Everything about the Bella Rose for our wedding was wonderful! The staff was a pleasure to work with the ENTIRETY of the full year from when we booked the venue, even past the wedd...
ing date.
We found them at a Bridal Expo in November, fell in love with the friendliness of the representative that day as well as the flyers. It was the first place we toured, and everything else seemed to pale in comparison.
They were able to accommodate all of our guests dietary restrictions with their in house catering, all of their preferred/regular vendors they worked with were wonderful as well.
Our ceremony was hit with a dust storm toward the end of the night and the staff was on top of it SO fast! They worked so efficiently, helping my family to gather everything inside safely.
There wasn't one occasion where we didn't feel completely at ease working with the Bella Rose's staff. They were always available and willing to answer questions, and always positive and encouraging even when I was at my peak stress! I highly recommend this venue, it was so beautiful, and I'm sure I sound like a broken record, but the staff was amazing.

Our venue coordinator, Aubrey was so helpful the entire process! She let us go over the venue multiple times, made the planning process easy with only a few meetings, and eased our stress going into the ceremony. She also let us go over the venue when our guests left a few items behind.
Bella Rose Estate is very popular, so if you're thinking about booking with them, I'd get to it right away. Thank you Bella Rose!

at set the tone for our entire day. Every detail was immaculate, from the breathtaking views to the elegant setup that made our vision come to life.
But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Aubrey, the venue coordinator. Aubrey was hands-down the MVP of our wedding planning process. From the very beginning, she walked us through every step, making what could have been overwhelming feel effortless. She was so organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we dreamed of and more. Whether it was answering our endless questions or making sure every detail ran smoothly, Aubrey was there with a smile and a solution.
Thanks to Aubrey and the incredible Bella Rose team, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, knowing everything was in expert hands. If you’re considering this venue, don’t hesitate this place and their exceptional staff will make your wedding day unforgettable!

presented it, Aubrey fully supported making our dream a reality. We really appreciated the transparency on pricing, which as everyone who’s planned a wedding knows can be a real headache. No questions whatsoever when working with the BR team. Another huge shoutout to Nikki, our day-of coordinator who ran everything behind the scenes, kept us on track, and didn’t let us go hungry or thirsty. Great venue, great service, great people. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Having almost every vendor included made the process so much easier and the vendors were so amazing. The layout of the venue is very easy to navigate and fun to hang around the night of your wedding. The bridal suite and the ballroom are absolutely gorgeous. I could go on and on about the property and the staff and how beautiful it was because of them. Thank you again Bella Rose Team!!❤️

I truly loved having them by my side on our big day. I didn't worry about ONE thing. They had everything covered and it was so stress-free. If I had to do my wedding over and over again, I would and it is being they made it so enjoyable.

rom The Kitchen for entrees. All around this was a great venue for our wedding and the outdoor setup was perfect. If I had to give any obstructive feedback I will say that our Day of Coordinator wasn’t all the present on the day of our wedding. She said she’d help with decorating tables, but she went missing and I never heard why so I had to do them myself (which was fine but I had planned to have her support). She also said she would help since my wife’s dress before the reception but she was also missing then so the bridesmaids had to figure it out. When it was time to eat there was no one there to serve the food, but when I looked for our coordinator to grab the vendor staff I couldn’t find her and had to look for the staff myself during the reception. On two occasions I saw her in the building just standing and talking with another employee instead of being available to support my wife, myself, and our guests. I will say that she did still help a lot and she was very kind, but there were multiples occasions where we couldn’t find her - many of which she said she’d be available for beforehand.
But all around we would recommend this venue. It was amazing.❤️

n upstanding family they are and have had experience at this venue before with a few other events. It is a beautiful place to hold such an important memory and couldn't have been happier with the staff and the outcome of the event itself. We attended their vendor event and this made it much easier to choose different types of things you made need for a special day like this. The wedding coordinator was very organized that evening and everything went smoothly and at a timely pace even though we had a baby with us. She knew exactly how to handle such a situation. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering making them your choice!

aved about how beautiful the venue was. Everyone we’ve dealt with at Bella rose was professional and so personable. Flowers by jodi blew us away with her flowers , sue’s cake was amazing . Shout out to Chris Birkett for being so nice and fun. Nicki (our day of coordinator) is phenomenal. She adapted to my ever changing plans and made sure the day was perfect. Our bartender from couple of bartenders was hilarious and made great margaritas. Overall we had such a fun and amazing evening . I would get married all over again !

Bella Rose was nothing but amazing from the beginning. Honestly, this was mostly in thanks to our day-of coordinator, Aubrey. She was organized, professional, and extremely helpful...
from the beginning. Aubrey allowed us to relax and took control of everything on the day of. Even the smallest of things we had asked ahead of time, she remembered and took care of. I really can't praise her enough. The venue itself is stunning; it has a romantic garden atmosphere with great flow and separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. Our wedding photos were also all taken on site because it really is that beautiful. The greatest part of the venue is that they contract their own vendors, giving you a smaller option list to pick from which eliminates SO MUCH time having to research vendors. You get to meet with and trial all of the vendors before picking, which is great. The venue contracts with and communicates with all of these vendors, which again, saves SO MUCH time and hassle. You get to do the fun part- sample/try/and meet- and they take care of legitimately all of the rest. We had such great reviews of our wedding from our guests and we definitely owe a lot of it to the venue/its preferred caterers/and Aubrey.

difficult circumstances due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was very nice to have very little to worry about on the day of the wedding as our coordinator, Samantha, and her team took care of almost everything. Our guests were RAVING about how beautiful the grounds were, and overall it was an amazing experience for us all. Thank you guys for making our special day perfect!!! :D
I truly cannot express how happy I am with Bella Rose. Our experience from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. We worked very closely with Samantha as our coordinator and she ...
was exceptional. We did have to postpone and she made the process as easy as it could be. All
The vendors we chose through Bella Rose were also amazing and our guests are still talking about how amazing the day was. The wedding day itself seemed effortless and I didn’t even have a wedding planner because Bella Rose is so supportive and helpful on wedding day. I truly cannot say enough of this venue and I promise you will not be disappointed!

unication. Our wedding coordinator, Samantha, was fantastic, fun, and down to earth. She eased many of our wedding questions and concerns.
Our wedding was perfect- there were no hiccups at all. We got many, many compliments from guests on the venue, especially how beautiful the gardens looked and how fantastic the lights looked at night. We wanted to make sure we picked out a stellar venue because we had people flying in from across the country, and we are beyond satisfied with our choice of Bella Rose.
I would definitely recommend Bella Rose to any of my friends looking for a venue. Thank you for making our wedding day dreams come true!

And I have to mention and provide a shout out to our wedding coordinator, Aubrey, she was amazing! She was there every step of the way and made sure my groom and I were having a good time and had everything we needed. Bella Rose Estates was truly the perfect venue for us.
The first time we walked into the Bella Rose Estate we were absolutely blown away. It was about a year after we had gotten engaged and finally decided it was time to looking for a ...
venue for our big day! Not only were we in love with the grounds and all the beautiful flowers, but the kindness of the staff members really stuck with us. We decided not to get hasty and to keep looking at other venues before we made our decision. That was our biggest mistake because we found ourselves constantly comparing things to the Bella Rose and longed to go back. So that's exactly what we did, we went back to the Bella Rose Estate and each time we were greeted by the staff members who had remembered us from months prior. We knew it was meant to be and decided to book our big day! After setting the date we were assigned a Coordinator, Whitney Wilson. To say that Whitney was just our Coordinator would be an absolute lie. She helped us in so many ways and was always there to answer all of our tedious questions, she even gave us fantastic suggestions that we would have never thought of. Whitney had a way of managing both of us to make our time there completely stress free. Neither one of us is very stylish/trendy when it comes to how we envisioned our day of decorations, we literally showed up to the wedding with a box of random decorations and without any direction made each of the tables look absolutely stunning! The craziest part was we were both completely comfortable giving her that control because we knew that she cared just as much as we did. The night of the wedding I ended up getting the flu and Whitney was always there to put a Sprite in my hand and crackers in my pocket. We were truly blessed to have Whitney there for us. We were wed on November 9th, 2019 and wouldn't change a thing. Thank you to everyone at the Bella Rose Estate, especially Whitney Wilson!
I wanted to give a review on leading up to our wedding. I really hope this helps couples searching for that perfect venue.
My fiance and I went searching for an all inclusive ven...
ue or option right after we got engaged. With our crazy schedules I wouldn't have changed a thing.
Place after place had great all inclusive options, but half the items on the list did not interest us or our must haves were an additional cost. I knew it was impossible to find exactly what I was looking for. However, Leslie worked her magic. I can't believe that my huge must haves had such a simple solution. Even before we signed our contract Leslie made sure we had exactly what we wanted.
my fiance and I got this really sweet email from Whitney Wilson. I knew she was new to Bella Rose so I was a little worried. let me tell you, Whitney knows her stuff! She has been on top of making sure the little details don't get forgotten. She has made sure my fiance and I are on the right track and making sure we know what questions to ask, what is necessary and what we/our guests can do without.
I can't wait till our wedding day. I know Whitney and the Bella Rose team will make our wedding day magical.
We had our wedding at Bella Rose last weekend and let me tell you, 5 stars is not enough! The whole experience, from signing the contract all the way through the day of the wedding...
, was top notch. The Bella Rose package made wedding planning SO smooth and affordable! I was pleasantly surprised by the price for our large guest list. You do have to choose from specific vendors but we were pleased with the options and very impressed with the vendors we selected (Lux Florist, Heidi’s Catering, and Push Play entertainment). The only real shopping we had to do was for our photographer (Still Life Studios), but even that was easy with the Bella Rose open house that they have every month. Our coordinator Whitney and the owner Leslie are awesome and really helped guide us through that last month when we needed reassurance that we weren’t forgetting about any tiny detail. The wedding day was amazing and with Whitney at the helm I didn’t have to worry about a thing and could just relax and enjoy every special moment. The venue looked truly magical with the chandeliers, the twinkly lights, and the lush garden background…..so romantic! We had many guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. After months of planning it was almost overwhelming to see how they had listened and made what I had planned into a reality. I had heard so many horror stories about wedding planning but experienced none of that, Bella Rose is a place you can trust to help make the planning process easy and your wedding day beautiful and stress free.

ghts, and palm trees make you feel like you’re in a fairytale! My wedding went off without a hitch and every single person I worked with was professional, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. Our wedding coordinator Aubrey was fantastic. She was there anytime day or night to answer any questions I had and got back to me promptly. She was super sweet and I felt comfortable asking her anything! The bridal suite is beautiful and perfect for getting ready with your bridesmaids. The venue has so many amazing picture moments and you can walk right outside the venue and literally be right in front of gorgeous mountains! I cannot wait to see my pictures. I would highly recommend Bella rose to any future bride! Thank you to the entire team for making my wedding day perfect!
I had my wedding here a few weeks ago and I’m still amazed at how everything turned out!! Gabriella was our coordinator and she made everything so organized and easy! The day went ...
so smoothly and I was not stressed about anything knowing they had everything taken care of! The vendors I worked with were all amazing and so fun to work with!! If I had to do my wedding all over I wouldn’t change a thing!! 10/10 recommend Bella Rose to anyone!!
Venue looked absolutely gorgeous and everything leading up to my wedding date was great but I do however think it’s important to know some of the issues I experienced. First off, t...
he staff was completely rude to my guests, including my self, husband, and parents. At the end of the night they rushed us out early and even didn’t include the sparkler exit I paid for in my package. Be aware that they do disclose that you will need to grab your belongings, alcohol, and any outside decorations the night after the reception ends but they pulled myself, husband, and family back (so we missed being able to ride on the shuttle with our guests) and insisted we picked up trash. I was astounded that after we spent so much money, we’d have to spend the evening picking up water bottles, tissues, etc. I did however receive a nice email from the owners after I sent a more detailed list of everything I experienced but I do know that the wedding planner called them to confirm we had to stay back to pick up trash; so I don’t think they can defend that. If I could do it all over again, I’m not sure if I would choose this venue.
All I can say is that our wedding was magical - down to the very last detail! I love how they have an all inclusive package so you don't have to worry about every vendor so a major...
ity of the work is done for you. Gabriela was our wedding coordinator was with us every step of the way and made sure everything ran smoothly. She'd answer questions right away made the planning process so much easier! Diana was also with us a majority of the night always asking me and my now husband if we needed anything. She brought us our food and desserts, even made us a take away box so that we can enjoy some food the following day! We'd finish our drink and she'd be right there with a new one. It's the little things that made this place so special.
All of our guests couldn't believe that this secret garden was in the middle of Chandler. The venue itself is a beautiful oasis and even if you didn't have decorations, you'd be fine! Our wedding was magical and perfect!
The only downside is that I was hoping to have our dog with us the entire evening. She was there for the ceremony but we were told she had to be taken home right after because it's stated in the contract. After the wedding, I checked the contract and there is nothing in there about how long the dog is allowed to stay. That lie definitely bothered me because if you simply didn't want her there, just be honest.
Honestly, I cannot say one negative thing about our day. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and our wedding coordinator (Gabriela) absolutely made sure everything went so smoothl...
y from start to finish. We got multiple compliments from guests and I love that we were the ONLY ones at the venue, so it felt super intimate and special. Bella Rose is a little pricey but every penny spent was well worth it and I would recommend this place to ANYONE without a doubt. Thank you again Team!

s you do. The team at Bella Rose is incredible! Chad, Leslie and Gabriela made our lives so easy and held our hands every step of the way. This is a family-run business that goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They have an amazing roster of vendors you can work with to streamline the wedding planning process and make everything feel fun instead of terrifying. The property itself is gorgeous, with unique and customizable potential for weddings of any style. We added on a fireworks package and it was such a 'wow' moment for us and our guests! Bella Rose was a perfect venue, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of and special. An added benefit is that the venue only holds one event at a time, no awkward sharing your venue with another ceremony. The large property meant our guests could enjoy the outdoor courtyard gardens and the ballroom for the night, and it really did feel magical. Say 'I Do' to Bella Rose!

ery step of the way! My husband and I really appreciate everything that you did for us and how helpful your staff was! Absolutely amazing! Our wedding coordinator was Gabriela and she was amazing! My husband and I had no worries about anything the day before or the day of because we knew that the wonderful staff at Bella Rose had everything under control and the whole day went off without a hitch....well sort of. There was one incident where my husbands pants fell down as he kissed me but that was all on him! :) Would gladly recommend the venue and coordinator to any of my friends and family who are getting married!
