through Bellagala. We were assigned Zac Sanford and the DJ service he provided was terrible. He was not playing any of our requested songs after the first dances, didn’t play some of our Must Play songs, played 3/6 Do Not Play songs, played the music way too loud to the point of guests leaving even with multiple requests to turn it down, would disappear throughout the night, was on FaceTime with someone during the dance, and some of my guests ended up with his personal company cards. We filled out all of the information on the app before hand and I spent hours putting the song requests together so in theory it should not have been a very hard event for him to DJ. I’m not sure how inexperienced he is or is not but either way, he could’ve at least played all of our requested songs. Some of his behavior was also extremely unprofessional. To spend all the time and money preparing for such a special day and then have such a disappointing DJ experience just really sucks. We did reach out to Bellagala about the service we were provided and the best we got was an apology and “We are committed to making sure this doesn't happen again.” I am also committed to making sure no other couple has to deal with this so my recommendation for others is to save yourself the trouble and go with a different company or spend the extra money and get a DJ that you know won’t disappoint.

was clear from the start that Mox takes this job seriously. They were quick to respond to any questions, and I found their input very helpful for my own planning purposes.
They showed up early on the wedding day to ensure the audio system was set up properly for the ceremony, periodically checked in with us throughout the day to make sure everything was proceeding as we liked, and helped coordinate several key events like the grand entrance and the speeches.
Mox's DJing was spot on. They were reading the room and responding accordingly, always keeping a good mix of artists and genres, and always keeping people engaged on the dance floor. They mixed in requested songs seamlessly into the flow. I should note that Mox did check with us prior to the wedding on whether to take song requests, who to take them from, etc. They even sought us out a couple of times throughout the dance portion of the evening, just to make sure they were playing music to our liking.
All in all, I highly recommend DJ Mox. I got the feeling that they genuinely cared about delivering the best possible experience for us on our special day, and we couldn't have been happier.

We worked with DJ Derek and he was a perfect fit for our day. We liked that he was comfortable navigating the different parts of our day and the various music styles for each time....
Our brothers asked him the day of for a sound effect clip for their speeches and he was ready to go and nailed the timing. He even used it later on his own and it was hilarious. He mixed tracks in based on our playlist requests and I actually wondered if I had requested a few or if he had put them in because they fit so well with our vibes. He was kind and rolled with our flow.

RJ was incredible to work with from start to finish. From the moment we booked him, it was clear he genuinely cared about making the day feel like us. He was fun, easy to talk to, ...
and most importantly, a great listener. It never felt like he was pushing his own agenda — everything was about understanding our vibe and bringing it to life.
Throughout the planning process, RJ stayed on top of all the details without ever adding stress. He followed up in a way that was helpful and organized, not overwhelming, which we really appreciated. And anytime we didn’t have an answer or weren’t sure what we wanted, he stepped in with thoughtful recommendations that made decisions easy.
Day-of, he was just as impressive. We had a couple last-minute changes to ceremony and entrance music, and RJ handled them seamlessly without missing a beat.
And the reception… unreal. The dance floor was packed the entire night. At the end of the night, there were probably 50 people still out there dancing when it was time to wrap up — he basically had to kick people off the floor. That’s exactly what we wanted, and it meant so much to see everyone having that much fun.
We’re still hearing from guests about how great the music and energy were. RJ absolutely crushed it. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ.

nning involved for the whole thing, and Jocelyn kept me cool from start to finish. When I was trying to describe songs to her during our planning meetings, she knew EXACTLY which ones I was talking about and suggested the best renditions of them each time. She followed the schedule and timing during the ceremony perfectly and kept things going during the cocktail hour and dinner. Tha ambiance playlist she chose was perfect, even when it started raining she put out 'Singing in the Rain' and I cannot tell you how many people have commented on how cute it was. So many little details she made sure to add in to make it all so special! We did have a Youtube song for our first dance that had a random blurb at the end for an advertisement and she cut it off right at the proper time. I gave her the list of songs to play but also instructed her to keep it open for guest suggestions and she balanced it out perfectly. My family kept themselves out there the entire time and I was stunned. At the very end, she gave us a wonderful shoutout and it warmed us all to hear it. Jocelyn is the correct pick for keeping your day with the best ambiance and giving you the best surprises when it comes to who goes out there and dances! Jocelyn: thank you so much for your sweet treatment of our special day. You added so much sparkle to the magical wedding we had and we truly thank you for it!

We did feel like some of the specific music we requested wasn’t played as much as we had hoped, but he still did a really good job with the overall flow and vibe. The layout of the venue, with the bar being so far from the dance floor, definitely made it harder to keep people dancing, and he handled that challenge as well as anyone could.
Overall, we genuinely enjoyed working with him and appreciated his professionalism and talent.

stuck out was that he was very attentive and played all of the couples must play songs. This was absolutely the same for our wedding. He prioritized us and our requests above everyone else's. This might seem silly, but it doesn't always happen! He also asked great questions in our detail review call (like was he okay to take requests from guests). Derek also kept the dance floor packed and rowdy all night.
Next up is the florist, Susan M. I met with Susan a couple of times prior to the wedding and gave her a general idea of what we wanted out of florals and our budget. She absolutely brought our vision to life and stuck with our budget.

e the ceremony to make sure the mic was set up properly for him. Then at the reception she checked in with us and the wedding party about timing for grand entrance and speeches, and took care of it from there. She was great with the dance floor too, our friends were so happy she played their requests and so were we. She also brought the most excited and supportive energy to the whole day! We got so many compliments on her behalf from guests too and I’d hire her again in a heartbeat!
