All of our decorations and desserts were put out by the venue so we didn't have to worry about them at all. At the end of the night, everything was packed up for us. Couldn't recommend Hawk's Landing enough!

We ended up having our intimate wedding gathering of 25 people in July 2020 on the patio of Hawk's landing. It was so beautiful and Hawk's Landing made our COVID wedding just as special. A year later, my husband and I had our large wedding reception as planned at Hawk's and it was better than we ever dreamt of. They were super transparent with pricing and the food is delicious!!! We are so happy with our experience with Hawk's Landing and highly recommend them for any event.

a new venue, Melissa from Hawks Landing called us back almost immediately and was able to move things around and get us booked in for our requested weekend, she could not have been more accommodating and helpful to us!! The whole process to plan and coordinate was so easy even through COVID precautions. Melissa, Casey, and Megan were there to coordinate on the day of our wedding and they did an absolutely beautiful job of setting up all the decor and were so helpful with keeping us and our photographers on schedule from the moment we arrived. They were so attentive throughout the whole evening - they made sure we made it back to our table to eat dinner and never let our drinks go empty, we didn’t have to think about a thing the whole night! The food was fantastic and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything truly happens for a reason and we are so glad it lead us to Hawks Lading for our dream wedding.

The events staff, from my first contact with Jessica to all the coordinators, servers, and bartenders that night, did an amazing job of making sure the night went on with no issues..if anything went wrong, we never knew about it! All the decor was placed thoughtfully and perfectly before we got there and going back the next day to pick stuff up was incredibly easy. The food was amazing! Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the cocktail hour appetizers and their meals. The tenderloin is 100% worth it! Taking pictures down on the course was beautiful. I was worried there wouldn't be enough leaves around in November, but it was perfect. They even left some fallen leaves on the grass which made for some amazing pictures. I fully recommend Hawk's Landing to anyone looking for a rustic chic vibe and an easy team to work with.

The day of my wedding there was absolutely NOTHING for me to worry about. It was like every single thought I had was already thought by them first! The food was amazing, the service was a 10/10. The food tasting was well organized and everything we sampled was delicious (we did NOT leave there hungry that evening!) A couple of weeks before our big day, we were informed that Melissa would be our coordinator for the day. We were hesitant at first, since we had worked with Jess throughout the entire planning phase. Our minds were put at ease when we met with Melissa at our T-minus one week meeting, she was well organized, answered all of our questions, and was super helpful with all of our last minute details. The bridal party and groom's party were able to have separate facilities to not spoil the First Look on-site. The facility is very well laid out: Ceremony on the first tee box with a beautiful back drop (there are two backup ceremony locations on-site in case of inclement weather), cocktail hour under a recently updated outdoor covered area with fire pits and seating, which is directly adjacent to the reception area. This allowed our guests to enjoy either area (indoor or outdoor) during the cocktail hour, which was appreciated by our guests. The reception area is exactly what we were looking for, with its' exposed wooden beams spanning the room, it made for great ambiance with our uplighting! Thanks to all of the hard working staff at the Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing, with a huge thank you to Melissa, our day was amazing! They allowed us to setup our arbor the morning of, had drinks and appetizers ready for us during our First Look (the cart train was worth the additional fee), were attentive to every detail throughout our time there, the food was phenomenal with large portions (our guests concurred), and helped us load up our belongings at the end of the night. We didn't even realize they sent us home with full entrees for my husband and myself until we got home...such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. To say that our wedding day could not have gone any smoother is cliche, but it is so very true! Thank you again to all of the staff at the Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing for making the beginning of our marriage unforgettable!

Jessica made everything so easy and answered all of our questions along the way. The whole wedding day flew by and went so smoothly -the entire staff at the venue were wonderful. After the wedding I have had many guests rave to us about how beautiful and fun the wedding was and also about how delicious the apps and dinner were. In addition to everything being perfect we loved the prices at this venue - there’s nothing better than being able to have a wedding like this without spending a fortune. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple searching !

ou will ever meet. When my fiance and I first walked in we absolutely loved everything about it but after we met Jessica we knew this was the place we would be getting married. Jessica is the most genuine person. She will work with you and truly do whatever that needs to be done to make the best possible day for you. She was so accommodating on meeting times and when we had to push a meeting back she replied instantly with out a worry. She made you feel at ease and so comfortable. She also has some really fantastic ideas!! From the beginning of the rehearsal till the end of my wedding day I have not one complaint. The rehearsal was so much fun- we grabbed drinks from the bar and let me tell you… I had about 25 people in my bridal party maybe even a couple more… patience isn't even the word. Jessica handled my crazy group with zero problems… it took about a total of 45 minutes all together and 30 minutes of that was drinking, socializing and just having a blast. If you book a wedding here I would absolutely recommend having your rehearsal dinner here - it was so hard to leave for our dinner reservations because we were just having the best time ever… and to top it off the food is AMAZING.... as were those drinks!!!!! So if you get married here make sure you have your rehearsal dinner there!!! The outside patio is beautiful, chairs, lights, the water fountain, all of it…. beautiful. And now the wedding…. I have no words to describe how incredible everything was. From the ceremony outside on the first tee box (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) till the last second of final call it was the best day of my husband and I’s life. We had the pattonwood plated dinner and omg talk about food…. You will not go hungry at this venue. I had people reaching out to me a week later after the wedding telling me how good the food was. They had a beautiful outside patio where cocktail hour was held with an outside bar. My guest LOVED the outside fire pits- later in the evening for all the guest who didn’t want to be around the the music they were able to relax outside peacefully and sip on there drink- we did a giant Jenga for our wedding guest book and they even put it on the patio for people to play and everyone just had an absolute blast. I went outside at one point and people were just grabbing me telling me how incredible everything was and how the fire pits were the best thing ever! On the other side there is another patio that we used as a smoking/cigar area which was awesome because it was on the complete other side of the venue so you did not have to worry about guest being near smoke and all that stuff. The venue is honestly just the best possible set up! I could ramble on all day about how amazing our wedding was- but it wouldn’t of been what it was without Jessica and the Hawks Landing Team. This place was incredible, we are truly speechless. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make our day so special.

They think of things I never would have, which helped put the finishing touches on our day. The day of ran smooth as can be. Hawks Landing provided us with 2 day of event coordinators, so there was always someone available for any last minute emergencies. Everyone working the event was prepared with an "order of events" sheet, so there was never a question as to who should be where when. The setting for our ceremony was GORGEOUS. Right on the first tee, with the sun setting in the background. I definitely recommend the golf cart train for photos. It is so fun waving to your guests as you drive off in a cart to go take photos by the fountain. They even provide apps and drinks for you while you are taking your photos! What more could you want? Our guests cannot stop raving about the food! You will NOT leave hungry if you have your reception at Hawk's! You are offered delicious food from cocktail hour to dessert. And they even pack a full meal to go for the bride and groom, which was much needed after a night of talking and dancing! Even after the reception the team has been amazing! We realized we left the top tier of our cake at the venue when we picked up the rest of our items. Jamie was quick to respond to our "HELP, we left the cake" email and saved it for us, to pick up 3 days after the reception. We could not have asked for a better team to work with, and a better experience with our venue! From amazing views, to amazing food, you will not be disappointed.

Jamie is very helpful and efficient in all that she does. Whenever I needed something she was always a quick phone call or email away. She was always cheery and eager to help me regardless of how silly I thought my question was. All the way from start to wedding day she was the best in making me happy. The day of was absolutely flawless! The flow of the ceremony and reception was perfect and my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, I received many compliments throughout the night. My family and I were able to come the next morning to gather our belongings so we didn’t have to stress about cleaning up the night of the wedding, this was extremely helpful for everyone. Jamie is by far the most amazing event coordinator and I highly recommend her to anyone and I highly recommend Hawks Landing Country Club to anyone wishing to get married without any fuss. es events at Bella Vista at Hawks made us feel secure through every step and took care of everything we needed. They were the best the days before the wedding and took all of the worry off of us. The plated meals and hors-d'oeuvres were excellent, which our guests were sure to mention afterward. They helped us personalize the event just for us, as well- we had a signature cocktail which was wildly popular with guests, and for the wedding party, the venue offers a golf cart train around the first hole of the golf course, which resulted in beautiful photos of my husband and I on the green, the water, and the woods surrounding the hole. The cart train was a fun way to enjoy our own personal cocktail hour while having family pictures taken on the golf course. The food was spectacular. All of our guests raved about the beef tenderloin, baked stuffed shrimp and chicken marsala. Every detail was taken care of from beginning to end. The two wedding assistants we worked with were professional, extremely friendly and so accommodating that we felt like royalty! I highly recommend Hawk's Landing to any bride and groom who wants to have the wedding of a lifetime!

They're prices are also very reasonable. But, I can go on and on about how great everything was. In the end, we had such an amazing experience with this venue and highly recommend it.

The venue was decorated with beautiful summer flowers. The staff was amazing going above and beyond and the food was plentiful and delicious. ade our night absolutely perfect. The venue is so beautiful- simple yet stunning. The gardens and patio are gorgeous. The food was delicious!!!! We got many compliments from our guests about the great amount of food available and the quality of its taste. (Buffet is the way to go- we had something for everyone!) The bartenders were friendly and poured some delicious drinks, and everyone came together to make our evening memorable and perfect. The staff allowed us to bring in many decorations, pictures, desserts, and really let us do what made us happy. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing, the staff, the location, the food- everything. It was truely spectacular!

Jamie was amazing and patient as I kept changing everything last minute and it all turned out so beautiful. She was attentive and responsive, on top of being bubbly, lovely and accommodating. All the staff made sure our guests had a lovely time. The food was incredible, including the hors d'oeuvres they had waiting for us at the photo spot by the fountain. Not once did we ever feel anything but just like a normal couple. As a gay couple, we were a bit apprehensive. These ladies rose to the occasion and were able to make us feel comfortable and just as special as anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would. The country club is gorgeous, staff beyond friendly and fantastic, food is spectacular, and on and on. Thank you Hawk's Landing and Jamie, Jess, Ally and Lisa for truly making our wedding day the happiest day of my life.
