She was transparent and very communicative from the start giving me realistic goals and asking in-depth questions about what I’ve liked and didnt about makeup others or myself had done. We referenced photos and tested products and colors during my consultation which I enjoyed because no Sephora or Mac employee is going to give as much care and consideration to anyone just purchasing products. The studio was clean and comfortable! My mom fell asleep she was so comfortable. I also loved that she was able to work around me managing tasks and answering calls!! My makeup was flawless as if I had sat there still the entire time! Her booking processes and policies were clear and fair, answering so many questions. I was adamant about not spending money on a consultation but I’m glad I did because so much was discussed and learned about my skin and features!

During my bridal trial, it was easy to come up with the moody look I was hoping for without going overly glam. And on the day of, my makeup matched the trial makeup and then some! I felt like a goddess on my wedding day, and while the dress helped, it was Alana’s makeup that did it the trick! 100/10 recommend her!! 💕

My makeup on wedding day was absolutely flawless. It was so much better than I could have imagined. Here is the real kicker for me though, the makeup felt super light and comfortable but IT DID NOT BUDGE! It was 90+ degrees in May, she did my makeup at noon, I sweat my butt off all day, dabbed my face with a handkerchief probably a million times, and even went swimming after the reception and I still had to use makeup remover because nothing, I repeat NOTHING had come off. Not even the false lashes. To speak of Alana’s professionalism too, she got a flat tire on the way to my venue. She texted me right away to let me know but promised that she would only be a bit late and that she would still have me ready by my desired time. And she did!
