We found them at a Bridal Expo in November, fell in love with the friendliness of the representative that day as well as the flyers. It was the first place we toured, and everything else seemed to pale in comparison.
They were able to accommodate all of our guests dietary restrictions with their in house catering, all of their preferred/regular vendors they worked with were wonderful as well.
Our ceremony was hit with a dust storm toward the end of the night and the staff was on top of it SO fast! They worked so efficiently, helping my family to gather everything inside safely.
There wasn't one occasion where we didn't feel completely at ease working with the Bella Rose's staff. They were always available and willing to answer questions, and always positive and encouraging even when I was at my peak stress! I highly recommend this venue, it was so beautiful, and I'm sure I sound like a broken record, but the staff was amazing.

If I had to give any obstructive feedback I will say that our Day of Coordinator wasn’t all the present on the day of our wedding. She said she’d help with decorating tables, but she went missing and I never heard why so I had to do them myself (which was fine but I had planned to have her support). She also said she would help since my wife’s dress before the reception but she was also missing then so the bridesmaids had to figure it out. When it was time to eat there was no one there to serve the food, but when I looked for our coordinator to grab the vendor staff I couldn’t find her and had to look for the staff myself during the reception. On two occasions I saw her in the building just standing and talking with another employee instead of being available to support my wife, myself, and our guests. I will say that she did still help a lot and she was very kind, but there were multiples occasions where we couldn’t find her - many of which she said she’d be available for beforehand.

from the beginning. Aubrey allowed us to relax and took control of everything on the day of. Even the smallest of things we had asked ahead of time, she remembered and took care of. I really can't praise her enough. The venue itself is stunning; it has a romantic garden atmosphere with great flow and separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. Our wedding photos were also all taken on site because it really is that beautiful. The greatest part of the venue is that they contract their own vendors, giving you a smaller option list to pick from which eliminates SO MUCH time having to research vendors. You get to meet with and trial all of the vendors before picking, which is great. The venue contracts with and communicates with all of these vendors, which again, saves SO MUCH time and hassle. You get to do the fun part- sample/try/and meet- and they take care of legitimately all of the rest. We had such great reviews of our wedding from our guests and we definitely owe a lot of it to the venue/its preferred caterers/and Aubrey.

venue for our big day! Not only were we in love with the grounds and all the beautiful flowers, but the kindness of the staff members really stuck with us. We decided not to get hasty and to keep looking at other venues before we made our decision. That was our biggest mistake because we found ourselves constantly comparing things to the Bella Rose and longed to go back. So that's exactly what we did, we went back to the Bella Rose Estate and each time we were greeted by the staff members who had remembered us from months prior. We knew it was meant to be and decided to book our big day! After setting the date we were assigned a Coordinator, Whitney Wilson. To say that Whitney was just our Coordinator would be an absolute lie. She helped us in so many ways and was always there to answer all of our tedious questions, she even gave us fantastic suggestions that we would have never thought of. Whitney had a way of managing both of us to make our time there completely stress free. Neither one of us is very stylish/trendy when it comes to how we envisioned our day of decorations, we literally showed up to the wedding with a box of random decorations and without any direction made each of the tables look absolutely stunning! The craziest part was we were both completely comfortable giving her that control because we knew that she cared just as much as we did. The night of the wedding I ended up getting the flu and Whitney was always there to put a Sprite in my hand and crackers in my pocket. We were truly blessed to have Whitney there for us. Place after place had great all inclusive options, but half the items on the list did not interest us or our must haves were an additional cost. I knew it was impossible to find exactly what I was looking for. However, Leslie worked her magic. I can't believe that my huge must haves had such a simple solution. Even before we signed our contract Leslie made sure we had exactly what we wanted.

She has been on top of making sure the little details don't get forgotten. You do have to choose from specific vendors but we were pleased with the options and very impressed with the vendors we selected (Lux Florist, Heidi’s Catering, and Push Play entertainment). The only real shopping we had to do was for our photographer (Still Life Studios), but even that was easy with the Bella Rose open house that they have every month. The wedding day was amazing and with Whitney at the helm I didn’t have to worry about a thing and could just relax and enjoy every special moment. The venue looked truly magical with the chandeliers, the twinkly lights, and the lush garden background…..so romantic! After months of planning it was almost overwhelming to see how they had listened and made what I had planned into a reality. he staff was completely rude to my guests, including my self, husband, and parents. At the end of the night they rushed us out early and even didn’t include the sparkler exit I paid for in my package. Be aware that they do disclose that you will need to grab your belongings, alcohol, and any outside decorations the night after the reception ends but they pulled myself, husband, and family back (so we missed being able to ride on the shuttle with our guests) and insisted we picked up trash. I was astounded that after we spent so much money, we’d have to spend the evening picking up water bottles, tissues, etc. I did however receive a nice email from the owners after I sent a more detailed list of everything I experienced but I do know that the wedding planner called them to confirm we had to stay back to pick up trash; so I don’t think they can defend that. If I could do it all over again, I’m not sure if I would choose this venue.

She'd answer questions right away made the planning process so much easier! Diana was also with us a majority of the night always asking me and my now husband if we needed anything. She brought us our food and desserts, even made us a take away box so that we can enjoy some food the following day! We'd finish our drink and she'd be right there with a new one. It's the little things that made this place so special.
All of our guests couldn't believe that this secret garden was in the middle of Chandler. The venue itself is a beautiful oasis and even if you didn't have decorations, you'd be fine! Our wedding was magical and perfect!
The only downside is that I was hoping to have our dog with us the entire evening. She was there for the ceremony but we were told she had to be taken home right after because it's stated in the contract. After the wedding, I checked the contract and there is nothing in there about how long the dog is allowed to stay. That lie definitely bothered me because if you simply didn't want her there, just be honest.

This is a family-run business that goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They have an amazing roster of vendors you can work with to streamline the wedding planning process and make everything feel fun instead of terrifying. The property itself is gorgeous, with unique and customizable potential for weddings of any style. We added on a fireworks package and it was such a 'wow' moment for us and our guests! Bella Rose was a perfect venue, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of and special. An added benefit is that the venue only holds one event at a time, no awkward sharing your venue with another ceremony. The large property meant our guests could enjoy the outdoor courtyard gardens and the ballroom for the night, and it really did feel magical. Say 'I Do' to Bella Rose!

ery step of the way! My husband and I really appreciate everything that you did for us and how helpful your staff was! Absolutely amazing! Our wedding coordinator was Gabriela and she was amazing! My husband and I had no worries about anything the day before or the day of because we knew that the wonderful staff at Bella Rose had everything under control and the whole day went off without a hitch....well sort of. There was one incident where my husbands pants fell down as he kissed me but that was all on him! :) Would gladly recommend the venue and coordinator to any of my friends and family who are getting married!
