We recently hosted our wedding at Bella Villa, it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, Trish was incredibly sweet, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions and made everything feel so easy and stress free. The property itself is stunning, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It was the perfect location for our ceremony and reception. One feature that was especially helpful for our large wedding was the option to rent the parking lot next door. Having that made it so easy for guests and vendors to park and literally walk a few steps to the property.
We toured several residential venues and that was the biggest issue! We cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Bella Villa.

to prepare for the wedding and clean up the day after. We were able to also have our rehearsal dinner there so we never even had to leave the property. It was so nice to be able to visit and spend time with all of our loved ones all weekend long instead of just for a few hours on Saturday night. Our wedding was on the sand with the most beautiful view of the sunset then the celebration moved up to the lawn area where there was plenty of room for tables, chairs, food, and our DJ. Our friends are still talking about our big day and how perfect/fun it was. It was everything I’ve dreamed of and more. Trish was so amazing to work with and has became family in the process. She made sure we had everything we needed and always answered any questions we had. We are also so excited to be able to go back to our venue and stay in the future with our new baby girl that is arriving this year 🥰
I wish I could relive our wedding day over and over - again I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue. Highly recommend Bella Villa to any engaged couples looking for their venue. ❤️

l of our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and their significant others, and it comfortably slept 25+ people without ever feeling cramped.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone had enough space to have their own area to retreat to when needed, but it also felt cozy enough that everyone was still together and making memories throughout the weekend.
The kitchen was exceptional and perfect for hosting such a large group. It made getting ready, meals, and gathering together so easy. The only small challenge was that the guest suite had just one bathroom for about 12 people staying in that area, but we made it work.
The water view was absolutely stunning, beautiful both in person and in photos. The venue itself photographed so well and made our wedding weekend feel even more special. There was more than enough space for everything, we rented a 40x40 tent for our reception, and it fit perfectly on the property.
It’s not the most secluded venue since there is a house directly next to it and a large condo building on the other side, but it still felt gorgeous and special. Parking could have been a little tricky on the wedding day with so many guests, but we had a lot of people Uber which helped a lot.
The owners were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make our stay amazing. They were so accommodating and truly cared about making our wedding weekend special.
Overall, it was absolutely worth the price. Everyone was raving about our stay and said how perfect it was to have the wedding there. We absolutely loved spending such a special day there and would highly recommend it to any couple considering it for their wedding weekend!

tented reception dinner and dance party on the lawn, and open air cocktails. The wedding party of 14 + dates all stayed on property and enjoyed spending quality time together before and after the event. Natural light in the main house facilitated beautiful hair and glowing makeup prep. Property owner very communicative and responsive in helping ensure our event was well thought out and everything prepared for successful execution.
One tip to other weddings, bathrooms are biggest challenge, both in prep and event so we rented a luxury portable unit that was elegant, accessible and practical for our guests. Don’t hesitate to choose Bella Villa as your wedding venue!

dding at this stunning bayfront estate in Pensacola and every single detail of the property made our day more magical than we could have planned. The estate features two beautifully appointed houses, and the layout was absolutely perfect for a wedding weekend. My bridesmaids and I took over the main house to get ready - plenty of space, gorgeous natural light, and the kind of setting that makes getting-ready photos look effortless. Meanwhile the guys had the guest house all to themselves, getting ready and watching football without a care in the world. Two houses, two vibes, zero chaos.
But the real showstopper is the bayfront setting. Standing at the water's edge for our ceremony with the sun melting into the bay behind us - that is a moment I will never forget for the rest of my life. The views are the kind that don't need decorating. Nature did all the work and Bella Vista sits right in the middle of it perfectly.
Trish, the owner, was an absolute joy from start to finish. She was warm, communicative, and genuinely cared about making our day everything we hoped for. We also had the pleasure of meeting her dad throughout the weekend - equally as kind and helpful - and it made the whole experience feel personal in the best way. This is a family who takes pride in what they've built and it shows in every corner of the property.
If you are dreaming of a bayfront wedding with breathtaking sunsets, a property that photographs like a dream, and hosts who treat you like family - Bella Vista is your answer. It was the most beautiful backdrop for the best day of our lives and we are forever grateful. An absolute 10 out of 10.

g here. My entire family and wedding party was able to stay on property with us, and it made it so special. Trish helped me in the months leading up to the wedding with vendors referrals. She answered my millions of questions, and she never complained once!
The property is so stunning. The pictures will never do it justice. I was worried about being so close to the condos and other houses, but you really feel like you are in your own little world. My favorite part of the property was the private beach. My husband and I read our vows to each other the morning of the wedding at the little picnic table, and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day. I will forever recommend this location for weddings and all other things! Trish and Bella Villa Estate made my coastal wedding dreams come true!

is gorgeous. The private beach and dock are amazing for photos! The master suite is beautiful and the perfect space for any couple. Every house is spacious, fully furnished, and offers plenty of space to take wedding party and bridal photos.
The back lawn is spacious and allows for plenty of ceremony and reception guest space; tables, chairs, dance floor, cocktail hour, high top tables, caterer, bartender, DJ etc. It’s a private property with plenty of room for family and friends to be together— this was especially helpful being that all of my family was traveling out of state. So it was really nice having plenty of space and bedrooms for them to stay.
While planning, the owner, Trish was incredibly helpful in answering any and all questions I had. She was easy to reach and had a very quick response time with me and my wedding planner. She truly was the best! I was able to tour the venue several times during the planning process as I worked through the design and layout with all my vendors.
Upon arrival, the venue was immaculate and clean. It offered plenty of linens, sleeping space, and travel size toiletries for each bathroom.
Overall, this venue is 11/10. It was affordable too. I shopped around a bit before deciding on a venue and this is honestly the way to go for any wedding. You’ll spend a fraction of the price for a WAY longer time there. Definitely worth it and not having to worry about timeframe of needing to leave and be out of the venue right at 10pm when the wedding ends. I recommend this venue to anyone who wants beautiful views, plenty of space, and an all around amazing experience.

The property itself is absolutely breathtaking, luxurious and spacious. The private beach and dock allowed us to take some incredible pictures and also made great memories there as well. All the guests were in awe of the beauty and elegance of the property. All 3 houses gave us plenty of space for guests to stay on the property. It was truly a magical setting for the most important day of my daughters life. If you are looking for a wedding venue or vacation rental Bella Villa is both stunning and impeccably managed.

Spacious accommodations for the entire wedding party in separate villas right next to each other, and is a photographers dream with so many different spaces to capture incredible portraits. Luxury meets coastal at Bella Villa, providing an elegant event with the relaxation of being at the beach! The owners are extremely kind and provided excellent communication throughout the entire planning process, providing that extra peace of mind that is so needed while planning a wedding. The location is so beautiful to begin with that very little is needed to create a fairytale event to make every brides dreams come true.
And as if all of that wasn’t enough, the wedding party and family had a blast during our stay as well. The private beach provided the perfect hang out for everyone to relax during the days leading up to the wedding, the spacious lawn was a fun place for games and the multiple balconies provided the perfect space for late evening snacks and chats with friends! We are so thankful for every detail of Bella Villa and would 100% book it again if given the chance!

One of the things that truly set Bella Villa apart was the flexibility it offered. Unlike other venues with strict time constraints, we were able to extend our celebration well into the evening, dancing under the stars and savoring every moment with our loved ones.
And speaking of our loved ones, they were absolutely blown away by the beauty and elegance of Bella Villa Estate. From the charming main mansion to the guest houses, every corner of the estate exuded warmth and hospitality. Our guests were treated to a truly unforgettable experience!

ew it was perfect. The ceremony overlooking the water at sunset was simply breathtaking, and the reception, complete with a live band and late-night laughter, was beyond amazing. The morning after, an outdoor catered brunch set the perfect tone before our boat adventure. Bella Villa exudes prestige and luxury, with its beautiful houses and landscape. Our guests were in awe, and we feel incredibly lucky to have discovered this diamond! We can not express how much we enjoyed and feel in love in with Bella Villa. It truly made our wedding an unforgettable experience!

or everyone to have their own space. The property was well maintained and rooms were clean.
I enjoyed cooking some meals in the spacious kitchen on the Viking stove while enjoying the view of the water from the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing on the hammock under the palm tree watching the sunset, my favorite experience of the trip. The kids loved playing in the sand and looking for hermit crabs, fishing off the dock, and kayaking. We rented a boat and explored the waters along the inlet and Johnson beach. The kids loved going to Johnson beach which was a few minutes drive by boat or car. The water was warm, clear, and calm. The sand on the beach was soft and the view was breathtaking. We saw dolphins from the beach. We bonded at night roasting marshmallows and making s'mores around the fire pit. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and even had dinner outside under the covered patio. An added benefit was that we saw the Blue Angel jets fly near the property. My son is now obsessed with the Blue Angels after seeing them fly and visiting the naval museum Pensacola. It was a short drive to Walmart and Starbucks. We definitely want to come back to Bella Villa again. We loved our stay there!
