wedding and groom cakes. The cakes that showed up were fine, however, they dropped the cake topper. This is the cake that we planned to take home and freeze and eat on our anniversary. While it was not ideal, I understand that accidents happen. They offered to bake us a new cake topper so that we could share in this tradition. After the wedding we moved to Tulsa so we made arrangements to meet them in Oklahoma City to pick up the cake. We drove out of our way to meet them at Panera on a Sunday and they never showed up. We waited for almost an hour, calling and emailing them to try and get a response. However they never answered and they never showed up. It is now March and we still do not have our cake. They mailed a refund but have not made any arrangements to give us the cake that we ordered, the cake that they dropped, the cake that they failed to deliver when we made arrangements after the wedding, the cake that we had planned to share on our first anniversary. Their explanation was that they mixed up which Panera location they were supposed to meet us, frustrating, but understandable, but they never called to ask where we were. They never attempted to correct their mistake. They decided that it was not worth their trouble to take proactive steps to deliver the cake that they dropped. We have tried to make arrangements to get the cake. We have received our refund, but we still do not have our cake. I have waited a long time to write a review hoping that this would be resolved but it has not been fixed. Hopefully this will get their attention.

Seriously the best cake I've ever had in my life!! They made my cake exactly how I wanted it to look!! And my husbands cake was pretty awesome too!!

Bella Rosa was very easy to work with regarding our wedding cake. They were quick to communicate through e-mail and always answered our questions. Our cakes exceeded our expectations and vision. My husband's cake was a block of wood and it was full of detail and truly looked like wood. The prices were more than reasonable and beat their competitors’ prices. We received many compliments from our guests about the taste and appearance of the cake. We will recommend Bella Rosa for future weddings of friends.

Food was absolutely delicious, as was the cake. They were able to make the cake exactly how we wanted it and they were very easy to get ahold of and contacted me in a timely manner to set up appointments.

First of all starting with the sampling- they are great! The staff is really nice and will work to get you exactly what you want. At the tasting they packaged them in to-go small cakes to take home too! We had a hard time picking the flavors because they were so good! We ended up picking 5 different flavors for our 4-tiered wedding cake and grooms cake. They were super easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to by phone or email. The only drawback was that my husband didn't think that his cake was as well done. He is a big car enthusiast so of course he wanted a car cake. I sent pictures over and I think it looked pretty good. I have seen some of their other grooms cakes and this one was definitely a lot harder than most!! Everyone talked about how great the cake was!! They also catered our food for the wedding. Again, everyone loved it and the set-up looked beautiful. They came as part of our package at Rose Briar Place and we are so glad they did! They made it all very easy!!

Great cake. Lots of compliments from guest. Very hard to communicate with. Came through in the end. The cake was fabulous!

Bella Rosa catered for my wedding at Rose Briar Place. They are so talented and do a awesome job! I've had so many people tell me how wonderful the food and cakes were. Not only do they have a great selection of foods to choose from but the cakes are the best and they are very creative. Our cake was still fresh a few days after the wedding!!

I love love love their cake! They have the best white and chocolate cakes I have ever had!!! And the quality/beauty of the cakes are indescribable. Excellent value for the cost. (extremely reasonably priced).
