My wedding on September 14, 2024 was an absolutely dream come true thanks to Jennifer and Tiffany from Bella Sposa! Jennifer and Tiffany are the most professional, knowledgeable and genuine women in the wedding planning industry. The planning process was so easy thanks to them, they were able to see my vision from the beginning and make it all a reality. They were able to recommend a list of trusted vendors which made my wedding absolutely perfect! I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without their expertise and guidance! They kept in close contact with my vendors, created timelines, provided moral support, quickly answered all of my questions, and most importantly created my dream wedding!! The day of my wedding I did not have to worry about a single thing! Every detail big or small was executed and whatever I needed they were there to help! They were dedicated to making my day so special.. I would also like to say a special thanks to Emily for assisting Jennifer on the day of the wedding! Her caring positive attitude and willingness to help was greatly appreciated. If you are looking for planners who can DO IT ALL hire Bella Sposa. I truly felt like their top priority! Trusting them to plan my wedding was the right choice, not only did I love my planners but my wedding guest could not stop bragging about how amazing they were as well!

I worked with Bella Sposa specifically Delaney and Emily for coordinating our wedding on October 5th of this year and they knocked it out of the park. Delaney is just absolutely amazing and from the beginning helped make sure everything went perfect. Emily is going to be an amazing lead here soon and I am so happy I was able to work with them both. If you are looking for a team that truly cares and is SO sweet this is the team for you.

I cant say enough about how amazing Tiffany was to work with. She was incredibly warm and friendly and made the month before wedding seamless for us. She coordinated all of our vendors and every detail was attended to perfectly. The day of the wedding she worked tirelessly to make sure our outdoor wedding was wonderful despite the rain. She took care of everything and if a problem came up she took care of it which allowed us to have a perfect day. I would absolutely recommend Tiffany as she was wonderful to work with and we considered her family by the end of the day!

We hired Bella Sposa Events as a Month of Coordinator for our wedding. We worked Jennifer and Tiffany who were always pleasant to talk to and work with. Even though we only booked them for the month of they were available to answer questions throughout our 1.5 year engagement. I was disappointed the 2 weeks leading up to our wedding, our draft timeline took a month to complete, it was filled with incorrect details, and the final timeline was sent 2 days prior to the wedding. Day of, the planners did an amazing job at bringing our decorations to life and keeping us on time. We would still book this team again but be more adamant on receiving your timeline.

I cannot say enough how incredibly taken care of we were. Clara was our wedding planner and when I tell you, she exceeded our expectations. I am a very detail-oriented and type A kind of person, making sure everything is perfect lol, and Clara made sure I didn't lift a finger. She was extremely attentive to our requests and desires. I thought I was going to be nervous about everything going perfect on our day but Clara made sure every question I texted on the day was answered within seconds and resolved. We couldn't have done it without her. We love you Clara!!! Would choose you over and over again. Thank you for making our day an absolute dream.

From the moment we contacted Bella Sposa - we knew we were in great hands! Michal was assigned to our wedding along with Victoria and shout out to them because THEY ARE the reason why our day was so spectacular. Everything went smoothly and was executed flawlessly and exactly how we envisioned. Their professionalism and positive attitude are unmatched and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. Hayden, from Bella Sposa, was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we met at the 1st timeline meeting she was attentive, had great ideas and was very patient with my many requests. On rehearsal & wedding day, she was always ready to tackle any questions/issues that arose. My venue was decorated exactly as we planned & she exceeded all of my expectations. She communicated efficiently with all of my vendors & made sure everyone was on the same page. For a seamless wedding, ask for Hayden from Bella Sposa.

My experience with the team was incredible! My planner, Tiffany was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was there for my meetings with vendors if I couldn’t be and would make sure they understood my vision. Any random questions or last minute requests I had for her were always answered and handled immediately. She made anything was even a slight problem or negativity to my day disappear without me needing to do anything! All of this was nice but what made her so special to me was that by my wedding day Tiffany was no longer just a planner to me. She became like a best friend that was equally as excited for my wedding day to come as I was! She and her amazing assistants Clara and Yulieth were by my side the entire day making sure my dress was always fluffed to perfection, I always had water and a snack, and making sure every moment was perfect! People ask me did anything go wrong day of? And I am so quick to say “Not a single thing, because my planner absolutely nailed it!” My bridal party and guests raved about how organized they felt the day was and no one had ever seen a bride and groom be cared for the way we were that day!

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Bella Sposa! From the moment we started planning our wedding, they were incredibly attentive to our needs and preferences, making sure every detail was perfect. Their vast experience and professional approach were evident in every aspect of the planning process. They provided valuable advice and creative ideas that elevated our wedding to a whole new level. The coordinator I was working with ended up taking another job during the planning process. At first, I was nervous that I wouldn’t “click” as well with a new one. But Tori took over the process and she was on top of everything. She stepped in and fully immersed herself in the notes and it was such a seamless transition. Kayla and Michal were absolutely wonderful to work with! I truly could not imagine the day of my wedding going so smoothly without them. Kayla was a tremendous help the month of tying up loose ends, communicating with our vendors, and answering all of my questions very quickly. Bella Sposa is a must have wedding vendor!

Specifically Jen and MJ - from the planning and organizing to the knowledge of the specifics of the event AND the attendees! From a Mother of the Bride perspective who Is used to being “in charge and running things” - their expertise and execution allowed me to truly relax and really enjoy the event (as though i was a guest and NOT the manager of all things!). Delaney was an absolute GODSEND for our wedding day!!! I truly cannot express what a huge help she was in planning every little detail before the big day, as well as on our wedding day!! It rained the ENTIRE day and we had planned for just about everything to be outdoors, but thanks to Delaney the day was even more magical than expected and she did so much work to bring our vision to life, while letting us simply enjoy the day!! She is also the kindest, most personable, and fun person and I could not have even hoped for a better person to oversee our wedding day!

Michal and Olivia were incredible. I felt like I was in great hands from the very first call with Michal. She was kind and fun and had incredible suggestions. The day of our wedding was so smooth (or if it wasn’t I had literally no idea because that’s how incredible they were). Our wedding felt perfect and calm and it’s absolutely because the Bella Sposa team had it all under control. 10/10… really like 10000/10. I can’t suggest them enough!

I cannot say enough about Hayden! She made my vision come to life more beautifully than a dream! She went over the top to make sure all my stress was gone and constant emails were always answered! The amount of reassurance and patience she gave me was just so kind as well! Me and my now husband Don will be forever grateful and we would do it all over again and marry each other if Hayden was there! ;) She truly has a gift in this business and we will forever call her a friend!

Clara and Bella Sposa Events went above and beyond helping me plan my wedding! From the very first phone call with Jen I knew right away that this team was the one for me. I had phone calls with other planning companies and none made me feel like I was talking to real life women the way Bella Sposa did. We had the pleasure of having Michal as our lead Day of Coordinator. From our first phone conversation she instantly made me feel like everything was under control. There are so many unknowns with wedding planning logistics and she made me feel like they were no big deal she had it covered. She offered me such amazing advice and perspective throughout the whole process. On our wedding day she came and checked in on me multiple times and immediately went to make any changes I wanted with decor and placement. Working with Bella Sposa was not only stress free, but made for a stress free wedding. There was not a detail I had to think about as in our planning meetings they had covered all the bases. The day went off without a hitch and Hayden and Olivia made sure I had anything I could want or need. They were wonderful to work with and I'm so glad we had an Event Planner. Jennifer and the Bella Sposa team were all so amazing to work with! They were by my side all day continually checking in and helping me with everything that I needed. Jennifer was truly a godsend for our wedding. We worked tirelessly on the reception design and all the little details for months leading up to the wedding — she understood our vision perfectly and created such an unforgettable reception for us. We got so many compliments from our guests on the design and the flow of the night. We brought all the leftover florals that we had purchased for our DIY bud vases as “just in case” florals if something happened to the ones we had made but told her she could really do whatever she wanted with the extras—Jennifer turned $75 worth of babies breath into what looked like $10k worth of wedding florals. Our jaws were on the floor in the best way possible. Bella sposa made our once in a lifetime night so incredibly special and unforgettable. Her assistants, Victoria and CJ, were so attentive to both my husband and I throughout the night. 10/10 recommend hiring Bella sposa for the best combo of professionalism, talent and kindness!

Jennifer, CJ and Victoria took the greatest care of myself, my husband, our bridal party and all of our guests and other vendors. They really made my wedding day an absolute dream, I cannot recommend them enough. From the planning stages with Jennifer to Jennifer, CJ and Victoria ensuring the actual wedding day went smoothly, they absolutely delivered. My guests kept commenting about what a fun and well organized event we hosted! They took all of the nervousness out of the day and I was able to be fully present. Plus, they were all so kind and so fun to be around.

I found Bella Sposa Events on the Knot--and, not even being dramatic, Jennifer saved my wedding. I was finishing my grad thesis in Boston (and we were having the wedding in Florida with my family) so I could not be hands-on, and the plan was to be married in less than a year. She not only allowed me to focus solely on my thesis by finding every vendor, but she also kept me in the loop and made me feel so comfortable and ahead of schedule during such a stressful time. When I finally moved to Florida, she was still just as hands-on, communicative, and wonderful to work with. On the day of the wedding, she helped me SO much with my nerves, made me feel so supported, and I was able to have fun without worrying about anything. Also, the wedding itself was absolutely beautiful and beyond anything I expected. To put it simply, I absolutely love her and cannot recommend her enough.

On top of that, Clara ensured the wedding day ran without any hiccups so that my husband and I could truly be present together. Michal and her assistant were amazing. She reached out a month before my wedding to get every detail needed and then provided my husband and I with a document that we could edit and collaborate on before the wedding. Michal made the process so much easier by interacting with vendors in order to get a really detailed timeline and made herself available to me even during off hours. On my wedding day, Michal was so helpful in making sure the timeline was running online and dealing with anything that came up that day so I could have the most stress free day possible. Where do I even begin! Michal went above and beyond helping with our wedding. I felt like she truly got to know me and understand what we were hoping for - for our special day. I was overwhelmed with vendors and pricing and she quickly came in and streamlined all of that to what seemed effortlessly done by her. So much work went in to our wedding and there is NOT A CHANCE it would have gone as seamless and beautifully without Michal and her planning. I had not a care the day of and LITERALLY everyone I’ve talked to since has said it was the best wedding they’ve attended. Apart from our cutie two year old taking our floral arrangements a part- he had the most fun! A friend of mine told me if I can hire Bella sposa to be my wedding planner, do it. So thankfully I was able to hire them and I was lucky enough to get Kayla as my lead wedding planner. I never really knew what I wanted for my wedding. I just kinda had an idea of what colors etc. So I told her what I wanted and we just connected and took off from there. Kayla came up with amazing ideas and is soooo knowledgeable about EVERY part of a wedding. Everyone kept asking me so are you stressed how’s the wedding planning going? And I honestly was never really stressed out! I kept feeling like there was more I needed to do because I felt like I should have been more stressed out lol. But thanks to kayla, I wasn’t worried about anything. The day of.. went so smooth and so perfect. There’s nothing I would have changed, I truly was so happy with everything. I am so so so so so thankful kayla was my wedding planner. Not only did we form a friendship but she was by my side through one of the most important times of my life and I will forever be grateful for her kind words, the help she gave me, and her amazing attention to detail and wedding planning skills. Michal from Bella Sposa was my wedding day coordinator and I seriously do not have enough words for how grateful I was to have her. She was incredibly helpful, patient, sweet, accommodating. My day wouldn’t have gone as wonderful as it did without her, I am sure of it. I used to be someone that thought day of coordinators weren’t necessary but I don’t know how I could’ve gotten anything done without Michal. So so grateful for such a gem of a woman. Our coordinator was provided with our chosen venue Club Lake - Bella Sposa! We had Brooke as our coordinator and Olivia the day of as her lead assistant. Olivia was the sweetest in making sure i got to the aisle timely and making sure we had our cocktails/waters promptly. We didnt even have to ask her, and she was bringing them in the bridal suite after photos and before reception entrances LOL. it was definitely appreciated. Brooke was extremely professional and organized through our entire process. The easiest part of the process was having her assist with our timeline. As we work with our coordinators a few months before the wedding, most of the planning is completed, but seeing her timeline and overview of the entire day made me feel at peace with how everything would go! As a bride and someone who has planned events for 10+ years, the ONLY thing I would say that i wish i had done differently was make sure that the area i was getting ready in (the venue) had what we needed or what would "help" with the day of. Bottles of water, glasses to drink out of, snacks, music. Those little things can help put a hectic day at ease. They were all fixed quickly thanks to family members. Brooke sent reminders / checklist for the big day, but i think as we were focused on every other detail, that would be the only helpful addition i would add to the helpful reminder / etiquette emails. It helps the people that are assisting you with getting ready, and the bride/groom themselves. Also, make sure you have a back up plan should it decide to rain, we got lucky the rain stopped and were able to have our ceremony outside as planned, but didnt have anything to wipe our seats down with, so our family members & groom used items they had in their cars. Solutions were quickly figured out! Brooke constantly was checking on me to make sure i was okay throughout the day, and she really brought our vision completely to life. I can't thank Brooke enough for a great rehearsal, and a great wedding overall. She was really like my right hand and my go to. Thank you for everything Bella Sposa, Brooke and Olivia! I would do it all over again as long as i had Bella Sposa to work with!

We can't say enough wonderful things about working with Bella Sposa! We were fortunate enough to automatically get their services included with our venue contract at Club Lake Wedding Venue, but even if we had the option to get married all over again and choose a planner, we would still choose Bella Sposa. Delaney was beyond wonderful and provided the perfect amount of support exactly when we needed it most. She was understanding as we navigated through what we envisioned our perfect day to look like. Her ability to support all of our wacky ideas while also drawing from her wealth of knowledge to provide helpful opinions made the process so seamless and enjoyable. Delaney also managed communication with multiple vendors leading up to our wedding day which was a huge body of work we were so grateful to have her managing for us. On our wedding day, both Delaney and Olivia were at the ready to take care of every element we had discussed plus any number of things that came up in the moment. It felt like having our friends there with us and we were able remain relaxed and truly enjoy our day knowing we were in such good hands. 10/10 would recommend! I will never have enough words to describe how fantastic Clara with Bella Sposa was throughout our entire wedding planning process. She was the sweetest, most detail oriented, and all around most wonderful planner. There were so many little details we threw at her, and not only did she take perfect note of them, she executed all of them so elegantly. My day was stress free, and even further, my mom’s day was stress free as well, which speaks wonders to how thorough and involved Clara was. Clara made a huge impact on our perfect day and, along with her assistant Olivia, brought to life the wedding of our dreams! Clara is absolutely amazing! She was a great communicator and very organized. She kept us on track and was so kind and patient the whole time. She was so knowledgeable - had all the right questions to get the details and all answers to our questions! For that month, she was honestly like a best friend who was always available for any of our concerns and kept checking on us. Our wedding was perfect, and I know she had everything to do with its success. Did not feel any stress because I knew we had her support throughout that night. She definitely touched our lives and we’re forever grateful! Highly highly highly recommend Clara!

Hayden was so amazing! We loved having her as our wedding planner! She made our day flow seamlessly and stress free! She even picked up a pizza for me and my bridesmaids to make sure we ate before walking down the aisle! This whole team was so awesome to work with, will be recommending them for all new couples!

Brooke Causey with Bellasposa was the absolute best for our wedding. She was so thorough and made us feel completely taken care of. I consider myself pretty type A haha so the thought of trusting someone else to handle so many details of our wedding was scary at first. Then we met Brooke. We instantly felt like we were in good hands and now that the wedding is over, we can say we were in the BEST hands. She made sure everything was on time, kept track of all personal items for the wedding (and even put them in my mom's car so we didn't have to worry about tracking it all down and bringing it home), saved the day multiple times like when a bridesmaids dress wouldn't zipper close and when my veil messed up my hair (3 people tried to fix it to no avail then Brooke walked in and got it first try). I mean seriously, she did it all. A coordinator was included in our wedding package and I didn't think much of that at the time when we booked it 1.5 years ago, but now that it's all said and done, having one (particularly Brooke) made a night and day difference to our wedding experience. I will highly recommend Bellasposa and specifically Brooke to anyone getting married in the area. 5 stars doesn't even feel like enough.

Delaney and the Bella Sposa team were truly remarkable in making our special day unforgettable! The most stressful part of the wedding is keeping things organized and smooth and Delaney always stayed on top of everything, was quick to respond, and helped keep the stress to a minimum. Bella Sposa was AMAZING to work with! From the booking process to our final details meeting and wedding day, they made everything so simple for us. Clara was an absolute dream! As a wedding planner myself, I knew I wanted someone that would create a more relaxed and organized experience - Clara checked all of those boxes. She is extremely thorough, has a very calming presence, and is just an overall kind and caring human! Clara and her team were absolutely terrific. On one of the biggest days of your life you need a team you can trust, this is one of them. Their communication, kindness and overall experience is unmatched. From last minute changes, to tables needing to be moved they made me feel at peace and taken care of. 10/10! I would say I would use them again but they were able to help happily marry us!!

Delaney was a dream come true when it comes to a wedding planner. I couldn’t have asked for a better match! I knew on our first call when I saw her Luke Combs shirt and her Ed Sheeran lyrics behind her that the stars aligned us! As a person who worries about everything I can honestly say I worried about nothing on my wedding day because Delaney had made it so comfortable and I trusted her to see my vision the way I saw it. She was so excited about all my ideas and plans. I know she sees a million weddings but she is genuine in her enthusiasm about your day! Her assistant Olivia was great as well and I would recommend them both as well as BellaSposa to anyone I know getting married. I could never thank them enough for all they did for me. I wish I could just get married all over again so we could plan another awesome party together!

We had such a wonderful experience with Bella Sposa Events from the beginning. We were paired with Clara and she made this process so easy and enjoyable for us. There was constant communication and consistent monthly check-ins to make sure that nothing fell through the cracks. Clara and her assistant made our wedding day so smooth and was there to help with anything we needed on our big day. We absolutely loved working with Brooke from Bella Sposa. She made it so evident we were her #1 priority for the planning meeting, rehearsal and wedding day. She took our stress away and truly made our special day come to life. Our vendors came together and she was the perfect liaison. The decor was placed perfectly and made my vision come to life. We had a very tight window of good weather to squeeze our ceremony in before the rain came, and Brooke made it happen. From the initial consultation to the final wedding day details and logistics, Jenn's amazing organizational skills helped make sure our day ran smoothly without any hiccups. A month out, she took care of all vendor coordination which gave us a chance to fully enjoy the process. I just had my wedding this past September and I hired Bella Sposa (partial planning) as my wedding coordinator. Jen was my lead planner and honestly it was so fun working with her! Because it was partial planning, I did do some of the work, and when reaching out to vendors and telling them that she was my planner they would tell me she was one of the best in the business! She was always available through email when I needed, gave good advice when needed and because she has been in business for such a long time, she will know everything you need to run the day smoothly. Every vendor that she works with are fenomenal, she has amazing relationships with all of them which makes the process run extremely smoothly. Day of everything ran extremely well with no hiccups. Hayden was her assistant and she was also super great! I loved my experience with Jen and Bella Sposa! They are a very professional company and Jen is absolutely amazing.

I did not realize how much I needed Hayden until I had her there for us every moment of the big day! It started with rehearsal - her patience and professionalism as my family/wedding party are difficult to heard around! The day of she handled all details. I trusted her to make decisions on design for reception hall set up and make those last minute decisions I just couldn’t do. She was supportive and kind and there every second from multiple bustles to increasing dance floor size mid way through the night. We even had a small but shocking blimp during ceremony and her calm presence after definitely helped us feel more at ease. In addition, her assistant always had smile on her face & was a hide addition to our day running smooth. Not only do I recommend having a planner in general - but I recommend your planner be Hayden!!!

Our situation was unique in that our original assigned planner that we had built a relationship with had to move out of state while in the stages of securing our venue and some initial vendors, and for a moment we were feeling a little skeptical about who we would be assigned because we loved our previous planner and the dynamic we had, and naturally we were feeling bummed and uneasy at the whole situation. She reassured us her replacement, Kayla, would take great care of us and she was totally right!!! Kayla jumped right in, made the transition seamless and took care of us from the very start like promised. She understood our concerns, always had answers for any question we had - whether it was logistics, opinions, recommendations - she was ON IT. Kayla did the legwork on figuring out the best option(s) (so many options!) for us financially and aesthetically for our special day. She was up front about everything, and gave us extremely helpful opinions - she was an integral part in easing any stress when it came to decisions we had to make. We feel that we could write a whole essay on her and how she made our special day amazing. I should note, she felt like a good friend at the beginning of it all and on the day of, both Kayla and Lauren were people anyone in our wedding party could genuinely rely on. They made the venue sparkle with their quick magic touches and dealing with all the DIY things we did. Things went flawlessly and any concerns the day of, she relayed to us to make sure we were in the loop - which is something we always appreciated about her from the start. Thank you so much, we absolutely could not have done it without them!

The first step after you get engaged and decide on an Orlando-area wedding is to hire Clara from Bella Sposa! We did the partial planning package and I literally cannot imagine not having Clara throughout our wedding planning process. The way she held my hand sending me monthly emails of tasks to keep us on schedule, helping select and communicate with vendors, and double checking contracts- she literally made everything so much easier especially planning from a long distance. Where do I begin! Bella Sposa made my fairytale/ Twilight Breaking Dawn part 1 wedding come true. Delaney my lead planner was very organized, efficient, easy to reach and responsive. My husband and I had a pleasant time working with her. She helped with all the vendor arrangements in constant communication . I would highly recommend Bella Sposa if you are having a small wedding or a BIG wedding such as I did with 212 guests. The assistants were efficient in directing the vendors and guests where they needed to be and at what time the day of! Even though we had a delay (with my brother being late with my dad's 91 yr old uncle) Delaney made sure that everything still ran smoothly. Thank you for being part of our special day! I truly feel I've gained a friend out of this experience.

We are photographers so we work with quite a lot of planners, and Michal and her team were amazing! The wedding day was perfect, the timeline went so smooth, they allowed us freedom with the couple to get creative. We are always nervous working with planners we aren’t familiar with because sometimes we see something and want to steal the couple for a few minutes but also don’t want to throw everything out of whack. They worked so seamlessly with all the vendors, the bride/groom/family, and really made our job easy. Plus the bride and groom had the best wedding day possible and were over the moon happy!! I would definitely recommend them in you are looking for wedding planners in Florida!

We had such a great experience with Brooke at Bella Sposa! I'm not the easiest person at relinquishing control but the BS team handled every change & request with such ease & professionalism.. They provided anything and everything we needed, extremely helpful with all of our questions and in guiding us with the day of. They handled my family and friends perfectly. Having them truly made our day a dream, we couldn't be happier!

My wife had an extremely difficult time working with this company. Each phone call and meeting felt like our wedding wasn’t a priority. They did not live up to expectations. I saw the disdain that it left my wife leading up to our special day. We had to do a lot of the planning on our own because each meeting my wife had with this company felt like they were having a conversation for the first time. They made the wedding process very difficult from start to finish.

I absolutely loved working with Bella Sposa!! There is no way any of the planning process or my wedding day would’ve gone smoothly without them!! Weddings are by no means easy on anyone- and it’s really special to bring someone in to help run it smoothly. The owner of Bella Sposa, Jen, is so caring and personally goes above and beyond to make sure her couples are okay even if she isn’t the direct planner. Our lead planner, Brooke, was very organized and efficient and kept us on time on our big day and was there to help with any and all things. They also have such a great relationship with vendors that will make your life easier! Every time I mentioned to my vendors during inquiries I was working with Bella Sposa they got so excited and more accommodating. They are great professionals and well known in the industry. If you need anything communicate with them because they truly care about you and your wedding which is rare- they appreciate feedback and will make things right! 11/10 experience!

We booked Bella Sposa for month of planning and it was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Clara was our head planner and she was the BEST. She jumped into planning with me at the exact time our contract began with them, she coordinated all of our vendors seamlessly, and there was not one worry I had in my head on wedding day.
