my order and was so proud to have my guests enjoy them!! A super unique, special and beautiful addition to my party!!

time notice situation and what the experience I had with my previously booked baker in the hopes that she would make some space for me. Not only did she understand my predicament but delivered beyond what I had asked for. I couldn’t be happier that I ended up with evas services. Thank you so much and I can’t wait for other events to create together!

to revise every detail of the event was perfect. I am so grateful for all that was done to make our day extra special! K & J

ets. My guest were asking for her contact info and for good reason. Will be hiring this vendor again. Gracias!! For everything.

through her process I had no doubts. My wedding cake was everything I had dreamed of and more. My guest were impressed that the cake not only looked beautiful but tasted delicious. Thank you Eva for your attention to detail and love for your art.

tion and our special day. And it was an absolute pleasure for me as a Latinx woman to support a Latinx-owned business run by good people who want the best for you and your day. If you're looking for a beautiful, show-stopping cake and to give your money to a quality, woman-run local business, I can't recommend Bella Sophia enough!

s right out of a magazine and even our picky gluten free guest were asking for seconds. Thank you for such an impressive display of talent and professionalism.

ng and she’s the sweetest person on top of being insanely talented! I use her for any and every occasion I can and I would recommend her a million times. I promise you will be beyond impressed. I wasn’t sure what I should serve and her suggestions were perfect! She even threw in a gorgeous cake for my shower just because, she’s the best!

ail. My event planner was able to work with her with ease. Everything was better than I imagined! So many small details that brought everything together. We were able to choose a different flavor for every cake layer and for all our desserts. This is one very pleased bride!

ustom work”. Eva created a completely original cake and matching dessert bar. I look forward to many more events with this vendor. Thank you!

nd we are so very grateful.

that I’d be hard to impress with something new and different than what I’ve seen done at other weddings. Eva offers unique flavors that are truly delicious and she even customized some flavors to match my favorite candy. The cake was a show stopper. Eva was a dream to work with. She is the sweetest person and only wants to make sure your happy. She is beyond talented and made a gorgeous assortment of desserts for my bridal shower that were such show stoppers. I’d highly recommend her to anyone!!!

en better than the picture we showed her! The day of our wedding was so hot and she took every precaution to avoid anything happening to the cake and we appreciated it so much. She is not only professional but she also genuinely cares that your cake is exactly what you envisioned and you are able to enjoy it and your day!

fectly executed and she gave us a take home tier of our own. Thank you so much for your dedication to our special day!

ious but were designed to match our theme and venue. This is not just culinary it is art. Will definitely keep contact for future.

t but appeared very young and that made me unsure that she was fit for such a grand event . She completely proved me wrong. I have worked with top notch cake/dessert vendors and have had few experiences in which the service was as personal and dedicated as was Eva's. I look forward to working with her in the near future. Her age and youthful appearance may make you question her capacity but do not let that influence you. She is an artist in her own right.

nsultation, she sketched the vision of my wedding cake on the spot. We talked about the venue and decor as well so that she could be sure that the cake was perfect. And it was. We ordered the White Velvet cake (Almond Cake with Fresh Strawberries Infused with Grand Marnier and a Vanilla Bean Swiss Buttercream). YUMMMMY! But is was as beautiful as it was tasty & I know that is a hard find. Thank you EVA for EVERYTHING!

and was very thorough during our consultation. Our dessert bar was an absolute hit with all of our guests! They could not stop raving about the cupcakes, macarons, and other tasty treats! We will definitely be coming back to Bella Sophia Sugar Crafts for all of our events!

ed into the bakery, it was like stepping in to a little girls dream. The colors on the walls, the pretty treats in the cases, the decor, everything was wonderful. The gentleman that greeted me, Joe, was the bakers husband, and he was just the sweetest guy (and he is the reason I gave a 3 star review instead of 2). He offered me a coffee and we chatted a bit while we waited for the rest of my party to show up. The bakery was very accommodating to me in that not only did my fiance want to come but also my maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids. The space inside is not very large, but they were able to fit us all. We had requested to taste 5 of the MANY options that were available, those being: Orange Blossom, White Velvet, Red Velvet, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Pink Champagne. Eva, who owns the bakery and is the head baker walked out then with our tasting portions which were quite substantial, and they all looked beautiful, might I add. However. Being in the Wedding Industry myself, I am a firm believer that when you work within the customer service realm, you are selling not only your product, but yourself. Eva told us that she was tired, which I understand, having worked in a bakery myself, and know that their days are very long, but you need to be positive and happy for the time you meet with clients. She barely spoke to us the whole time, just sat there and watched us eat cake. It was really awkward. I kept trying to make comments and small talk, but she just kind of sat there with no expression on her face. Now all of this might have been remedied if the cake was amazing, but it was not. The cake itself was fairly dry, and the buttercream was super heavy and just kind of sat in your stomach. I was really looking forward to tasting the Pink Champagne cake because it just sounded so decadent and wonderful, but it tasted like perfume, and not in a good way. I will say, that the four of us all really enjoyed the Red Velvet and the Chocolate Hazelnut. The prices were fairly average, but I think based on the experience I will be choosing another bakery.

us with.
