We decided to opt for their medium level package and we had Clara onboard to help us plan from six months out. And it made all the difference. You don’t realize or think of how much coordination it takes for ALL vendors involved. Case in point we totally forgot about our rehearsal dinner caterer, thankfully Clara told us they were already set up and ready for us. Planning a destination wedding from Nashville while our celebration was on the Gulf Coast of Florida could have been stressful, but Jennifer made the entire process feel effortless. When she arrived for our wedding weekend all fear went away and my husband and I were able to enjoy every aspect of our weekend knowing we had her! Saying goodbye to her after the wedding was unexpectedly emotional, I truly can’t recommend her enough!

n area we knew nothing about except that my daughter and son-in-law wanted their wedding and festivities there. The wedding and festivities were held on the property of rented beach houses and not at a wedding venue so we had to do everything from scratch. We chose Jennifer’s full service package and it was totally worth it. Initially I was hesitant because Jennifer is based in Orlando, which is not in the immediate vicinity of Port St. Joe, but in the end, it did not matter. Jennifer sought out local resources and was a professional from beginning to end. She provided the services promised to a tee and then some. She was communicative with my daughter throughout, including all of the right questions, answers and guidance. She was our calm through a fast and furious 8-month engagement and planning of a DIY destination wedding. Additionally, her preferred vendor list, a few of whom we used, were also best of the best and so great to work with. We didn’t actually meet Jennifer in person until the day of the rehearsal, however, when we did, she was so personable, we felt like we had known her for a long time. She immediately took over in the best way. A true professional, interacting personally and positively with the wedding party and family. We knew she was in charge, but never felt like we were being ordered. Her guidance was spot on and so appreciated. I am used to being hands-on and plan parties and events for my firm so it was truly a gift for me to be hands off and allowed me to be with my daughter, our family and guests. Thanks to Jennifer’s coordination of everything onsite, I was able to be present for my daughter and fully enjoy my only time of being the mother of the bride. I cannot say enough about Jennifer and her team.  I gave five stars because that was the most offered, but I would easily give more. I highly recommend Jennifer Lopez and Bella Sposa Events.

day of coordination package. This meant we were able to have a few calls a few months out and then follow up calls surrounding wedding month. Clara was soooooo amazing. She helped find the last few vendors, she had recommendations for any kind of decor pieces we wanted to find, and she also knew the vendors at club lake venue so well, she would reach out for me to make that one less thing I had to do. Once I told my vendors who my assigned planner was, they all said “oh great you have Clara, you will be in good hands”. The day of our rehearsal/wedding she was everywhere yet everywhere we needed her all at the same time. Once we walked down the aisle she was there waiting with our drinks which got us through alll of the family photos. We had to make some last minute changes and she updated it all without breaking a sweat. At the end of the night, she had our meals packed up for us and the car packed for our getaway. Truly made the whole experience perfect and had the most perfect and special day!

When our other vendors gave us some unexpected changes close to the wedding day we told Delaney to use her discretion to make the best with what we got. She absolutely NAILED it. She kept our entire wedding on track without us even realizing there were issues in the background (such as when the bar told us they needed a last minute ingredient, she secretly handled us without us even knowing until our wedding party told us after the fact!). I wish I could hire her to run my everyday life, and also wish I could go back and just have her as a guest at our wedding. 10/10 you cannot go wrong if you have Delaney in your corner!

She asked all the right questions, put us on the right track, and made sure all of the work we had done leading up was cohesive and coordinated. Delaney was able to corral our crazy families during the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding, kept everything running perfectly smoothly, and put together the reception room of our dreams! I also want to shoutout Megan, the assistant coordinator, for all of her kindness and help; Megan was a ray of sunshine on the day of the wedding and was detail oriented in making sure everything went off without a hitch. I am endlessly grateful for Delaney and her expertise, kindness, patience, and big heart, and to Bellasposa for helping us make sure our wedding was everything we wanted and more!

The day was perfect and I know it wouldn’t have been the same without Michal & Amanda.

She was able to help me reach out to vendors and make sure everything was on track with them and kept me up to date during our monthly phone calls. I had DIYed all of my flowers and most of my decor and while I got it all to the venue Michal and Amanda set everything up exactly as I had imagined it and I know it was SO much work but they pulled it off effortlessly and brought my Pinterest dreams to life! We also had a few little bumps in the road due to the recent hurricane affecting the venue spaces we were going to use and Michal kept me so calm and confident that everything was going to work out and she advocated for me with the venue to make sure that everything was still going to be amazing despite the obstacles. During the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding they also made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that everything ran smoothly and even though I’m very type A and have a hard time not being in control of everything it was so easy to pass that off to them and trust that they had everything handled and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! All in all 1. Yes you do need a wedding planner, it makes all the difference and 2. Absolutely choose Bella Sposa Events and ask for Michal!! You will be so happy you did :))
