ding day was beautiful and that you were happy with the final celebration. That said, I feel it is important to clarify a few points regarding the services that were contracted. While your review references full-service wedding planning, the package selected was a partial planning package with several additional services added throughout the planning process. Full-service planning and partial planning are fundamentally different levels of support, responsibilities, and involvement, and my services were provided according to the scope outlined in our agreement. Throughout the planning process, I worked diligently to support your wedding and accommodate evolving needs. In the final weeks leading up to the event, several new vendors were added, planning decisions continued to evolve, and changes were made shortly before the wedding. Additionally, certain meetings and planning discussions were conducted directly between you and the venue and without my participation (per your request), limiting my ability to proactively manage decisions that were made outside of the planning process. Regarding timelines and logistics, detailed planning documents were created of which you had direct, real-time access to, many weeks leading up to your wedding day. As is common in wedding planning, especially when vendors and logistics continue to change in the final weeks, timelines are refined as new information becomes available. Many of the adjustments referenced in your review were the result of decisions you made close to the wedding date, including during the week of the wedding itself. I always strive to exceed expectations and provide every client with exceptional service, regardless of the package selected. While I respect that your experience differed from your expectations, I believe those expectations became more aligned with a full-service planning experience than the partial planning services that were contracted. I sincerely wish you both nothing but happiness in your marriage and appreciate the opportunity to have been part of your wedding day.
