Great Thou Art while playing acoustic guitar, and it was my first time playing with any type of strings section. No other musicians, just the 3 of us. It went great! I'm only slightly trained classically as they were much more skilled at it, and I wasn't sure how working with them would go at first, but it ended up working out well. I started by making a voice recording of me playing and singing the song the way I would do it on the big day, and sent it to her asking if she could arrange music to match what I was doing. We also worked with sheet music from a hymnal book. I made it clear that the strings section would need to follow my tempo and my way of doing it for it to be most effective, since I have less classical training. They did a great job adapting and the only rehearsal we had was right before the ceremony. In the weeks prior, we were able to send voice recordings back and forth that addressed our parts and any concerns, and simply communicated remotely. It all came together and sounded great! I would gladly play with them again!

The comments I had about how beautiful the music was were endless and . So many people commented that they loved the "instrumental only" aspect. They learned a special request song from the groom, which was so appreciated. We coordinated many times over the song choices, and Antoaneta was so helpful. We had three strings, and that sounded amazing. Thank you so much, Antoaneta.
