Chloe was the one who helped me initially choose a wedding dress. After going all over K Town and various other bridal shops in LA I settled upon Bella Wedding because of their wonderful selection and customer service. Some of those other wedding dress rental places were pushy. Luckily I had my friend who spoke Korean there with me, because some of them said some not so nice things. That was not the case here. Both Chloe and her mom were so kind and sweet through the whole process. They definitely know what they are doing. I am that bride who dropped nearly two dress sizes in two months before the wedding. I was dismayed to find that the dress I fell in love with was now way too big for me to wear and I was swimming in it. A week before the wedding I had lost another half inch. Great for me, but not so great for my dress. I was so worried it wouldn't fit that I changed my diet and exercise routine so I would stop losing weight. When I went to pick it up two days before the wedding, I stepped in and they made it fit perfectly! I was in awe because the dress was so huge before and it looked flawless. I don't know how they do it, but it is truly amazing. Thank you for making me look so beautiful on my wedding day! I will definitely be recommending future brides here to rent their wedding dresses.

I had a specific dress I wanted and this is the only local salon that could get a sample for me to try on. Everyone who helped me was fantastic! Appointments were always on time and the alterations were so well done! The dress fit beautifully and I felt like a princess on my wedding day! Highly recommend!!

Bella Wedding Bridal was incredible to work with!!! My sister bought her wedding dress here 4 years ago so I decided to look here first when i got engaged. I told them what I was leaning towards but also explained I wanted to go out of the box incase I am missing something. They did just that and spent incredible quality time with me, never once making me feel rushed. I ended up falling in LOVE with a long sleeved Essence of Australia taupe gown, something that I had not seen myself in as it wasn't white and it was different from my original direction. But the second I put this dress on I knew it was my gown. They were so accommodating in helping me with pricing, and a few unique alterations I wanted, and every single detail until my dress fit perfectly. Every single fitting was a beautiful experience, I could not have asked for more!!!

My experience with Bella Wedding Bridal was truly amazing! I got my wedding gown from there for my wedding this May. It was a Pronovias lace mermaid gown. I have been looking all over town for this specific dress and I was really happy to find out that Bella Bridal carried it! My friend & I went in there last year in December to try on and when I put it on, I immediately fell in love with it. Chloe was the one helping me to find the perfect dress (along with her mother Mrs Yang who was also super kind, sweet & professional). Chloe was simply the best! She shared with me her personal wedding experience since she just got married last year too! I placed the order in December last year and the dress arrived in March from Spain. I went in for 3-4 fittings since I wanted my dress to fit perfectly and since I had been working out, I slimmed down 3 weeks before the wedding. Chloe and her mom were so patient with me and letting me come in to alter the dress until it was perfect! And it was! I can't thank them enough! They truly care about their costumers! Hands down Bella Wedding Bridal for having the best costumer service and one of the best Pronivas collections in town! Highly recommend it!

Bella Wedding Bridal made all my wedding dress dreams come true. The process of finding and ordering my dress was stress-free and very fun! The entire staff helped to find my perfect dress, and it was a new arrival that they pulled for me that I ended up choosing! It was within my price range, and they assured me that the alterations I wanted would be possible. The dress arrived in perfect condition when they said it would, and I only had a couple quick fittings close to my wedding date to make sure it fit perfectly. They did a fantastic job and I recommend them to any bride!

I visited many bridal shop and what I loved about Bella's was there vast selections of designer bridal gowns and bride maid dresses. Bella can't beat David Bridal's bride maid dress collections but they can beat David Bridal and many other Korean Bridal shops when it comes to bridal gowns since they have huge collections of beautiful gowns of all styles. Unlike David Bridal's , Bella lets the bride actually search through their showroom to inspect and check out each dress. The sale women are friendly, kind and very helpful upon helping the bride achieved there desired looks. They selections even extends to their jewelries and veil. Bella also has lots of great connection to salon, make-up artists and photography. The sale associate can help you find the team to make your wedding a sensational hit. Best part of all, gowns and bride maid dresses can all be rented or purchases. If you are a bride with a budget and want the high end wedding look for a fraction of the cost, renting is the way to go. I would have committed to Bella Wedding since I love the staffs but they did not have my dream dress. I forgot to mentioned that Bella categorized all their dresses so if you already know your designer and your dress name, a simple call to check if they carry the dress and save you lots of time. They are so professional and great with service.

This was my first stop when dress shopping. I decided to check it out because they were having a sample sale. I fell in love with one of the first dresses I tried on. Their sample wasn't my size, but they had a new dress in my size in the shop -- they sold it to me for the sample price even though it was a new dress. They took care of alterations also, although the dress didn't need much. They also customized a veil for me because they didn't have anything in stock that matched the length and style I wanted. Friendly staff, and very accommodating of schedules when figuring out alteration appointments.

I actually waited for their sample sale to buy my wedding dress. I tried on and found the dress I wanted at another shop, and then bought from Bella. They were great! They sold me the dress for a very reasonable price, and did alterations too. I ended up having to go in twice for alterations, once for the length to be altered and the second time for the fit. They made me feel very comfortable while i was there. Their work on the alterations was perfect, the dress fit so well. I would recommend them for sure.

Going with the designer choice (Essense of Australia) was the best decision as my dress was a perfect fit! My dress was mermaid style, classy and elegant and made of top quality. Chloe at the bridal shop was always friendly and accommodating. They even threw in extras with my purchase (i.e. veil and jewelry rental).

They have one of the best variety of dresses for brides and bridesmaid. I found my dress the first 15 mins, got all my 7 bm dresses there, 7 suits all the gms, tuxes for our dads, and the dudes tux! Got 'em all and all the boys shoes! Couldn't have been easier!

I had three dresses from them. One for engagement photo shoot, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. All of them fitted me perfectly and they did saw the undergarment to the dress so I didn't have to wear the bra. If you rent the dress from them, they do alterations and rent the accessories for free. One huge thing for me was the alteration. They do it right to fit you perfectly. I was very comfortable wearing the dresses on my wedding. Awesome vendor for the wedding dresses!!!

originally i wanted to rent a dress from bella but i didn't find anything i liked. during my dress search i fell in love with a wtoo dress. i knew bella had wtoo dresses so i called to see if they could order it for me. i was so happy cause they said they could and then gave me a really good price on the dress. i really liked working with chloe and her mom. i even paid for them to alter my dress and last minute bought a birdcage veil from them too!

I was able to purchase my gown here after searching for it through different bridal shops. The ladies running this shop were able to give me a good deal for my gown which also includes alterations. They received my gown way ahead of time and they were sweet enough to hold it for me until I was ready to pick it up. They also offer rentals for gowns and tuxes. Great place and great staff!

This was the first shop I decided to go to...just to get a feel for the type of dress I wanted. I ended up trying a few on and walked out 40 minutes later with my dress all picked out! The owner is super nice and knows what fits your specific body and personality. I ended up renting a brand new dress that just came in the day before. Jewelry rental and alterations are also included with the rental. We also bought the mothers' dresses here and had them altered as well. The groom and groomsmen's tuxedos were also rented here. We made a last minute decision (day before the wedding) to change the color of the groomsmen vests, and the owner was able to switch them all out. They are very accomodating and easy to work with.

They would have gotten 3.5 stars, but that wasn't an option. In the beginning, the service and everything was spectacular. Even got a great deal on the dress. But towards the end, I felt like they were adding on charges that I thought they promised would be included in the beginning. One example was my husband's tux... I asked to borrow it for a shoot and she was fine with it but when we had to pay the remaining balance, she added $70.... One more big thing was that I hemmed my dress 3 different times and went in for 4 different fittings... and my dress was still too long for me on my wedding day ~ had to lift up while walking down the aisle.... and couldn't do the choreographed dance we learned. fail. Nevermind ~ im changing it to 3 stars.

She was wonderful! They were very hospitable and personable. I loved my dress! She made sure that the dress fit perfectly to my body and made sure that I was comfortable with it. She even threw in all the accessories for free! I would recommend her to everyone!
