Every detail is meticulously tailored to your tastes, from coordination and planning to menu, catering, florals, cake, photography, DJ services, setup, and cleanup. Bella Rouge Venue offers weekend and all-inclusive wedding packages, ensuring a stress-free and unforgettable celebration. Our weekend rental includes: Friday 12 PM – 10 PM Saturday 6 AM – 12 AM Sunday Checkout by 12 PM Customizable Set-Up: Our venue offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony areas. The open floor space allows for flexible arrangements of tables and chairs. Rehearsal Time: Use of the venue for rehearsal is included in your package. Tables, Chairs, Linens: We provide round banquet tables, high-top cocktail tables, farmhouse tables, and rectangular tables. Linens are available in white and black. Cleanup: Cleanup and bussing provided by Bella Rouge Staff. Bridal Room: Our bridal room features vanity seating for 6, additional furniture for 5, and a floor-length mirror to ensure you look perfect before walking down the aisle. The private stairway offers essential access for the wedding party before and after the ceremony. Groom’s Room: A comfortable hideout for the groom and his party, complete with mirrors, a leather couch, and bar seating. A perfect space to relax and hang out between pictures and guest arrivals. Our all-inclusive packages start at just $15,000. Our amenities include a bridal room with vanity seating, a groom's room with comfortable furnishings, and flexible table and chair configurations to suit your needs. married outside but the way the team decorated the inside actually made me glad it rained! Brittany is absolutely the best! She goes above and beyond for you! She is a sweetheart and definitely takes care of you! We did the all inclusive package and it is well worth the money! I had absolutely no stress! They do everything for you! All the vendors were absolutely amazing! 1000/10 recommend Bella Rouge! You will not be disappointed!!

ape—honestly, I was so inspired the first time I toured the venue! When I stood there imagining our fall wedding, I could practically see the forest glowing in oranges, reds, and evergreen tones, with a sunset so perfect it felt scheduled just for us. Mrs. Karen was incredible, helping us choose dates that matched our vision of a crisp fall ceremony. And with Bella Rouge’s indoor/outdoor setup, I knew that no matter what Louisiana decided to do—rain, shine, 30 degrees, 85 degrees, or all of the above within an hour—we were covered. Chance and Karen worked together to deliver exactly what we needed, and being from Texas, we really appreciated their top-notch vendor recommendations. We also worked with Gracelynn, a member of the Bella Rouge team, for day-of coordination, and she managed everything beautifully, including the little hiccups no one tells you about until you’re actually getting married. During planning, Bridget helped me navigate table and chair layouts with precise scaled renderings (a lifesaver for a visual person like me). When we arrived on Friday, everything was exactly where it needed to be—no surprises, no chaos, just perfection. I truly can’t say enough about the beauty of the venue, the kindness of the staff, and how everything consistently exceeded our expectations. We also booked the Bella Rouge Lodging for our bridal party, and it was cozy, comfortable, and spacious enough that no one had to arm-wrestle for a bed. The well-stocked kitchen was especially helpful—several of our guests have food allergies, and being able to prep meals safely and easily made a huge difference in keeping the weekend smooth and stress-free. Beautiful Venue, But Poor Communication and Clarity This venue is undeniably beautiful, but our experience highlighted organizational and communication issues that couples should ...

know about. There was no on-site coordinator or decision-maker during our wedding, which led to several problems that couldn’t be resolved in real time. Our main contact changed the day before the wedding, and the replacement wasn’t aware of what had been discussed or promised. We looked into the “all-inclusive” package but decided against it after realizing the venue rental wasn’t included in that price. Several amenities and services implied during our planning process turned out not to be part of the final agreement, so it’s important to verify every detail in writing before booking. The parking area is dark and unpaved, making it difficult for guests at night. The bridal suite is located upstairs with no elevator, so elderly or mobility-impaired family members couldn’t participate in those special pre-ceremony moments. Brides wanting a grand ground-level entrance must either walk outside without an awning—leaving that moment vulnerable to rain—or descend an interior staircase that’s challenging to navigate in a long gown, heels, or while holding a bouquet. Despite the venue’s beautiful design, the lack of clear communication and on-site coordination made the experience stressful. With improved organization and transparency, this venue could be incredible—but for now, couples should plan carefully and confirm everything in writing. rdinator, was absolutely wonderful. We chose their all-inclusive package, and it made the entire planning process so much easier — they booked all of our vendors on our behalf, which took so much stress off of us. The venue itself is gorgeous, with the perfect setup for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Everything flowed seamlessly on the wedding day, and we felt completely taken care of the entire time. To top it all off, we stayed in their new on-site cabin after the wedding, which was such a beautiful and cozy way to end the night. We are so grateful to Bella Rouge and Brittany for helping us create such a memorable and stress-free wedding day. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a stunning venue and an incredible team!

few hiccups we had day of (outside of venue's control, weather, power outage etc.) Brittany was quick to respond and was there to help in anyway she could, even helping me down the stairs holding my dress, umbrella and flowers while everyone else was inside. The venue itself was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend for all couples
