Stephanie is absolutely fabulous to work with. We hired Stephanie as a day-of-coordinator, but she ended up helping so much more than that. Planning a wedding can be extremely daunting for the bride and groom, but Stephanie did a great job helping my husband and I break it down into manageable tasks. When we were getting decision fatigue, Stephanie helped provide suggestions when we asked for us. She was extremely attentive to an abundance of small requests that we threw her way and was able to keep us organized. Stephanie also has a large number of signs, decorations, and other items that she allowed us to borrow for the day so we didn't have to pay extra for them; this alone saved us hundreds (maybe even thousands) of dollars in decor and printing. At the end of the day, Stephanie is incredibly personable and trustworthy and is an expert at what she does. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to plan a wedding or other important event!

Stephanie made wedding planning so easy and fun! My husband and I hired her to help us with "partial planning" and have told all of our friends it was the best money we spent on the wedding. She helped us find amazing (and affordable) vendors, provided invaluable advice, and took on so many tasks that my husband and I could relax even the last few weeks before the wedding. Besides being very organized and communicative, she has a great eye for design and a large collection of decor items that she let us use without additional charge. The greatest challenge in planning a wedding is that you probably haven't done it before. We hired Stephanie for her "Partial Planning" package, which includes unlimited calls/emails, access to her decor, and full takeover the month leading up to the big day. Day of, she handles everything so that you can focus on your big day. As we planned our wedding, we sought to build an "A-Team" so that we would have a fun, stress free day. Of all the vendors we hired, Stephanie was the most influential in making sure is was just as much a party for us as it was for our guests. She held our hand through the planning process, letting us know with regular check-ins what we needed to be working on. She suggested amazing vendors and helped us stay closer to our original budget. Why hire a wedding planner? Because they've planned more weddings than you have. Why hire Stephanie? Because planning is her passion. She is professional, organized, and efficient. As life threw us curveballs, she was able to help us stay on track and took things off of our plate so that we could deal with the issues we were facing. Day of, we were able to sit back and enjoy the day. Despite weather causing a last-minute change of plans for the ceremony, everyone was organized and worked together to make it a beautiful day. And my bride and I didn't have to worry about anything. Stephanie rounded up everyone to get the job done. Not only was my wedding the best party I've ever attended, but most of my guests said it was one of the best run weddings they have attended. Give her a call. Set up a meeting. We were in desperate need of finding a wedding planner ASAP. We were engaged and married within only 3 months due to an immediate family members illness. Stephanie was referred to me by a different wedding planner I had found online that did not have availability to help us at the time. After reading nothing shy of a 5 star review on Stephanie and her services we decided to meet with her via zoom - and never looked back! Stephanie went above and beyond with everything she did for us. Whether it was touring our wedding venue in advance, going to our tasting, helping pick out our ceremony and dinner furniture/decor, organizing and helping us choose our caterers, rental company, verifying timelines personally with photography, catering, and hair and makeup - the list could go on. One of the best services Stephanie included is her decorations she has collected over the years. We were able to go to her house and pick out anything and everything we wanted for our special day. There wasn't a single decoration she didn't have that we needed. I gave her total freedom for set up and design of the decorations and trusting her with every detail was the best decision we ever made! Not only was our wedding day seamless and stress free, she did an absolutely stunning job from start to finish. Not only was she a decorator our day of, but she made sure we were on schedule, she organized our order and timing of speeches, ceremony, signing or marriage license, AND MORE! I would hire Stephanie a thousand times over again and would trust her with any friend or family member I have. Not only does she offer outstanding and professional services, but she is just an amazing human being. She is very calming and has such positive energy and light surrounding her. If you’re on the fence about a wedding planner…. Don’t be! You 100% need one. Stephanie, went above and beyond for us. The day before my wedding she realized I brutally messed up my seating chart, she was spending quality time with her grandkids, she left them and went and made me a new sign 🥲 Whenever my nerves were shot she immediately put me at ease. Her attention to detail was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. She truly gave me the wedding of my dreams, and made everything come true. During my reception my dress broke, and guess who came swooping in , Stephanie! She met up with us for all our appointments, and was such a huge part of the entire process! Stephanie Kuhn was extremely helpful and made our wedding dreams come true. We got married in Colorado but are from Texas. Picking vendors became a whole lot easier because we picked from her recommendations. She was very responsive to emails and calls, even when are wedding was months away. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who can guide them through the process and pick up the slack when needed!

Stephanie is an absolutely incredible planner. We would not have been able to pull off half of what we did without her help. We had about a quarter (maybe less) of our vendors lined up at around 2 or 3 months out. With Stephanie we were able to quickly secure our vendors and get the minutiae of style and decoration locked for the big day. Everyone we talked to said it was a flawless wedding (probably have to say that to the bride and groom, ha!), but it definitely feels that way. Everything went off without a hitch. I can't recommend Stephanie enough, do yourself a favor and hire her!!

Stephanie was the most incredible wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for and we would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Our wedding venue was bought by a different company two months before our wedding and there was quite a bit of turnover in staff. Stephanie communicated with the new staff to make sure our wedding day was flawless. She allowed us to borrow many beautiful decorations saving us tons of money. She also helped us find fantastic vendors and book our hotel room blocks. She was communicative, very organized, calm, and positive. I referred to Stephanie as our "fairy godmother" throughout the entire wedding planning process. I will forever attribute the total success to our daughter's wedding to Belle Notte Weddings! As the mother of the bride, planning a wedding from 1100 miles away was daunting to say the least. From the first phone call, Stephanie patiently listened to our "less traditional" plans and offered suggestions and problem-solving options. It gave me so much confidence as I observed time and again that she knew what it took to help us have the wedding WE wanted even with some of its idiosyncratic ideas. It gave me so much confidence as I saw time and again that she had our backs as she handled the few hiccups we encountered with expediency and professionalism. One of the most helpful contributions for me was that she proofread and kept up with all the vendors' contracts and deadlines for payments as well as providing a portaI with a timeline and all pertinent information. Communication was easy as she was always quick to respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. Not one time did she leave me hanging. Her organizational skills are amazing, and that is what made the wedding day itself run so smoothly. Our food was not provided by a traditional caterer, and even though Stephanie found a vendor to provide the catering needs, it definitely put more work on her on the wedding day to have to fill in the gaps that a normal caterer would normally provide. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and I can honestly say there was not one oversight--before, during, or after the wedding and reception. The wedding was everything our daughter and son-in-law wished it to be, and when I reflect on the success of the day, I am humbly grateful for Stephanie's expertise, ease to work with, and going the extra mile to ensure it went smoothly.

Stephanie was an amazing wedding planner! As a couple who planned their wedding while also going through grad school, I cannot imagine trying to plan our wedding without her. She is organized, professional, level headed, and always knew where we stood with wedding plans. It was easy to forget that she had other weddings to plan besides our own, because she was so on top of the arrangements for our own event. One of the most helpful things Stephanie did for us was help narrow down our choices of vendors. She would tell us which catering she thought was fairly priced or overpriced; recommended venues that fit our desire for an outdoor wedding experience; and recommended the most fantastic DJ that absolutely matched our desire for a high energy, dancing reception. Stephanie did a fantastic job of listening to our vision for our day and made recommendations based on what we really wanted. In pretty much every scenario, Stephanie's recommendations were spot on the right choice. However, we always felt that as the wedding couple we had the final say of which direction to go. Stephanie also picked up a bunch of slack for us: happily scheduling meetings, quoting out vendors, and doing tons of other planning legwork that was above and beyond her job description. Beyond the planning, the day of the wedding also ran so smoothly. Stephanie knew exactly how much time every part of the day took, and knew tiny details that would keep our guests most entertained and happy. Our entire wedding was such a special and joyful event and truly we would not have gotten there without Stephanie. We are so grateful to all her work that made that experience possible or us!

As far as wedding planners go, Stephanie exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail, excellent organization, superior communication, she is also no nice and a joy to work with. She made the whole process stress free as she guided us through our vision when we had little idea what we were looking for. She gave us ideas of how the day of should look, including a 10-minute breather after the ceremony to let everything sink in while sharing a plate of our passed hors d’oeuvres. It was seriously the best suggestion for such a small thing – she thinks of everything. The absolute mass stock of weeding décor that she let us borrow was both a time and money saver. She assured that our day went exactly how we planned it to be, even if she had to put other vendors in their place. She was so kind to collect everything from the wedding and hold it for us until we returned from our 2-week honeymoon – Who even does that anymore? We highly recommend having Stephanie as your wedding planner or day of coordinator, you won’t find better elsewhere.

Stephanie was exactly what I needed! I hired her for a "month-of" planning service, and she far exceeded my expectations. As part of my package, she allowed me to "shop" in her basement for extra décor and wedding items she has in her personal inventory. She was available and eager to help me with any questions I had leading up to my big day, and took an enormous amount of stress off me on the day of our wedding. I didn't have to worry about any of the details. She communicated directly with my suppliers and organized everything without me having to think about a thing. From the moment of reaching out to her to now, 2 years later after a delay from COVID, she has been kind, welcoming, incredibly organised, and on top of everything. Communication with her is a breeze, she was always quick to respond to all of my (many) emails and her answers were thorough. She provides excellent advice, listens to her couples, and advocates for them. At every point, we felt taken care of and that she had our back, and we were able to truly enjoy our day because she was there, guiding us and acting as our point of contact. I hired Stephanie a year prior to my wedding so we had plenty of time to get things in order for a CO wedding and I lived in AZ. She had lots of wonderful ideas & decor for me to use to save me from buying and using once. She is an amazing person with awesome communication I never felt I had to track her down & she would always be there with a suggestion or answer. Day of the (outdoor) wedding, Mother Nature threw us a curveball. It poured down rain the entire day! Stephanie & Co were my heroes. She had many white umbrellas, which made the pictures look magical. She adjusted thing accordingly and although it was a wet day, my day was still amazing and it couldn't have been any better.

My wife and I got married in Breckenridge, CO on 07/23/2022. We decided to hire a day-of wedding coordinator, Stephanie Kuhn of Bella Notte Weddings and Events, early on in the wedding planning process. What a fantastic decision this ended up being! Stephanie provided an incredibly calming, yet professional presence to the most important day of our lives. She was extremely punctual and communicated with us in a way that was both compassionate and patient. My wife and I both felt that she was very attentive to our needs and wants throughout our meetings with her leading up to our wedding. She had a great and extensive collection of wedding decorations that would certainly fit the tastes of whatever you are looking for. Stephanie took care of everything and transported our wedding decorations to the venue in Breckenridge which was an enormous help to us. The reception area looked extravagant thanks to her. Stephanie is amazing all around. I used Stephanie for full wedding planning services, and it was sooo incredibly worth it. I am an attorney and planned a wedding from out of state during Covid. Without Stephanie, I would not have had such a beautiful wedding. She was there when I needed to panic about things, was always responsive, and kept all the vendors in line. Stephanie is amazing. She's very organized and detail-oriented. She really knows her stuff. I'm pretty open to various design-oriented details, and she was able to really help me hone in and pick some gorgeous accessories from her collection. One of my favorite details, which is indicative of the level of care and attention she brings, is that she brought a little emergency kit for the day of the reception with all the things a guest or couple might need - from sewing equipment to Ibuprofen. She ran the event promptly and let us know exactly what to expect - I would recommend her to anyone who is a little lost in the planning process!

Stephanie was extremely well-organized, kind, and so ON IT before and on our wedding day. -She helped me choose flowers and made beautiful bouquets for me. -She made all the menus, programs, and centerpieces. She also had a ton of beautiful items to choose from so I didn't have to DIY or buy and sell things for centerpieces or signs. -She set EVERYTHING up and tore everything down for us. - She was also in charge of the timeline so we did our dances on time, our cake cutting on time, and we started our ceremony on time. Having Stephanie and her assistant there was well worth the peace of mind she gave us on our big day. I'd hire her again but hopefully, I don't have to, haha.

She also made our seating chart cards and they were beyond beautiful. Stephanie has a huge amount of supplies on hand to borrow for wedding decor. She allowed us to borrow anything she had for our wedding, brought it the day of and set everything up. She made our day smooth and we are so grateful to her and everything she did for us to make our day special. I would recommend her to everyone!

We used Stephanie as our month-of coordinator for our 9/5/21 wedding, and she did an absolutely excellent job! She was so organized and knowledgeable, and everything for the day of our wedding went super smoothly. She also goes above and beyond—she consulted and gave advice throughout the process (not just limited to the month-of), has a huge stockpile of decorations that she offers use of, and even got our greenery for guest tables and flowers for the cake for us wholesale, so we didn’t need a separate florist because we used silk flowers for everything else.
