es. Day of, he was our MVP of the whole wedding. He put together a great playlist just based off some song suggestions from us for the dinner and for the dancing portion. Aside from the song part, he did a fabulous job getting people set up for speeches and coordinating timing on all of that. Those who spoke were pleased they could just focus on their speeches and not the logistics of it. Never have I been to a wedding where we had such a packed dance floor at the end of the night and people didn't want to leave!!!

Whenever we requested custom edits to songs or audio files, he turned them around incredibly fast—often within just a couple of hours. His responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none. On our wedding day, Daniel went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our ceremony music was exactly as we envisioned. He coordinated closely with our officiant and timed each song perfectly, creating seamless transitions and making every special moment feel effortless. For the reception, we only provided a handful of “must-play” songs and trusted him to build the rest of the playlist. We couldn't have made a better decision. Daniel expertly read the room, kept the energy up all night, and selected songs that had our guests on the dance floor from start to finish. My husband and I used Bellagala for our DJ services and did the Associate DJ package where they assign a DJ to you. Knowing what we know now, we definitely would NOT do this again ...

through Bellagala. We were assigned Zac Sanford and the DJ service he provided was terrible. He was not playing any of our requested songs after the first dances, didn’t play some of our Must Play songs, played 3/6 Do Not Play songs, played the music way too loud to the point of guests leaving even with multiple requests to turn it down, would disappear throughout the night, was on FaceTime with someone during the dance, and some of my guests ended up with his personal company cards. We filled out all of the information on the app before hand and I spent hours putting the song requests together so in theory it should not have been a very hard event for him to DJ. I’m not sure how inexperienced he is or is not but either way, he could’ve at least played all of our requested songs. Some of his behavior was also extremely unprofessional. To spend all the time and money preparing for such a special day and then have such a disappointing DJ experience just really sucks. We did reach out to Bellagala about the service we were provided and the best we got was an apology and “We are committed to making sure this doesn't happen again.” I am also committed to making sure no other couple has to deal with this so my recommendation for others is to save yourself the trouble and go with a different company or spend the extra money and get a DJ that you know won’t disappoint.
