Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing Country Club

Hawks Landing Country Club was the most perfect wedding venue. Our wedding was scheduled for August 2020 and had to be postponed and was rescheduled for June 2021. When looking for a new venue, Melissa from Hawks Landing called us back almost immediately and was able to move things around and get us booked in for our requested weekend, she could not have been more accommodating and helpful to us!! The whole process to plan and coordinate was so easy even through COVID precautions. Melissa, Casey, and Megan were there to coordinate on the day of our wedding and they did an absolutely beautiful job of setting up all the decor and were so helpful with keeping us and our photographers on schedule from the moment we arrived. They were so attentive throughout the whole evening - they made sure we made it back to our table to eat dinner and never let our drinks go empty, we didn’t have to think about a thing the whole night! The food was fantastic and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything truly happens for a reason and we are so glad it lead us to Hawks Lading for our dream wedding.

We had our wedding reception at Hawk's Landing on November 2nd and I cannot say enough great things! The room was a gorgeous, rustic, but elegant space that comfortably fit our almost 200 guests with plenty of dance floor space. The events staff, from my first contact with Jessica to all the coordinators, servers, and bartenders that night, did an amazing job of making sure the night went on with no issues..if anything went wrong, we never knew about it! All the decor was placed thoughtfully and perfectly before we got there and going back the next day to pick stuff up was incredibly easy. The food was amazing! Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the cocktail hour appetizers and their meals. The tenderloin is 100% worth it! Taking pictures down on the course was beautiful. I was worried there wouldn't be enough leaves around in November, but it was perfect. They even left some fallen leaves on the grass which made for some amazing pictures. I fully recommend Hawk's Landing to anyone looking for a rustic chic vibe and an easy team to work with.

This place has it all - great food, spectacular views, elegant ballroom and awesome staff for our wedding day. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica - detail oriented, on time, on point. She made sure to accommodate our requests and made everything convenient for us. The staff was very attentive. We did not have to lift a finger. The food was fantastic. Our guests were raving about the food and the set up and how gorgeous the views were. Compliments to the Chef! With how great this venue is and the staff, we're glad they still had our date available. We highly recommend Hawk's Landing CC for your events. Every single person I encountered at hawks landing was nothing short of amazing. However We met with Melissa the first day we were there and I was almost as sold on the venue as I was on her. I am confident she is the reason we chose this venue! Leading up to the wedding the communication was there to help with any and all questions and then the month before the wedding to really home in on what it was I wanted and needed. The day of my wedding there was absolutely NOTHING for me to worry about. It was like every single thought I had was already thought by them first! The food was amazing, the service was a 10/10. The venue is beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone!

Hawk's Landing was the best! Jess and the team were always super responsive and took care of everything to make sure we had the most perfect and stress free day! We got so many compliments from guests about the food, how attentive everyone was, and about the venue overall. We can't praise Hawk's Landing enough!

I had my bridal shower at Hawks this past August. The staff was amazing! Bailey was my EC and he made sure everything ran smoothly. I still continue to get compliments on how beautiful my shower was. Over the years I’ve been baby showers, New Year’s Eve patties, and more. Hawks always impresses!

Initially meeting with Jess during the planning stages, she was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. As our next meeting date approached, Jess would reach out with any details or information that we needed to have ready for that meeting, making the best use of everyone's time. The food tasting was well organized and everything we sampled was delicious (we did NOT leave there hungry that evening!) A couple of weeks before our big day, we were informed that Melissa would be our coordinator for the day. We were hesitant at first, since we had worked with Jess throughout the entire planning phase. Our minds were put at ease when we met with Melissa at our T-minus one week meeting, she was well organized, answered all of our questions, and was super helpful with all of our last minute details. The bridal party and groom's party were able to have separate facilities to not spoil the First Look on-site. The facility is very well laid out: Ceremony on the first tee box with a beautiful back drop (there are two backup ceremony locations on-site in case of inclement weather), cocktail hour under a recently updated outdoor covered area with fire pits and seating, which is directly adjacent to the reception area. This allowed our guests to enjoy either area (indoor or outdoor) during the cocktail hour, which was appreciated by our guests. The reception area is exactly what we were looking for, with its' exposed wooden beams spanning the room, it made for great ambiance with our uplighting! Thanks to all of the hard working staff at the Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing, with a huge thank you to Melissa, our day was amazing! They allowed us to setup our arbor the morning of, had drinks and appetizers ready for us during our First Look (the cart train was worth the additional fee), were attentive to every detail throughout our time there, the food was phenomenal with large portions (our guests concurred), and helped us load up our belongings at the end of the night. We didn't even realize they sent us home with full entrees for my husband and myself until we got home...such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. To say that our wedding day could not have gone any smoother is cliche, but it is so very true! Thank you again to all of the staff at the Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing for making the beginning of our marriage unforgettable!

I am 100% satisfied with everything about our recent wedding at Hawk’s Landing. My husband and I worked with Jessica who was so great from start to finish! We were so clueless but Jessica made everything so easy and answered all of our questions along the way. The whole wedding day flew by and went so smoothly -the entire staff at the venue were wonderful. After the wedding I have had many guests rave to us about how beautiful and fun the wedding was and also about how delicious the apps and dinner were. In addition to everything being perfect we loved the prices at this venue - there’s nothing better than being able to have a wedding like this without spending a fortune. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple searching !

Hawks Landing was an amazing place to have a ceremony and reception, from using the golf carts for pictures, to the delicious food and wonder atmosphere! All of our guests told us how wonderful everything was!

Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect!! Thank you to all staff at Hawk's Landing for making our day an absolute dream. Everyone was so incredibly easy to work with and so helpful to truly make the process as easy as possible. Aside from all decorations and service being outstanding, the food was also absolutely delicious. All of our guests commented on it throughout the evening and continue to do so to this day! It meant a lot to both of us as well as our family to have our wedding reception here and we truly could not be more pleased with every small detail that went into the day!

We absolutely are so overjoyed and happy with how our big day turned out. Everyone at Hawk’s made it so smooth and so easy for us! They were right by our sides during our rehearsal and our big day. This place is incredible- if you want the perfect wedding you need to book here. First, let me start by saying the staff is hands down the most professional and kindest people you will ever meet. When my fiance and I first walked in we absolutely loved everything about it but after we met Jessica we knew this was the place we would be getting married. Jessica is the most genuine person. She will work with you and truly do whatever that needs to be done to make the best possible day for you. She was so accommodating on meeting times and when we had to push a meeting back she replied instantly with out a worry. She made you feel at ease and so comfortable. She also has some really fantastic ideas!! From the beginning of the rehearsal till the end of my wedding day I have not one complaint. The rehearsal was so much fun- we grabbed drinks from the bar and let me tell you… I had about 25 people in my bridal party maybe even a couple more… patience isn't even the word. Jessica handled my crazy group with zero problems… it took about a total of 45 minutes all together and 30 minutes of that was drinking, socializing and just having a blast. If you book a wedding here I would absolutely recommend having your rehearsal dinner here - it was so hard to leave for our dinner reservations because we were just having the best time ever… and to top it off the food is AMAZING.... as were those drinks!!!!! So if you get married here make sure you have your rehearsal dinner there!!! The outside patio is beautiful, chairs, lights, the water fountain, all of it…. beautiful. And now the wedding…. I have no words to describe how incredible everything was. From the ceremony outside on the first tee box (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) till the last second of final call it was the best day of my husband and I’s life. We had the pattonwood plated dinner and omg talk about food…. You will not go hungry at this venue. I had people reaching out to me a week later after the wedding telling me how good the food was. They had a beautiful outside patio where cocktail hour was held with an outside bar. My guest LOVED the outside fire pits- later in the evening for all the guest who didn’t want to be around the the music they were able to relax outside peacefully and sip on there drink- we did a giant Jenga for our wedding guest book and they even put it on the patio for people to play and everyone just had an absolute blast. I went outside at one point and people were just grabbing me telling me how incredible everything was and how the fire pits were the best thing ever! On the other side there is another patio that we used as a smoking/cigar area which was awesome because it was on the complete other side of the venue so you did not have to worry about guest being near smoke and all that stuff. The venue is honestly just the best possible set up! I could ramble on all day about how amazing our wedding was- but it wouldn’t of been what it was without Jessica and the Hawks Landing Team. This place was incredible, we are truly speechless. Thank you so much to everyone who helped make our day so special.

Using Hawk’s Landing as our venue was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the first walk through, they were attentive and accommodating the whole way through. The event coordinators addressed every question and concern promptly and effectively. The day of coordination went so smoothly, the food was great and all of our guests are still raving about it. The grounds were beautiful and we could not have picked a better setting for our day.

The venue was beautiful and the room was set up exactly how we had hoped the day of our wedding. Everything looked so elegant and well done. Despite working with multiple people during our engagement, the staff made sure there was a lot of communication and our plans stayed the same up until our wedding day. I got married at Hawk’s Landing in May, and it was the most perfect day! Jamie, the events coordinator was phenomenal and walked me through the entire process step by step, making everything stress free for us. Everything that I told Jamie I wanted, she made it happen, and the things I wasn’t sure about, she gave me her advice without being pushy in any way! Hawks Landing is an absolutely beautiful venue and I got endless compliments from my guests. Our wedding day couldn’t have been any more perfect!! The owner, the events coordinator, and entire staff that night were just amazing making sure everything was right. I would recommend Hawk’s Landing to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!!

Hawk's Landing went above and beyond for our special day! The event coordinators were always just an email or phone call away. If I was ever unsure about anything, Jamie and her team were quick to suggest a meeting to help calm my nerves. Every meeting was incredibly thorough, no detail was left out. They think of things I never would have, which helped put the finishing touches on our day. The day of ran smooth as can be. Hawks Landing provided us with 2 day of event coordinators, so there was always someone available for any last minute emergencies. Everyone working the event was prepared with an "order of events" sheet, so there was never a question as to who should be where when. The setting for our ceremony was GORGEOUS. Right on the first tee, with the sun setting in the background. I definitely recommend the golf cart train for photos. It is so fun waving to your guests as you drive off in a cart to go take photos by the fountain. They even provide apps and drinks for you while you are taking your photos! What more could you want? Our guests cannot stop raving about the food! You will NOT leave hungry if you have your reception at Hawk's! You are offered delicious food from cocktail hour to dessert. And they even pack a full meal to go for the bride and groom, which was much needed after a night of talking and dancing! Even after the reception the team has been amazing! We realized we left the top tier of our cake at the venue when we picked up the rest of our items. Jamie was quick to respond to our "HELP, we left the cake" email and saved it for us, to pick up 3 days after the reception. We could not have asked for a better team to work with, and a better experience with our venue! From amazing views, to amazing food, you will not be disappointed.

Hawks landing was such a beautiful venue to have our wedding at! Jamie was amazing to work with from start to finish to create a picture perfect day. By far the tee box with chair and petals was perfect, to taking the golf cart train down to pictures at the waterfall right into the venue for dancing and creating so many memories. Hawks is for sure somewhere to check out a d hold your wedding. Thank you to all the staff!!

I have had the most amazing experience here and with all the people involved in the making of the most beautiful day I could imagine!! They walked me through everything step by step and made this the most painless stressless experience I could imagine. The venue was beautiful, the food amazing and the service incredible!! I helped my cousin plan her wedding two months after mine and she had it at a different venue where they had spent twice as much and got way less and awful service. The venue even made them decorate themselves. At hawk’s they have a floor plan where you want everything and the staff takes care of every little detail. I can not give them enough praises!!

Hawks Landing was the best choice we made for our wedding. Jessica was the main coordinator we worked with from the beginning and she was so friendly and knowledgeable and put us at ease with every decision we made. Monique was our day of coordinator and she made everything run smoothly and stress free. Amy was our bridal attendant and no ones glass was ever empty and she was right there if I had a question or needed anything. The whole staff at Hawks Landing, and Bella Vista, the reception hall, was amazing. The day went perfectly and all of our decor was exactly as we planned. The food was delicious and everyone commented how beautiful the hall and the grounds were. I would highly recommend Hawks Landing to anyone planning their CT wedding!

Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing is a great venue. Lovely space for an outdoor ceremony and cocktails, plus a great ballroom for dancing and food. The staff is professional and experienced, and every couple works with an event planner there (ours was Jessica B.!). Jessica was tremendous, and ran logistics for us on the day of the wedding - no small thing as a free throw in. We chose Hawk's because they had reasonable prices (no fee for the space; just for food and beverage) and the idyllic locale, but now that we've been through the wedding, we wouldn't balk at paying for the space either! Both we and our guests had a wonderful time, and I'd highly recommend this venue to any and all wedding-havers

Hands down best wedding venue!! Our wedding 8-18-18 was perfect at Hawks! We worked with Jessica who did an amazing job. Food was delicious - lots of compliments from our guest. The set up is great with two outdoor areas (after dinner we used one for games, the other for a cigar bar!). Perfect size venue, beautiful views with an intimate feel. Highly recommended!!

Jamie is the absolute best!! You will not find a better coordinator than her. She is extremely organized and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire planning process. The food is fantastic and everything was arranged perfectly on my wedding day thanks to the entire staff at Hawks!

I could not have been more pleased with this venue. For a very reasonable cost, they treated me like a million dollar bride. The catering staff was exceptionally attentive, the food was phenomenal (seriously, we both come from a picky families and still there were so many compliments on the food), and they were accommodating to any special or even last minute requests. They even let me book my rehearsal only a week before, and then add more people. They remembered things about my groom and I that helped make our day amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Furthermore, we are wedding professionals as second jobs, and this is hands down one of the best venues we've ever been to.

Absolutely amazing. Jamie made the entire wedding progress smooth and worry free. She was always available to answer any and all of our questions. The staff that worked the evening of our wedding were absolutely phenomenal! Everything turned out just how we had envisioned/planned, if not better. Even with the rain it was perfect. Everyone at Hawk's went out of their way to make sure our son's Bar Mitzvah was everything he wanted. They helped with coordinating vendors, had the room setup to our demanding specifications, and made sure every detail was perfect. We could not recommend them more.

Where do I even begin?!? I want to start off by saying I had the most relaxing, enjoyable, stress free wedding planning experience. Partly due to the staff at Hawks Landing Country Club and partly due to the fact that I am a hardcore planner. My husband and I from the very beginning knew this would be the place for us to say “I do”. Jamie is very helpful and efficient in all that she does. Whenever I needed something she was always a quick phone call or email away. She was always cheery and eager to help me regardless of how silly I thought my question was. All the way from start to wedding day she was the best in making me happy. The day of was absolutely flawless! The flow of the ceremony and reception was perfect and my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, I received many compliments throughout the night. My family and I were able to come the next morning to gather our belongings so we didn’t have to stress about cleaning up the night of the wedding, this was extremely helpful for everyone. Jamie is by far the most amazing event coordinator and I highly recommend her to anyone and I highly recommend Hawks Landing Country Club to anyone wishing to get married without any fuss. Hawks Landing was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. We loved the whole experience- the planning, the services, the location, and the day of. The staff that coordinates events at Bella Vista at Hawks made us feel secure through every step and took care of everything we needed. They were the best the days before the wedding and took all of the worry off of us. The plated meals and hors-d'oeuvres were excellent, which our guests were sure to mention afterward. They helped us personalize the event just for us, as well- we had a signature cocktail which was wildly popular with guests, and for the wedding party, the venue offers a golf cart train around the first hole of the golf course, which resulted in beautiful photos of my husband and I on the green, the water, and the woods surrounding the hole. We all had a blast. Thank you, Hawks Landing!

My husband and I got married on 10/21/17 at Hawk's Landing and from start to finish our experience working with the staff there was absolutely amazing. Jamie was our coordinator and she was always available either in person, by phone, or email. She truly took the time to work me and my husband, our budget, and make our day unique to us. This venue was absolutely amazing. My wedding on October 14, 2017 was exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t say enough about the wedding coordinator Jamie. She made me feel at ease and was always available for all my questions. The food was also amazing and overall experience was 10/10.

My husband and I had our wedding at Bella Vista at Hawks Landing Country Club on Sept. 30th and we cannot say enough great things about it!!!! From the staff, who made sure us and our guests were taken care of at all times, to the beautiful venue it's self. We had about 175 guests and there was more than enough space, seated and dancing! Not to mention how everyone ravedddd about the food! Lastly I must say, Jamie and her crew did an outstanding job accommodating my every need and ensuring our day was perfect, and it absolutely was! 10/10

My daughter got married at Hawk's Landing last Saturday and it was the wedding of her dreams! The venue is beautiful with amazing landscaping and a big, bright, airy banquet room. The cart train was a fun way to enjoy our own personal cocktail hour while having family pictures taken on the golf course. The food was spectacular. All of our guests raved about the beef tenderloin, baked stuffed shrimp and chicken marsala. Every detail was taken care of from beginning to end. The two wedding assistants we worked with were professional, extremely friendly and so accommodating that we felt like royalty! I highly recommend Hawk's Landing to any bride and groom who wants to have the wedding of a lifetime!

Words can't express how happy I am that my husband and I chose Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing Country Club to have our ceremony and reception. Jamie was super helpful and easy to communicate with from the start. She made sure every one of my requests for the big day was met and it was. The place is beautiful yet casual enough for our style and the food is delicious. Our guests loved it and everyone complimented on how perfect everything was. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and on time and they were very accommodating when it came to the look I wanted. They made everything look even better than what I imagined. The waiters made sure me and my husband were fed and always had a drink in our hand and checked in with us often to make sure everything was going to plan and we were doing okay. They're prices are also very reasonable. But, I can go on and on about how great everything was. In the end, we had such an amazing experience with this venue and highly recommend it.

I was lucky enough to have my wedding at hawks this past August. I will say it was the best decision ever made. From the beginning everyone was so nice and accommodating. With so many other wedding preparations to do I never once had to worry about the venue. They executed my vision perfectly to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams. The venue was decorated with beautiful summer flowers. The staff was amazing going above and beyond and the food was plentiful and delicious. Overall the food, venue and service were outstanding and would recommend hawks to everyone.

Hawk's Landing was absolutely incredible! We had our wedding reception there this past Saturday and every person throughout the entire planning process was polite and helpful and made our night absolutely perfect. The venue is so beautiful- simple yet stunning. The gardens and patio are gorgeous. The food was delicious!!!! We got many compliments from our guests about the great amount of food available and the quality of its taste. (Buffet is the way to go- we had something for everyone!) The bartenders were friendly and poured some delicious drinks, and everyone came together to make our evening memorable and perfect. The staff allowed us to bring in many decorations, pictures, desserts, and really let us do what made us happy. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing, the staff, the location, the food- everything. It was truely spectacular!

My husband and I were married on June 18, 2017 at Hawk's Landing Country Club. I still get choked up when I think how beautiful everything was. I cannot stress enough how unbelievable Jamie and Jess, Ally and Lisa were. From the day we signed the contract, to clean up after the reception we were blown away. Jamie was amazing and patient as I kept changing everything last minute and it all turned out so beautiful. She was attentive and responsive, on top of being bubbly, lovely and accommodating. All the staff made sure our guests had a lovely time. The food was incredible, including the hors d'oeuvres they had waiting for us at the photo spot by the fountain. Not once did we ever feel anything but just like a normal couple. As a gay couple, we were a bit apprehensive. These ladies rose to the occasion and were able to make us feel comfortable and just as special as anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would. The country club is gorgeous, staff beyond friendly and fantastic, food is spectacular, and on and on. Thank you Hawk's Landing and Jamie, Jess, Ally and Lisa for truly making our wedding day the happiest day of my life.

Is it possible to give Hawks Landing 7 "Stars" Staff was very attentive to our needs through the whole process of planning our wedding, to rehearsal dinner to our Wedding day. Not a single detail missed. Event coordinators super friendly and detail oriented. This made the whole process stress free. Food was delicious every guest commented on how tasty it was. If you want a beautiful venue, delicious food, staff that caters to every need and budget friendly Hawks Landing is definitely the first call to make and schedule your consultantation you will not be disappointed .

Our wedding in June 2017, at Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing was AMAZING! The staff is pleasant and great to work with. The lines of communication during the planning process were always open. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we got what we envisioned. The facility and the grounds are absolutely breathtaking. The Bella Vista room easily accommodated our 150 guests. The covered patio brought extra space to use with beautiful views of the golf course. Drinks were served promptly and food was served hot and was delicious! Bella Vista at Hawk's Landing made the wedding planning process enjoyable and gave us exactly what we envisioned for our big day!

To say amazing would be an absolute understatement! From the first time we met with Jamie, to seeing her one week after we were married, she was nothing short of incredible! Every question we had was answered right away, every worry I had was completely taken away when she assured me that things would go smoothly… And boy did they go smoothly! Our entire vision was laid out absolutely perfect on our wedding day. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was spot on!! There is nothing I would change about the venue or all the incredible staff that were part of our big day! If I could rate them with more than five stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this venue to all the brides to be out there! Thank you again to Hawks Landing for creating the wedding of our dreams, and memories that will last a lifetime!!

Hawk's Landing is a beautiful place to have a wedding! Our day couldn't have been better- everything truly was perfect! The amazing food, the great service, the beautiful grounds and hall, and especially all of the help from Jamie and Jessica from start to finish. We are so happy we decided to have our wedding reception at Hawk's Landing and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had our wedding at Tge Bella vista at Hawks and it was amazing. Jamie and Ali paid attention to every detail and made our special day run smoothly, and stress free. The faculty is beautiful, affordable and can accommodate a small or large wedding. I highly recommend!

Our wedding was this past Sunday May 7th at the Bella Vista at Hawks Landing Country Club and we cannot even express how amazing it was! Amazing food, great staff and an overall great experience! The event coordinators were also amazing making sure both my husband and I were accommodated at all times making our day so much more magical. We would highly reccomend the Bella Vista to anyone that is looking for a wedding venue or a party venue, you will have a great time there! Thank you again to all the staff and coordinators that made our wedding everything we hoped it would be.

Hawk's Landing was the perfect space for our wedding. I fell in love with the wood ceilings as soon as I saw them. The staff completely made the vision we had for our wedding come to life. We were unable to have our wedding on the first tee due to weather, but the covered patio was a beautiful alternative. Our guests raved about the food even the gluten free option. The staff handled our wedding flawlessly, even having to deal with a minor medical emergency, the guests never even knew what happened. I'm so glad we found Hawk's Landing and chose them as our wedding venue.

One of the best wedding receptions in Connecticut! The BellaVista room is a stunning place to have a reception. The outdoor patio was big hit with our guests! Jess was incredible to work with! She's very detailed oriented and will ensure your day is perfect! We had nothing but great comments from friends and family about the staff, service, drinks and food! You will not regret having your wedding at Hawks!

Hawk's Landing is AMAZING! If you want a fun wedding that won't make you go bankrupt I HIGHLY recommend Hawk's Landing. The staff is absolutely incredible and they help with EVERYTHING you could think of. They set up intermediate times to go over the event with you, correspond with vendors and your party as well. They were the nicest people and made the stressful process of planning your own wedding much easier! The food was absolutely amazing as were the grounds and the service. I would pick Hawk's Landing over and over again if I had the choice!

My husband and I got married on Hawk's Landing on Saturday 9/24. Jessica and Jamie were such a pleasure to work with and they made the whole experience very easy and stress free! Everything for the was absolutely perfect and amazing from start to finish! They were always around to answer questions and help us with anything we needed. They were very organized and on top of everything. The venue its self is also picture perfect, from the outside ceremony location to the reception and everything in between! We would recommend hosting a wedding at Hawks Landing with Jamie and Jessica any day! It was all perfect and they were great to work with!

Hawk's was amazing! They were so easy to work with and any idea i had they ran with it! The day of the wedding they were cattering to my husband and I. They had food and alcohol with us anywhere we went! They set up all the decorations and tables better than I could have imagined! The food and drinks were amazing! And the atmosphere was perfect for us! Beautiful landscape! Loved every part!! Thanks jamie and jess and the rest of hawk's staff for giving me the best day of my life!!
