Tiffany was very professional and accommodating. She was willing to work with my busy schedule and even stayed past her normal business hours to me with me on more than one occasion.

Let me start by saying Tiffany was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t asked for a better seamstress. She is now my go to for all custom and now alterations. She was able to complete by garment before the due date and she was very detailed and patient with how many times I changed my mind on the design. My garment was very well made and I will be definitely be getting another. Thank you !!

Bella Te Couture specializes in custom made attire HOWEVER she is also an amazing seamstress who can handle all of your alteration needs. Not only did she alter my wedding dress that fit all of my curves and had me snatched, but also my reception dress and a ball gown I needed for a separate occasion. Very professional and detail oriented. Friendly, prompt, delivered on time, and communicated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for your custom and alteration needs!!!

Tiffany made a custom dress for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. She was very professional, courteous, and remained in communication with us through out the entire process. My daughter LOVED her dress!! I'll definitely use Bella Te Couture again.

My sister in law had her wedding dress as well as the bridesmaids and flower girl dress made here. The dresses were gorgeous! She was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism we had.

I highly regret choosing this company to design and create my bridesmaids wedding dresses. Upon the first meeting with Tiffany we discussed form fitting elegant dresses. We signed no contract, she didn't inform me of any policies her business stands by besides the policy that she likes to be at the weddings. At the first fitting for the dresses all dresses were loose and not form fitting at all. The dresses had no shape on the girls. Just straight up and down. After hours of suggestions I agreed that I wanted all dresses to be tight and I did not mind if the girls wouldn't be able to bend or sit down due to the fact they would not have them on for a long period of time. At the remote location for the first fitting we all decided that another fitting would be needed due to the alterations that I wanted made to the dresses. Once we arrived at her studio to alter the final gown it was discovered that the shape of the dress I initially wanted was a trumpet style vs. the a-line style Tiffany created. Both she and I admitted fault in the miscommunication of the style of dress. Once this was discovered 3 of the bridesmaids were fitted in the trumpet style.Before leaving the fitting where we learned a trumpet style was desired I asked since the problem was now solved regarding why the dresses did not look as I envisioned, do we still have to come back for a fitting. She replied that she was comfortable now if the girls did not come back for another fitting (because she was able to fit the dresses on them in the appropriate style). I trusted Tiffany's advice as the seamstress and designer and deemed another fitting wasn't necessary because she said she was comfortable. On my wedding day...the dresses were extremely difficult to get on. One of my bridesmaids couldn't even wear her gown. The ladies who had the major issues were the girls who were at every single fitting. I was heartbroken. Tiffany also took responsibility in not letting out the arms as we agreed to for each of the girls dresses and we therefore had to create slits in their arms in order for them to wear the dresses. To this day I am still devastated. I will always remember this and will always be reminded of this when I look back on my wedding pictures and the photos that I wanted are not there due to the dresses. I respectfully thanked Tiffany for her time in creating the gowns even though I wasn't satisfied with the finished product. I asked for a partial refund which equated to only about 26% of what I paid in total but she was unwilling to pay. Instead she informed me of a no refund policy, offered to fix the dresses and a partial refund on one gown. I am highly disappointed that the dresses were not delivered as agreed upon and Tiffany was not willing to refund the amount I asked for. She has even stated to me that the alterations that I wanted would have made it difficult for the girls to even put on the dress. Tiffany did not express that to me at the fitting. Had she mentioned that the girls may not have been able to put the dress on I would have definitely done another fitting or would have not even requested the trumpet alterations at all. Who would want to take that gamble on their wedding day? Not me and I wished she would have stated that before during the fitting and not two days later after my wedding day. I would not recommend this business to anyone in the future.

RUINING WEDDINGS AND NOT CARING!!! I know from the pics it looks like my best friends wedding was scandal free and perfect!!! NOT!👊🏾💢 The bridesmaids dresses were a complete train wreck. One dress ripped completely. 😲Please imagine it's your big day and upon entering your bridal suite your meet with all the bridesmaids having tremendous trouble getting in their dresses and then to have one completely rip down the back.😩 Horrible. The designer created an entirely different shaped gown than was sent to her and then could not follow thru with promises of correcting these errors. Instead of discussing before hand she sent these dresses to the venue for us to discover the ill fitting garments the day of. I'm amazed how a custom made gown has more defects and issues than a ready to wear gown not made exactly to my measurements. I want bore you guys with the flaws in her design technique of this dress but so many things could have been done differently. The bride asked for a 26%...26% refund on the total price and was denied. But the designer offered to fix the dresses for a wedding that has happened.😒 Please beware of these issues if you still choose to work with this company.
