My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of touring Bella Rose for our upcoming wedding, and we couldn't be more impressed with our experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the sales team. The Sales Director Kate, went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable every step of the way. She took the time to understand our vision for our special day and provided valuable insights and recommendations to help bring it to life. Their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made us feel confident that we were in good hands. One of the standout features of the venue is its all-inclusive model, which truly takes the stress out of the wedding planning process. The thought of coordinating multiple vendors and logistics can be overwhelming, but knowing that everything from catering to decor is handled in-house by a team of professionals gives us peace of mind. It allows us to focus on enjoying the journey leading up to our big day, rather than getting bogged down in the minutiae of planning. Overall, our experience left us feeling excited and eager to start the next chapter of our lives together. edding that it might rain or be too cold, but this team was prepared for anything with umbrellas & inside spots in case of weather. My husband and I had the most perfect day!!

This place has been insanely frustrating. We did not pick this venue and did not even go for a tour because everything is so complicated. I tried dozens of times to call - forwarde...

d straight to voicemail, I left messages - was never called back and still have not been, the only way they have been responding to my inquires is through this websites chat option - even with that the responses are incredibly slow and even have gone so far as to dodge my very direct question, and lastly I was brazenly mislead in regards to the price and when I inquired about this price it turned out that it was the venue price BUT there is no such thing because in order to rent the venue you must buy the entire package, so I’m assuming that this “venue fee” was a number pulled out of a hat to simply make sure that i gained even more interest in the venue. The only reason I am GENEROUSLY giving them 2 stars is because in one of my many failed attempts at calling them, I apparently hit the wrong number for the department and a lovely woman answered and when I explained what was going on she took a message for me.

enue provided a coordinator, Courtney, who was so sweet and answered SO MANY emails with such grace. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. The entire staff was very friendly as well- from the young guys moving the chairs/equipment to the DJ to the chef (who came out at dinner to make sure everything was great for us and congratulate us). It was SO NICE being able to have the venue coordinate the food, cake (in-house bakery), DJ (in-house), set-up, floral (in-house), centerpieces, table set-up, decor set-up, etc. We basically just had to show up in our wedding attire and bring a photographer! My only suggestion is to be clearer with the cost of "add-ons" and to provide itemized invoices to your couples- we did have to request itemized invoices because we were initially only told the "total" cost and we wanted to see the break-out of costs when we were settling up on our final payments. Overall- I'd absolutely recommend Bella Rose.

The day of was stress free and casual, and the team at Bella Rose blew me away with their talent and professionalism. And on top of all that, I could not have asked for a more beautiful place for my husband and I to start our lives together. I have, and will continue to, strongly recommended Bella Rose or any of Entwined Events venues to everyone I can.

er was uncharged leaving grandparents to struggle walking up the steep hill from the ceremony. The DJ completely messed up the order of events. Our guest book was never signed and our cake topper was never put on. I was very disappointed with the help received. They also rushed my family out at the end of the night and did not offer to help load our cars. Very disappointing for the LARGE amount of money paid.
