h to choose the colors and arrangement designs. She was quick and receptive to making several changes and she was great at being responsive when communicating by email. As we got closer to the wedding date, we stopped getting replies to our emails. Eventually, we had to call her to get her attention. She thought she had replied back to our last email but it had never been sent. We set a time with Leah to pick up the flowers right at the store open, 9am. We were told the opener comes in at 7am and the arrangements should have been done the night before. We just needed a hand-off to our family at 9am. On the day of the wedding, when our family arrived to pick up the flowers, the opener wasn't prepared and had to spend significant time in the back of the shop to get the order ready for pick up. They knew that the arrangements were being picked up, but didn't know it was at 9am. It's disappointing that we received such attentiveness during the planning but had major miscommunication issues with a large order during execution. After picking up the flowers and distributing them at the venue, we found that the boutonnieres were dried out and we started noticing the flowers falling apart to the point that it was noticeable during pictures at 1pm. Specifically, the roses were falling apart worse than the other flowers and especially the bride's bouquet. We also noticed the bouquet for the venue entrance seemed more pale than it should have been. We were also disappointed in the size of the bride's bouquet. She got a medium size but it wasn't noticeably bigger than the bridesmaid’s small sizes.The ribbons were also coming apart on the stems. Overall, we were impressed with the colors and layout of the arrangements, but we had major quality issues and inconsistent communication with the staff. Based on our experience, we don’t feel the flowers and service we received were worth the cost we paid for. Thank you, Matthew and Nicole Meuwissen

isten to what I wanted for my bouquet. I requested a size very similar to my bridesmaids and I got a significantly bigger bouquet. I asked for 3 wrist corsages and a pin on corsage, and only received 2 wrist corsages and a pin on for our day. When our coordinator contacted her, she said there was no mentioned that I needed 3 although I reread my emails where I specifically laid out all that was needed. She did give good recommendations to make our vision fit our budget, and she allowed us to pick up our florals day of to save on delivery costs which was positive. The florals were also very pretty. I’d recommend using Bellagala because the coordination is easy, but I would use a different florist if I had to do it all again for the detail aspect.

ruptly after telling me how to hold the bouquet, just as I was arriving and speaking to other people, which was awkward and flowers left in two places, which was confusing. The service fee for delivery was a lot, which makes sense for a large order, but ours was not. You might want to consider tailoring your service fee to the order size. Summary: beautiful product, customer service and pricing of delivery fee could be reconsidered.
