown and with my wedding theme/vibe. Bella Mucci's was the first place I looked and after shopping around at other salons I can say that their personal service and experience brought me back to finalize my gown selection. They recommended Myrna at Sew What for alterations and she was great to work with as well! Everyone was friendly and professional and made the whole process very enjoyable and low-stress.

lle were so incredibly patient with me. We first filled the rack with every dress that caught my eye (that must have been at least 20!). My appointment lasted for over 3 hours. Many of their sample dresses were in an ivory color or had a nude underlay, but I wanted a white dress, so they did everything they could to help my mom and I envision what each dress would look like in white.
After I said "Yes!" they told me they knew all along that was the right one for me, but they never tried to persuade me; they let me take my time and go back and forth between my two top choices several times.
I shopped for my dress in June 2015 and was married in September 2016, so this review is long over-due! They also recommend Myrna at Sew What in Ventura for alterations, and she did a wonderful job as well.
