Invite your loved ones to the Perdido Key/Pensacola area, just 25 minutes from Pensacola Airport, and enjoy exclusive access to your very own tropical oasis surrounded by sweeping views and white sandy beaches. This gated mansion is set on one acre of land filled with palm trees and boasts two elegant homes for entertaining located directly on the water! However you celebrate your love, you can look forward to making happy memories with family and friends while enjoying the vacation and event of a lifetime.
Bella Villa is a vacation rental, allowing our guests to host an event during their stay! Perfect for a private wedding week/weekend!
Facilities and Capacity
Bella Villa has a large grassy area along with a private Gulf Inlet beach that is ideal for an elaborate outdoor celebration. If you have a more formal occasion in mind, you're welcome to book wedding tents and invite up to 200 people for a magical evening during the sunset and beneath the stars. More intimate ceremonies or cocktail hours can take place on the adjacent beach. Inside, you'll find many stylish rooms for holding pre-wedding festivities and plenty of space for entertaining. Bella Villa's main house features a grand entrance that is picturesque, an elevator, a chef's kitchen, travertine floors, brass railings, and an incredible master marble bathroom. The guest house has two separate living quarters, each has a full kitchen, plenty of sleeping space, sprawling balconies to view the water, and a workout area. This property can sleep 35 people comfortably.

Bridal suite, groom's suite, bridesmaids' suite, and groomsmen's suite are all available on the property.

Outside vendors for the event will need to be hired. Tables, chairs, and tents are NOT included.
The dedicated team at Bella Villa knows how much careful planning goes into your big day and has thoughtfully provided as much as possible for entertaining. You have the option to dock a boat on the private dock and can take advantage of the property's kayaks, paddle boards, and other beach supplies. All you need to do is arrive, unwind, and savor unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
In addition to your big day, Bella Villa can also be a place to host engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and many more!
Pricing: Bella Villa is a VACATION RENTAL; therefore, there is a 4 minimum stay at the property.
