Where do I even start. I have visited nearly every venue in east Texas and if your looking for hospitality and professionalism this is the place to go. Rachel was my coordinator and go to for any and all needs, and Debra was not far behind. These ladies more than exceeded Any expectations I even thought I might have. Every encounter with Rachel was fun and exciting. It never mattered how stressed I was she always found a way to bring back my excitement and take my stress away. I couldn’t have done this without her. On the wedding day I never had to try to think of anything or wonder if things were being done because she stayed on top of it all the entire day. Rachel you were the best thing since PB&J on this day. You definitely rocked it and I couldn’t have been anymore appreciative.

I honestly could not rate Bella Sera Ranch high enough! Our day was better than we ever dreamed it would be, and we did not notice one thing out of place. Deborah and Rachel made me feel so confident and I did not have to worry about one thing. I gave them the ideas I had, and they brought them to life better than I even imagined. Deborah and Rachel are wonderful to work with, and make you feel like family. The all inclusive package is worth every dime. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE. We can't thank you enough Bella Sera!!

Where do I even start? I found Bella Sera Ranch on google maps since I was planning a wedding around that area to accommodate both of our families. Deborah was so personal and friendly from the beginning whenever we booked a tour for our wedding. The all inclusive option was the one we went with and I’m so glad we did. The food, DJ services, our flowers, both of our cakes and the wait staff were over the top! Deborah and Rachel went above and beyond and made sure we were stress free during the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day, it truly felt like a fairy tale wedding! Thank you so much Deborah and Rachel. We appreciate you guys so much and were so impressed with the staff and vendors who made our wedding day so perfect. Thank you again! Here’s to Happily Ever Allen! ;)

I highly recommend Bella Sera Ranch! Deborah and Rachel made our day perfect! We chose the all inclusive package and we are so glad we did! I had no stress the day off, Deborah takes care of everything! The only problem we had was with the DJ but that has nothing to do with Deborah! This place is completely worth it!!

Loved this Venue. It was exactly what me and my husband were looking for. Shelby was great to work with throughout the whole process and Deborah (owner) was definitely a hugh help throughout the night. The venue is absolutely stunning. There was another lady who helped us put together our decorations and she had an amazing eye for what would look nice together. I definitely recommend the venue for anyone who is looking to get married in the east Texas area.

We only look at about three venues and only two together. My now husband and I fell in love with Bella Sera. I planned my wedding from Tyler and in the year and two months we took planning. I was only able to visit with Deborah twice. That made me incredibly nervous but everything fell together seamlessly. Our day was gorgeous.

Bella Sera Ranch is the perfect venue if you want your wedding day to be stress free and perfect. As soon as we entered the gate it was breath taking. The owner and the staff go out of their way to make sure everything is wonderful for the bride and her guest. Even though the chapel is picture perfect, I chose the outdoor Pavilion as my ceremony site. I loved knowing that I had the chapel as a back up plan in case the weather turned bad. Some great perks to this venue were all the items that they offered. During my tour they took me into this decoration room and had a plethora of items that I could use complimentary after booking. I chose the onsite catering (highly recommend) the food has been something all my guest have raved about! It was fresh and very delicious. With the all inclusive package I had a personal planner, they go over EVERY detail, and give great suggestions of vendors and bridal events in the area. My wedding day was a dream come true thanks to Deborah and her staff.

Awesome service and experience! Bella Sera is not only a beautiful venue but is owned by a wonderful family oriented group who organizes your event from day one to the last minute. They make sure that your event is not only beautiful but stress free! They will definitely be worth a tour.

This was by far the best choice my husband and I made for our wedding! The venue is absolutely gorgeous with a chapel and banquet hall full of character. There is so much charm and beauty that we really didn't have to decorate much but if we wanted there was a whole closet full of items. We opted for an all inclusive package so pretty much everything was taken care of ... we only provided our own officiant and photographer. The staff were extremely helpful and Shelby as our wedding coordinator was absolutely the best! She listened and was able to coordinate everything by phone or e-mail as we were out of state. Not a single thing was out of place upon our arrival! The food was superb! The cake delicious and my flowers were exactly what I had imagined in my head and I swear we only barely discussed it. All of these things were included in our package. WE LOVED THIS PLACE! And have received so many compliments from our guests on finding such a treasure. Truly a great place!

I really couldn't be happier with how my wedding turned out at Bella Sera! Deborah and Shelby are fantastic! They made everything easy and were so helpful during the process. The food was amazing!! I highly recommend BSR for any of your future events! I know I will consider using them again should I need a venue!

I am a planner out of Denver and helped plan my nieces wedding at Bella Sera Ranch on New Years Eve. BSR was perfect for their holiday I Do's. The chapel was exactly what Julie and Travis wanted for their ceremony, followed by fireworks on the lawn then over to the hall for dinner, dancing and to ring in the New Year. Bella Sera Ranch is so beautiful, especially during the holidays. The owners and staff assure that everything is polished and looking its best at all times. I can't wait to see the photos from this amazing event. The only down fall was we didn't get to use the deck due to the weather.

Choosing Bella Sera Ranch as our wedding venue was a no-brainer for me. It is SUCH a beautiful place, and I have no regrets getting married there. Gorgeous chapel, gorgeous Grand Hall, gorgeous everything! Deborah was extremely helpful, and was very easy to work with. After researching venues all over East and North Texas, we chose Bella Sera Ranch for the overall value it offered. Not only is it a beautiful, serene location, but we were blown away by everything they offered for the money (chairs, tables, china, glassware, silver, tablecloths, onsite catering, full-service wait staff, decor, wedding coordination, etc.). Another major selling point was that the ceremony and reception could be held at the same venue to make it easier not only from a planning standpoint, but for guests, too. Their gorgeous historic-style chapel is the ceremony venue we chose, but they also offer a beautiful pavilion for outdoor events. Our reception was held just a few steps away from the chapel in the Grand Hall which is an absolutely beautiful facility for any type of event. Both the Chapel and Grand Hall are designed to allow for any type of decor--elegant, rustic, whimsical... whatever your taste is. The staff at BSR are extremely professional and personable. They were extremely helpful and patient with me throughout our entire year of planning. They were always responsive and provided a wealth of information on all things wedding related from entertainment vendors to decor to photographers, etc. Last but not least, our guests gave rave reviews about the food served at our event. BSR's onsite catering offers a wide variety of menu options to choose from that are affordable for most any budget. Beautiful venue. Professional staff. Great value.

The staff at Bella Sera Ranch made my role as the bride so much easier! I cannot express how much help Deborah was throughout this whole experience. She made the stress of planning a wedding almost disappear. Only negative was that during the reception they were constantly cleaning up the tables that were not being used putting the dishes up and whatnot, I felt that should have been done after all the guest left. That is my only concern! The staff was wondering very friendly and great for the price!!

Deborah and her team did a great job at making me feel the least amount of stress as you can with a wedding. She arranged everything for me from decorating to our car ride home. I would definitely recommend this venue. Well worth every penny.

Our daughter was married on March 15, 2014 at Bella Sera Ranch and we were very pleased with everything. The chapel and grand hall where beautiful! Deborah was more than helpful, she was very knowledgable, profressional and easy to work with. The food was wonderful, Jack did a great job. Bella Sera Ranch is not only a wonderful venue but a full service wedding planning business. Deborah has several vendors that she works with and can recommend those who will best suit your needs or you are welcome to choose your own. I would highly recommend the Bella Sera Ranch.

Our wedding was amazing! Loved the food so so much! DJ was great! Everyone at BSR is so nice and friendly. They helped us out so much. Loved the florist and the videographer they hooked us up with. All-inclusive is definitely the way to go. 2 things I would probably change is: 1. They changed coordinators with us about a month and a half before our wedding date. That was tough to transition out of someone we had been working with for 4 months and then have to get to know a different person. It all worked out, but it was tough. 2. Our wedding photos didn't come out as we were expecting. The service was great and he was real friendly, but the quality of photos was not very good. Our videographer took better pictures than he did. But overall it was awesome! Definitely a great place to get married. Small, quaint, and very romantic if you were going for a small wedding like we were. Definitely would recommend this to other people!

The ladies at Bella Sera were AMAZING! They handled everything on my wedding day, and I was surprised at how calm and stress-free I was. They did an amazing job, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thanks, y'all!

Bella Sera Ranch with everything we wanted in a wedding venue and more. The grounds are immaculate and the chapel and grand hall are always spotless and beautiful. Oh, and my guests STILL talk about how much they loved the food! I can't even begin to express how much attention Deborah and Rebecca (the owners) give each bride. Deborah walked me through everything from the very beginning in the planning stages and was right there with us to give us a hug before we walked out the door to a sea of bubbles when our reception came to a close. Bella Sera Ranch is a must see when you're choosing your wedding venue. You'll be glad you made the appointment! From the Martinezes :)

Choosing Bella Sera Ranch as our wedding venue was the second best choice we made that had to do with our wedding(second to marrying Josiah of course). The staff was outstanding and left me a worry-free bride on the wedding day. I was honest-to-God not nervous at all because I knew that Deborah Walston (wedding coordinator and co-owner of Bella Sera Ranch) had it all under control. And she did. The whole staff was very polite and helpful. They really made our night special and helped with decorations and did all kinds of things that they did not have to do to help us out. The food was also amazing! The venue has on-site catering, and there are many different dishes to choose from. We had the bbq and it was delicious. I did not get to actually try all of it until we got home from the honeymoon, but everyone loved it including Josiah and I! I could not be more grateful for such a helpful staff and Deborah is a lifesaver when it comes to the planning. She is really good at keeping a busy bride on track with the planning and goes above and beyond what she has to! I would definitely recommend Bella Sera Ranch to any bride out there wanting her special day to be perfect like mine was!
