Bella Vita Salon & Day Spa

I can't say enough great things about Bella Vita Salon and their staff. They seriously go above and beyond! I chose Bella Vita as the salon I would have my hair and makeup done on the day of the wedding with my Mom, the Mother of the Groom and my two Bridesmaids based on Yelp Reviews. I had never been there before. Before actually booking the salon, I worked with Jill to coordinate and schedule the services. She was very friendly, organized and easy to work with plus super nice. It was a perfect combination and put me right at ease. She scheduled my hair up-do with Jocelyn and my make-up by Meaghan. I had a trial appointment about 60-days before the wedding. It went wonderfully. Jocelyn is a magician with hair and very flexible. She tried multiple hair styles on me before I found the one I loved -- it was so nice to not feel pressured to settle on a "I like this, but don't love it style." She made sure it was an "I LOVE THIS!" style. Meaghan was equally as awesome. She is very skilled as a makeup artist plus so sweet that it felt like I was hanging out with my best friend playing with makeup. And this is all just the trial! In addition to my trial, I scheduled my waxings with Donna and additional hair services with Jocelyn like a haircut, a gloss and a blow out. Every time I visited Bella Vita I left feeling like a million bucks! On the day of the wedding, we arrived around 11AM and were whisked away to their Tranquility Room. We were able to comfortably set up shop there while we there for our services. The staff were on time for every up-do and every make up appointment and continued to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was all so impressive -- it actually left us with plenty of time to just sit and relax for a bit, something I was not expecting on my wedding day! Everyone's hair and make up also looked absolutely incredible plus it lasted the entire night! I actually had a friend comment on the staying power of my make-up around 1AM at the after-party. Impressive! It was raining that day and the front desk staff made sure not a drop of rain got us when we had to move to the car. They not only packed up our bags in the trunk, but they took us one-by-one to the car under an umbrella. This was an above and beyond service that I truly appreciate. All in all, Bella Vita did an outstanding job making us all feel and look like our beautiful best selves while exceeding all of my expectations in customer service. I anticipate this being a lasting relationship and look forward to scheduling my next haircut with Jocelyn at Bella Vita!

I cannot be more thankful for finding this salon for my wedding day (9/12/15). Jocelyn did my up-do for my wedding and I could not have been more happy with it. I brought in several photos for my hair trial and explained how I wished for my hair to look. She exceeded my expectations during my hair trial and most importantly on my wedding day. Everyone was raving about my hair the whole day. Rachel did my makeup and I was so happy with it. I don't usually wear makeup so I was nervous I wouldn't look like myself but she made me look and feel beautiful. Both Jocelyn and Rachel were so welcoming and friendly. They made me feel at ease during my wedding day preparation and I'm so thankful I found this salon. In addition to Jocelyn and Rachel, Jill was helpful in organizing the entire wedding day for my bridal party and I. She provided a schedule and answered all of my questions. The greatest part about getting ready at the salon was that all of my girls were able to get ready at the same time. When they weren't in a chair getting ready we were in a private room where we could sit comfortably. All of my ladies looked beautiful thanks to the team at Bella Vita!
